I started out at Jack Powell. Read my JP review! I needed Jeep help. I was told my warranty ended in 60,000. Freak out, I was 80 miles until the end. JP was wrong! It is over that. . Ok. I called Mossy for help. I had a few serious issues piling up. I needed to get my Jeep into a competent dealer a[[HIGHLIGHT]]sap. Mossy (Craig? was a good listener. I got it to them the [[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]next morning. Fast forwards, they checked everything with the car. Ran it through system checks. Both batteries were not putting out causing electrical issues. Etc. i was worried about my sick Jeep. We love our Jeeps! They replaced both batteries. Checked lights, the safety check and tire air. Who does that anymore? I picked up my Jeep got on the freeway headed home. It ran like new! I was going 90 mph thinking I was going 70! Seriously. Do not underestimate batteries. Don't wait until you are stranded. They have a lot to do with how your vehicle runs. You likely only have one battery. My jeep has no other issues of a serious nature. Next time, at Mossy. We have items on the list for service. I had a terrible experience with Mossy CDJR. They performed a Spot Delivery letting me take the car before the loan was finalized. When the financing didn't go through, they spent an entire month giving me excuses ad lies instead of returning my deposit as required by the contract. I brought my car in on Monday with an appointment at 1030am (to give them kudos, I was able to make the appointment that same morning). I was told, both over the phone and in-person, that the diagnostics would take up to two day. Given that I have two small children, I made plans so we could get around (school, sports practices, groceries, etc) for those two days with the understanding that it MIGHT take longer depending on the services that needed to get done. I had heard nothing by Wednesday around 9am so my husband called and they told him they were still running diagnostics on the problem but that they had done all 12 recalls and that they would call back before the 48 hour mark. They didn't call back. I called back at 12pm that Wednesday and they said they still didn't have the diagnostics done, that they were STILL working on the recalls, and that they would call back. We got a call back at 4pm telling us they would need more time for the recalls and diagnostics and that they would need to keep the car for another day. At this point the car has been there for 2.5 days and they still couldn't tell us what was wrong with it. I scrambled to get a loaner car for another day. On Thursday, they finally sent the diagnostics which only included oil change, tire change, filter change and a bunch of other maintenance things that had nothing to do with why we brought the car in. In addition, they needed the car for another day to fix one last recall. At this point we pick up the car and said we'd be back next Tuesday so they can do the recall. They did waive the diagnostics because it took longer than 48 hrs per the ad on the website below. We took our car in for two reasons, which I stated both in-person and over the phone when I dropped of the car off on Monday. The urgent one was that the gear knob kept locking and wouldn't let us drive the car. On two occasions, within a week of each other, we got stuck either at school drop off or before heading to school. The second reason was that our phones were not being read by the computer so that we could use navigation systems, car play, etc. - the phones would only charge. In their diagnostic report, they stated that the problem could not be replicated. So they thought the recalls had fixed everything. When we pick up the car, the gear knob was working fine but the computer was still not reading the phones. When I took my car back in on Tuesday, for the last recall, I asked about the phone and they said they had only checked that the phone charged. They NEVER checked if the car was reading the phone so we could use the CarPlay (navigation, music, etc). They then stated that if I wanted to get that checked out, THEY WOULD NEED TO RUN ANOTHER DIAGNOSTIC THAT WOULD COST $275! They lied about having finished the recalls, they lied about running the diagnostics, and they lied about the timeline. I ACTIVELY DISCOURAGE anyone from going to Mossy Chrysler. read more

