No star if I could I made an appointment with a service advisor at this Ford dealer to get a diagnostic of the car and at the same time they were going to work on the recall. Bad bad experience I highly DON'T recommend this place to get your car fixed. I brought my car in for a Ford Recall 2015-2017 mustangs for Backup Camera Issues. The advisor said we weren't able to fixed or repair your car because your vehicle has aftermarket stereo even though the stereo is equipped with a camera option and a bunch of lies; So I waste my day of work and my gas of driving two cars ;this is not acceptable. I took my car and call a different ford dealer and talked to one of the service advisors and explained about the situation ;gave me an appointment ,took car in and got the problem resolved and I didn't have to replace my stereo to OEM. Had a bad experience with the service department. They basically forgot to do my alignment, and it ended up ruining some tires. My vehicle is due for service and I have the extended warranty so I figured I'd give them another chance I mean, how bad could they screw it up this time? I chose the service where they picked up my vehicle and dropped it off when it was complete so the two stars is for the porters who did an amazing job because they were some really nice guys. Otherwise this would've been in one sta. I specifically asked when this was dropped off that I wanted to have my spare rotated in on my bronco and to have the brakes checked, which is normal for the 10,000 mile service. When it was returned to me, I noticed the spare hadn't been rotated and in fact, they didn't even rotate any of the tires because they said my wheels had locks in fact they do not have locks. Very disappointed and will never go back there even though it's just down the street from me. If they couldn't get the tires off then how did they check the brakes?? read more

