    Japanese Pan Noodles
    Michelle B.

I decided to order Noodles today as I was craving the Japanese Pan Noodles. I placed an order to go and when I came home to enjoy, I am finding myself very disappointed. For one, there is not nearly enough sauce which renders this dish rather flavorless. Secondly, what is up with the cilantro stalks? Come on Noodles staff....do better.

    Chicken noodle soup.

I wanted chicken noodle soup (summer cold) and Noodles & Co. came up in my google search that they had it. We went and placed our order and sat at a table and waited for our food as we were dining in. The hub and I got a fountain drink and could not get the ice to work in the machine. Told the staff and the manager or supervisor came out and gave us ice from the back. Our food was bright to our table. The chicken noodle soup tasted odd almost as if the noodles were not cooked all the way so I didn't finish it. We also ordered Parmesan crusted chicken pasta which was really good. Overall pretty good.

There was a literal bug in my food and the lady on the phone was helpless. I ordered potstickers and I couldn't even eat one until I found this dude in my food. When I called the lady didn't say sorry or anything other than she couldn't help me get my order refunded since I did DoorDash. Rude and gross

    3 Cheese Tortelloni Rosa

Noodles & Company is unmistakably my "Goto" comfort Carbs place ever!!!! I love The Pad Thai, Mac N Cheese, Buttered Noodles with Chicken Breast ,and the lip smacking good Potstickers!!! With that being said, today I didn't hesitate to try the new 3-Cheese Tortelloni Rosa: Tortelloni filled with a blend of ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, onions and garlic in spicy tomato cream sauce, with mushrooms, Roma tomato, spinach and parmesan. Sorry Noodles and Company, but this was a Miss for me. The noodles were a bit "gummy-soupy" the hint of Spinach and the overwhelming amount of tomatoes, made this a dish of "glob" for me. I like venturing out of the box and I hope this was a one off miss, as I don't like to enter an establishment I ordinarily love, thinking, be safe go with what you know. Just wanted to share my thoughts on this dish, it needs tweeking if it were to ever become a permanent part of your menu.

This place is good for a fast food restaurant . The steak stroganoff had a fare meat to noodle ratio . The dab of sauce could not moisten the dry noodles . With the word noodles in the name , i expect fresh pasta . The entree might be very good if somebody else made it . Mac and cheese and two kinds of shredded cheese on top . Towards the bottom a Velveeta slug congealed to the macaroni , I'm not a fan of overly processed American cheese . Kids probably love it . So there are plenty of other menu items to choose . The tea was really good

I am not a big fan of chains but I am even less a fan of cooking so checking out the new restaurant in Frankfort was reason enough to visit. I had only been to one other Noodles & Company, years ago, and I hadn't been impressed. This was a much better experience. This location is cozy and squeezed into the area that Marianos has made the happening corner of Rte. 45 and 30. It just opened so everything was shiny and new when we went. The menu is easy to read and follow. I got pesto on my pasta plus the Parmesan crusted chicken. Next time I might go for a plainer dish but it was good, especially the pasta, it was just the right texture. I also got a Caesar salad which is a salty dish. I would have gotten the tomato and cucumber salad but the tomatoes were not very ripe looking. We sat in a very comfortable booth and they brought the food to us. We were even offered wine while we were eating our dinner. I was relaxed and this will probably be thrown in our rotation of inexpensive places to eat when I don't want to cook. Yes, it's a chain but better than I expected. Welcome to Frankfort Noodle peeps!

    Pathetic hummus plate
    Melissa B.

I remember trying one of these years ago and liking it. In hindsight I had bad taste in several areas over the last few years. I stopped in after work the other day to grab a quick dinner and was beyond disappointed. I ordered a small hummus plate (I'll come back to this), a pasta bowl with Parmesan chicken and a lemonade. For starters my total was over $15. I didn't mind until I got home and saw what that amount of money got me. Garbage! The hummus plate was literally a container of a few old veggies and 2 BROKEN (in a million pieces) crackers and 1.5 tablespoons of hummus. It was a total joke. The pasta was average (for fast food). I will never stop here again. For another $10 I can go to Dancing Marlin.

Always clean, staff is friendly. I love the adobo noodles with pork, my kiddo refuses to eat any mac and cheese that doesn't come from noodles and company! Exactly what we expected from one of the better chain restaurants.

I recommend! The amount of food you get for $6-$10 is hard to beat. If you like pasta this, this is the place for you! They'll have your bowl of pasta ready in less than 10 minutes. I've been here several times & everyone I've interacted with has been pleasant. The bathrooms are always clean. The food quality is good, but you always get what you pay for.. that's why I gave this place 4 stars!

    My usual potstickers. Yum.

Food is good besides the fact they don't wear gloves and it typically takes 20 MINUTES minimum to make a bowl of noodles.

We came at lunch time & got right in. Ordered the focaccia bread. It came with olive oil & marina sauce. So amazing. Also shared the kale Ceasar salad. It was huge! Enough for 4-6. It had a lot of ingredients. Roasted asparagus, broccolini, shaved Brussels sprouts, mushrooms. It was delicious, but I would have preferred a lighter summer salad. It was hearty & warm. I'd get it again in the fall. We shared the caramelized onion tortellini. It was huge too. Amazing prices for the amount of food. It was so delicious. The onions were sweet & the pasta was perfect & fresh. Lots of leftovers to take home. Cute ambiance, friendly service. Loved that we could watch the chefs prepare the food too. Can't wait to come back for more pasta & try dessert.

Definitely the kind of place that's easy to stop into when you're looking for something simple and unfussy. We ordered the Italian beef with hot giardiniera and a garden salad. The standout for me was actually the bread--it was fresh, soft, and really elevated the sandwich. The beef itself was decent, but it was drier than I expected and didn't have as much flavor as I was hoping for. Thankfully, the hot giardiniera added some much-needed moisture and spice, which helped bring the sandwich together. The garden salad was very basic--just lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes--but the Italian dressing was excellent and packed with flavor. Sometimes a great dressing is all a simple salad needs. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would come back, but next time I'd probably skip the Italian beef and try one of their deli sandwiches instead. Based on what I've heard and seen, that seems to be where Berto's really shines.
