I ordered the Krit, which comes with seasoned chicken, avocado, tomato, red onion (not overwhelming), mixed greens, and their homemade yogurt based TBC sauce. That was one large wrap that was packed with protein. The lettuce was minimal. The Krit was tasty and filling.