3-18-26 took my ford with 40k miles for throttle hesitation problems. They kept car three days and after multiple tests, they said it was a spark plugs. so I paid around $500 for new plugs. 4-1-26 took car back because problem was not fixed 4-7-26 I haven't received any updates after one week so I called advisor. Jose Gomez said they are still running test. 4-14-26 another week and I still haven't heard any thing. I called and Jose said it was transmission which is 5k !! Jose even said this issue is common in this model. WTH!!! I asked for a refund on the spark plugs they put in since obviously it wasn't the issue. I even offered to pay the diagnostic fee and Jose refused. Since when do you pay for repair and the car is not fixed? Service advisor Jose Gomez is like getting a nice waitress at a restaurant but still getting horrible service. No car with 40k miles should ever need a transmission. Pretty awful customer service. I went in with a friend, looking to order a part. Mind you, there was absolutely nobody in line. You could tell the rep was one of those people who aren't interested in helping, just taking your money. His name is Luis. My friend requests a part that they looked up in the manual for reference. The rep agrees to order the part, says sign and pay. He pretty much wants us out of his way. We come back, days later. We check in. First things first, the part isn't the one requested. He starts to argue and says he's not the one in error. The moment he starts arguing, we already knew he had no intention in wanting to help resolve the issue but instead escalate. He said because it was it wasn't his mistake, a restocking fee would be applied. After all the time wasted, waiting for a part, he has the audacity to ask if we wanted to order again? Absolutely not. Don't do business with this dealership. They will likely scam you out of a part and charge you a fee for "your" error. Don't do business with Luis either. Never written a review in my entire life but this experience is just unbelievable. If I could give this customer service 0 stars I truly would. My advisor is John and from the very beginning just has been a tremendously HORRIBLE experience. I bought a 2024 mustang from them and it blew at 20k miles, don't get me wrong I'm not mad about that it's under warranty and not completely their fault, but from the second I got my car towed into the dealership I went up to him and ask for some help and explain to them how my car just turned off and wouldn't turn back on. John straight up said "as you can see there's only 3 of us in today and I'm a little busy so whenever your wheels are on the ground come bother me again" with complete attitude. Fast forward to 5 days later John finally calls and says "I got your engine ordered it'll take 5 days to get here and 5 more days to put it in" I then obviously asked about a rental vehicle to get to and from work and he says I can't get anything directly from them because I'm not 25 and to try out enterprise like if it's my job. Fast forward to today, enterprise called me and said ford made a reservation for me to get a rental. I go into enterprise and they tell me ford only is covering 40% of the rental and so I call John again and of course no answer, I then call the front desk and ask to speak to John which he got mad about because I guess the front desk called all of his coworkers. He then finally calls me and we go back and forth about how he only put it to cover 40% rather then 40$ long story short he changes it to 40$ and then they tell me that I can only get a car that is ford, which the cheapest one at the enterprise John sent me to was 48$. I call John to explain and the second he answers he sighs and says "you calling again? We have 40 cars in right now I wish I could get to work" then I explain that the cheapest one is 48$ and he goes "sounds like it'll be 8$ a day for you" I explain to him that I'm Not paying anything because I bought a new car, they didn't want to give me a rental at the dealership because of a new rule supposedly, and the car is barely hitting 20k miles, and I barely owned it for not even 3 years and he expects me to just be okay with paying out of pocket for a rental? He then goes "if you really want me to bother my manager for 8$ a day then I'll go and bother him but it's only 80$ for the entire rental" I then explain to him again that I'm not paying and to go ask for a raise because it's unacceptable, he then goes "omg I'll go ask bye" and hang up. I have genuinely never received so much attitude for simple questions and I have never met someone who thinks their time is so much more important then other people's time until I spoke to this guy. Seeing the reviews on this ford dealership makes a lot of sense on why yall don't even have 3 stars. I would leave a 0 I got my truck for commercial and they said they can help me put a tracking device on my truck ! As soon as I buy truck they said they can't help ! No issue I found another company that can help but was not cool from ford they said if I cut any wires my warranty would not be covered that's why I wanted them to do it ! Then I found a company that I just plug in a device to the code reader and it work ! No need to cut wires ! But 2nd problem it's been one year and already 6 time I get in my truck and turn it on and it's stuck in parking I can't even drive my truck !! I learn tricks to get it out of the issue but it's not the key I want it fixed !!! The replaced a part after my truck in the shop 3 different times and when I leave it there they keep it for a week and find no issues but later replaced the shifter and still today I have same problem ! I also complain about my car accelerating gas while I'm at a stop sign with my feet on the break . That was scary . 2nd time happen again when I was coming to a stop sign and I was about to tap on the breaks to stop with no feet on the gas it was wanting to go !!! Bad customer service and lack of organization. I set an appointment with them for an oil change and they gave me a confirmation voicemail which was nice. I show up to my appointment and the service attendant said there were no records of my appointment. So I had to reschedule the next day, but told me to make the appointment an hour earlier to give them enough time. So I show up the next day and I parked at the service lane. I waited over 25 minutes only for another service attendant to tell me they were overbooked and couldn't take care of my vehicle that day. Total waste of time, two days in a row. Go to Ford in Poway which is much better. One day, my appointment request wasn't received on there end, but they took care of me anyways. Or go to Valvoline, no appointments needed. read more

Bought a used Ford Focus in 2017. The advertised price was very good. The final price was about 50% higher and it included a security system that I didn't ask for. Happy with the car but the purchase was not a good experience. Bought a new Ford Fusion in 2019 at a good end of the year sale price. After 5 years it has been in the shop 5 times- towed in 3 times because it wouldn't start. The second to the last time they said the battery needed to be replaced and the 3 year warranty had just expired so the cost would be $300. A couple months later the charging system failed - not covered by the warranty - $1000. Now 5 years after the purchase with 23,000 miles on the car, the oil pan is leaking which would cost $1950 to replace at Pep Boys. We like the car when it is running well, but not sure we want to keep it with this poor reliability record. read more

Despite this, Andres was patient and friendly and answered a lot of my questions about the car I was interested in for my son. Since the car just got in and was way in the back we set up a time for the next day to check it out. We again sat down and things were very low pressure and he worked with me to take an offer to the GM. No hard upselling like other places that won't let you walk away or imply that this offer is for today only stuff.