This recall update was a 6-8 hour process, and Victor assured me I would be able to pick up my vehicle later on the same day. Dropped it off in the morning at 9AM, and picked it up later on that day at 5PM. Mossy paid for Lyft ride to and from the dealership as well. I imagine that for an oil change or something simple, they might be okay, but my Jeep was hit and my bumper and some alignment parts needed to be fixed. This dealer was conveniently located near my work. They said the work would only take a week. It took about a week for my insurance to approve the repairs and I also had them change my oil, as I still had free oil changes. Then the problems started. They received the check from my insurance about one and a half weeks after I dropped my car and they misplaced it. I saw the work order and the amount of hours means they just kept putting my vehicle on the back burner. Probably to take in same day work. It was so bad that 3 weeks in, I was conveying to them I only had 30 days of rental that my insurance would pay for. Well, they took an extra week after that. Cost me $300 more in rental. Plus it still wasn't done. I had to go back 3 different times to have them put in missing parts and replace an undercover I noticed was removed and I was never told about. I had to send them a picture to prove it was on there before. Also, as I mentioned they misplaced the check, so I had to pay the bill on my credit card in order for them to release my car. I then had to get a check from my insurance and cancel the previous, which they later found. A truly horrible experience. They were nice enough, but never really took all they did wrong and how much money, time and frustration it caused very seriously. I went to Jeep so my vehicle would be repaired correctly and professionally. Absolutely not the case. read more

It's been a month since I bought my car and what a month it's been! Mossy is not my local dealership, and yet I travelled 100 miles in an Uber to get there because of the initial customer experience I had from Emir who not only called me back after I enquired about this sick blacktop R/T at a STEAL of a price I just saw on the Dodge website, but he went above and beyond to show me what I wanted to see without being gross and pushy about it! I was stuck between the R/T and the Scat Pack, and instead of pushing me to take the more expensive car like most dealers have nearby, he was in tune with my needs, sent me videos of the starts, popped the hood for me each time and I just knew I was buying a car from Mossy, just not sure which one. His willingness to even send me videos instead of pushing me to get down there first was enough for me to actually want to get down there. I ended up with the R/T and it was the best decision ever and I'm grateful to Emir and then Sami for letting me come to that decision naturally. I hate the feeling of being pushed into something and I got that from local dealerships in OC, and Mossy never made me feel that way. The purchasing process with Ivan was a breeze and throughout the deal, Sami was also incredible. I didn't know what PPF was until Sami told me about it - I looked it up, and within 7 days, I had wrapped in PPF and it was the best thing I did to my new car. So all in all, my experience buying from Mossy was an elevated one right from the start, and long after the purchase was complete. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, but heading to Mossy was sooooooooooooo worth the Uber and then the drive. I will travel for a job well done. read more

I am very disappointed in the service I received and have not received from Gabe in the service department. I have refrained from leaving a review, because I only leave a negative review when the representative leaves me no other choice in hopes of having a proper warranty issue handled properly. I have waited over 4 months. Enough is enough. Mossy Jeep is refusing to honor technical bulletin 08-074-20 REV B regarding the replacement of Jeep Gladiator Aluminum Steering box issue. I have followed all the proper protocol. I have the issue documented by jeep technicians and have met all the criteria to have my steering box replaced at no cost. Yet for months now Gabe has been extremely difficult to reach and refusing to properly handle this issue. Additionally, I originally came to mossy for a Recall clutch repair that should have taken 2-3 days. After 11 days it was still not done and they had not even started the work. No communication. No apology. Nothing. I have to say that the Mossy reputation is just not what it used to be. You can't find a descent dealer that will stand behind their product or the technical bulletins that come out even when they relate to safety. I'd give 0 stars if possible. read more

Heard about this dealer from local Jeep groups, figured i would give them a shot. When i pulled in it took a bit for my service advisor to come out Troy. I will not hold that against them because someone did greet us and let him know we were there and told us he would be coming out. i got an oil change , tire rotation and a recall done for a tailgate latch. It took about 2 hours. i would rate that about standard for oil change at a dealer but with the recall i would say not bad. Super nice and new dealership , bathrooms could have been cleaner thou especially for being only 10am. Big pro is salesman are not hounding you walking the lot while waiting and they are friendly to modified Jeeps in service department. Allen and Troy were both very helpful and Nice.
