For example a device that is required by law to filter out impurities in the natural gas supply that cause a water heater to develop problems and fail earlier than normal. Let's just say that his responses were not adequate to assure me that I wouldn't have problems in the future with his work performance. I again personally would not recommend him. Scott is arrogant IMO. Gave me a good quote but then couldn't get the unit he pitched and didn't want to install it per code. He then offered to get a different brand but when I asked model# he reneged and said I should call the supplier myself. When I questioned this he went silent. Way too erratic for me.
