Got a chance to check out Mo's and was pretty excited. Was told a 20 minute wait and decided to order a drink at the bar and check that out while waiting. The bartender took the drink order immediately and seconds later we were texted that our table was ready. Ok. No pressure. Gingerly walked my full martini glass to the table and sat down. Was promptly ignored for the next 15 minutes. During that time spent waiting on any acknowledgement from a waitstaff person I was able to appreciate the total chaos of the place. It seemed like there was a TON of staff running around madly and aimlessly. Eventually I got the attention of a manager and asked him if he knew who my waiter was. He immediately sat down, leaned into my personal space and wanted to know the order. Ok. Gave it to him and for the rest of the meal he was obnoxiously, cloyingly attentive. Seriously, I really got the impression that he wasn't trying to make up for the 15 minutes of being ignored as much as he was going to over-serve to be passive aggressive. Constantly stopping by the table, water gets 2 inches low on one drink and he brings 2 new ones and stacks them next to the other waters, staying and talking too long. I was so ready to escape him that I wolfed down my extremely delicious (but disappointingly tiny) Shepherds Pie and left. Checking my wait time, an apology or even 10% off the bill would have gone much further than being so obnoxiously overattentive. Might give them another chance but I'll check their Yelp average before making a decision. read more

Decided to try the new place in town. Seemed like great atmosphere and appetizers were good. Had the Mo's Irish Platter. Ordered the Reuben. Food arrived quickly so no complaints there especially since the place was busy. After biting into the reuben, it seemed very dry so I ordered extra 1000 island dressing. Received the bill and actually got charged for extra dressing for a dry samdwich. I would have given 4 stars but the average food and bad form in charging for something that was caused by the kitchen brought my opinion down. read more

Service is great. Food is good. They went out of their way to put a Blackhawks game on a couple of TVs for us. Superb customer service!

The beer is cold and the service was good. That's all the good that I can say about the current state of Mo's in Cypress...We have been going to this Mo's since it opened - was great food, great service, cold beer, etc. - that was then...For varous reasons, we had not been in about a month - until Saturday, 8/18/18. They no longer serve their great nachos, their chicken quesadillas were greasy, and the quality of their other dishes seemed substantially was off as well. I also noticed that at 6 PM on Saturday, there were not many people, especially for a Saturday. We asked our waiter what is going on and were told that management made a number of changes to the kitchen and the menu - all in the name of boosting profits. I spoke to a friend who went to this Mo's on the previous Thursday evening and observed the same issues with the food and number of customers. This is your warning...We will try Mo's one more time in the next week or so to see if management listens... read more

5 stars all the way around!!! Went last Friday night around 8:30 so it was in full swing. I thought parking was going to be an issue but was surprised to see they valet and even more surprised it's complimentary. Way to go Mo's! The wait was only 20 minutes and they have this fancy technology that will text you when you're table is ready. The bar service was speedy and the beverages were AMAZING! There was a live band that everyone seemed to be enjoying. Our waiter was very delightful and the food was very timely coming out even with it being a busy night. The food was excellent!! Not just your regular bar food, you can tell the owner has a knack for yummy food! All in all my experience was excellent and I cannot wait to go back and I highly recommend it to wveryone! I'm glad Cypress finally has a pub people will enjoy going to! read more

Great food, beer selection, and live music. The chicken tenders and ribs were both delicious and paired perfectly with my pint of Guinness. My daughter absolutely loved the grilled cheese sandwich with homemade tomato soup. Upon the cute waiters suggestion we finished with a Mo's cookie. It was perfection. We will be back!! read more

Fun atmosphere and tons of tvs showing sports, so good place to watch a game. My main issue with Mo's is the food, which isn't bad per se, but certainly nothing special and absolutely not worth the high prices they are charging. My fish n chips were tasty, but basically I paid $14 for a plate of French fries, the fish serving was that skimpy. My companion liked her Rueben sandwich just ok, and it also was on the tiny side. I read that the owners of Mo's sampled 40 different kinds of French fries before deciding on the ones they serve, which is bizarre to me as their fries are fair to poor at best. Maybe eat across the street at Texas Mesquite Grill, then come to Mo's to watch a game and avoid the food. read more

4 visit and I kick myself every time for thinking it would be different. Midtown prices, less than cypress quality service. Have to say, Bailey was a great waitress.... she wasn't our waitress, but she did her best to help us. Food came out wrong, waitress was never around, prices are high. I have no problem with higher prices, but the service should be proportional. read more

