He never called me and updated me on it so after a month, I call him to check on the status of things. he tell me me that his diamond setter is out at the moment so it would be 2 more weeks. 2 more weeks go by and I call again only to be told that the chain still hasn't came in. at this point it's a month and a half later and there's not even a model being made for my custom piece yet nor a chain to go with it. this went on for 4 MONTHS. We took a gold bangle to have a clasp added, TWICE. Both times the clasps tarnished! We paid to have a GOLD clasp added. When we returned to inform him, he said "my provider must have sold me bad stuff." Jewelers are responsible for certifying/verifying that the products they purchase are correct! That was an awful reply. He did add another clasp at no cost but AGAIN it tarnished! It must be his supplier's fault again. DON'T USE THIS JEWELER! read more

I have been doing business with them for the past 10 years and have NEVER been disappointed. I live in Magnolia Texas and still drive to Houston just to get their quality service and customer service. I went in today and had my daughters gold chain repaired while I waited. Took watch in for new battery. As she was struggling to get back off, I told her how my other watch was ruined because they tore up the O rings. I mentioned that this watch had never had the back removed. I asked her if the O ring was damaged as she finished? She lied to me right to my face. A day later as I began my vacation, I notice my watch was completely filled with moisture. I called them. Took it back a week later, I explained how I was lied to and that to prove it, I wanted jeweler to remove the back and show me the inside of case. The man with a complete disrespect for myself and my 450.00 Titanium watch, throws it on the counter and says, "Take it someplace else." They have the Baptist literature, just not the Baptist integrity. If you are looking for characteristics of deceit, duplicity and a lack of integrity in your jeweler, then I recommend this place. I was amazed at how knowledgeable they were about some of her unusual pieces - like the elephant hair ring. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and kind, given my circumstances. One item was designated for a particular family member, and was not to be appraised. It was taken back, cleaned, polished, and boxed up nicely, at no charge.