This place is horrible. The food was mediocre and cold, and a terrible waitress to boot. My family and I waited 10 minutes before our server showed up, no greeting, just what do you want to drink? Then waited 30+ minutes for appetizers and when we got them, they were cold and the cheese dip had formed a hard layer from sitting under the lamps. We then had to wait almost a half hour more for out entrée. By the time our food had come out, we were out of drinks and had to ask a food runner for refills, because our waitress never returned after she took our initial order. The worst part is, our waitress seemed to not care about her tables at all, she would disappear for 20 minutes at a time leaving us, and the tables around us stranded. I would give her name, if only she bothered to tell us. I have never left a tip less than 20% and today, I didn't feel bad at all leaving her close to nothing. The establishment was not busy at all, and just to give an idea of how bad the service was, a family with a small child sat next to us while we were receiving our entrée, by the time we got the check to pay(which took another 20 minutes), the family still had not had their drink orders taken. UNPLEASANT experience on a Friday evening regarding their wine menu. With only 5 red wine choices on their menu, we reluctantly selected the Merlot. (The bartender had only allowed us a tiny taste of the Cab, which we did not like.) The waitress delivered the bottle of Merlot to our table already OPEN! The bottle of wine was either turned or just simply terrible by first sip. The bar manager refused to work with us to replace the bottle with an alternative, saying it was 'company policy' and that he would not allow us to 'reject' it. His only offer was a $8 discount off the $28 bottle. When we asked to speak to the GM, the bar manager 'conveniently' told us the GM had just left the property. He demanded our $20 payment without any true customer service alternatives. VERY POOR WINE SELECTION, EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE attention to an isolated issue. I do respect the fact that Mo's is a beer menu, not a wine menu. Some guests do, and will, want to enjoy a nice glass of wine with their beer drinking friends. read more

Yesterday, my friends and I stopped in to Mo's in Cypress to watch the Texans Game. Our server told us they were doing a promotion, where if you bought one of three types of beer you get a raffle ticket. At the end of the game, that draw a ticket, and the winner gets a free party of 20 with food and beverages. Throughout the afternoon we were told we were the only raffle ticket. We decided to stay an extra hour and a half just to win the raffle. At the end of the game our server said we were still the only ones with tickets. She later came up and said that we were the winners and that the manager would come talk to us about the prize. I could see the manager walking around angrily on the phone. It was as if he was mad that he had to give away the raffle prize after only selling two drinks. He had a talk with our server and set her back over to tell us that we did not win, that someone else won. There were very few people in there and the manager did not go to any other table. No other raffle ticket was drawn. It was obvious he just wanted to get out of the commitment that they had made, and wasted our time. If he had at least come to talk to our table, I'd be more understanding. We felt very disrespected, and will not be back. read more

Ok. I've been to Mo's numerous times attempting to enjoy the food, but have yet to be successful. They need to fire their head chef. Each meal I get is either average or below. Grilled cheese and soup, sent the soup back because it was cold and cheese sandwich, well I've made better at home. Ribs are average. Ribs are overly smothered with sauce to cover up the bland meat, which is similar tasting to a Mcrib. Fish and chips are decent. Ohea, had the macaroni cheese and chicken. The chicken is like sliced deli chicken meat, just weird. I even sent a salad back because of the awful tasting dressing, which I requested on the side but the cook put it in the salad anyway. I'm done going there for food. For better food with drinks, I will go to Lucky's, Baker's Pub, or Bdubs first. The positive, Mo's set up is the best set up (for sports) in Cypress near 290. Fire pit and patio are nice. Good place to chill for slightly pricey drinks. Ohea, employees are nice. Just don't order the food. read more

Went there Saturday afternoon around 1:00. Our first time there. There was a loud group of guys sitting at the round tables by the bar but that's to be expected in a pub. The booth where we were seated was directly under an industrial looking ventilation system and it was blowing out ice cold air through our entire meal. I mean our napkins kept getting blown off of our table it was so bad. I know that would probably be appreciated on a weekend night when the place is packed, but it certainly wasn't needed then. I guess we could have moved but we didn't. We found the food to be just okay, nothing at all special. Maybe we didn't order the right things. I had a grilled reuben sandwich and my husband had the bacon cheeseburger. Plus we ordered onion rings. The onion rings were good, slightly better average but not amazing. The grilled reuben was absolutely identical to the reubens you can get at Arby's for a fraction of the cost. My husband's burger was average. We drank water with our meal. At $30, for a sandwich, burger and rings, we'll go elsewhere. read more
