In paticular the one in Concord has been my favorite one so far cause it was in the center of any place I needed or wanted to be. Plus the bed was alot more comfortable than when I stay at other Hampton Inn's. The breakfast dining room had several cozy nook areas to have private time...so special indeed. I certainly will be making more staycation trips out here soon....ciao for now!

Given that this location was only built a little over a year ago, I loved that it still had a brand new feel. Highlights of this hotel: *Lobby doors only open for hotel guests-- I was a little weirded out by this at first but I appreciated it in the end because I felt safe knowing that only the front desk people could let us in. After having a hotel room broken into in Vegas a few years back, it's these things that put me at ease. *Clean spacious room that has a microwave + nightlight in the bathroom so you can see when you have to use it in the middle of the night. *Shampoo/ Conditioner/ Shower gel in the shower for you to use. Just in case you forget your stuff, you can use theirs. They also used the "Zero" brand which proudly boasts zero sulfates, zero parabens, zero phthalates, zero artificial colors, and zero animal testing.. Loved this. Apparently this is exclusive to the Hilton brand of hotels so kudos for carrying this line. *Filtered water on the bottom floor to fill up your water canteens. *Free Breakfast in the mornings which included an oatmeal station, sausage egg McMuffins or eggs + country potatoes depending on the day, cereal station with milk, juices, fresh coffee, bread + simple muffins, and my personal favorite: waffle station with 2 flavors of waffle batter (Regular and Birthday batter with sprinkles). The waffle station also had whipped cream, syrup, mini chocolate chips, and chocolate syrup *Fresh Coffee all day. I love it when hotels do this. And the best part of this hotel.. Drumroll.. Sonya!!!! If you've read other reviews and see her name on them, there's reason for it. She was just a pleasure to talk to: charming, full of kindness, big hearted and genuine. Not to mention had the best sense of humor. If you're needing a hotel to stay in Concord, don't hesitate to stay here. Another reviewer mentioned that it was a bad area. I did notice that there was a 24 hour liquor store next to it with people milling around right outside the parking lot but I never had any issue with them. I never felt unsafe. Another note: Parking is $10/ day here.

I grew up in Walnut Creek and we hold the California speech and debate state tournament for college at this so very familiar with it. This time I wanted to get a room because I didn't wanna drive back-and-forth where I live now to judge both days and honestly, it was a great experience. First of all how they accommodate all of these college students who do the competition in the rooms is quite challenging and things went so well. Secondly, when I decided I wanted a room at the last minute they were so accommodating. Camille at the front desk was not only quick and efficient but a great conversation list and so much fun. She made sure that I got a room, did her best to get it cleaned and ready early for me, it was super quick at follow up and follow through. The pool is nice, accommodations are great, and the staff really made it work! Thanks, Camille such a great experience.

LA Curious Interpretation of "In-Room Dining"…read more My wife and I ordered two top sirloin dinners through in-room dining at Creekside while staying at the Concord Hilton. The steak itself was perfectly acceptable. The vegetables were fine. The issue was not the food. The issue was that this arrived looking less like hotel in-room dining and more like takeout from a highway rest stop. Plastic clamshell containers. Plastic utensils sealed in a bag. Paper napkins. Ketchup packets scattered in the box. A nearly $100 bill after service charge and tax. How, in the name of Conrad Hilton, is this considered in-room dining? The disappointment was magnified by the reason for our stay. My wife is scheduled for surgery early tomorrow morning at a nearby surgery center. We booked a one-night stay at the Hilton specifically so she could relax, avoid an early morning drive, and enjoy a quiet dinner in the room to help calm her nerves before the procedure. We were not looking for extravagance. We were looking for comfort, hospitality, and a small measure of care during a stressful moment. Just a week ago, my wife and I were staying at the Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans--another Hilton property--where in-room dining arrived on proper plates with real cutlery and the sense that someone cared about the experience, not merely the transaction. In-room dining is supposed to be hospitality. It is supposed to feel elevated. Guests are paying not only for the food, but for the convenience, comfort, and experience of dining in their room. When a $37 steak arrives in disposable packaging accompanied by plastic forks and condiment packets, the experience feels oddly disconnected from the Hilton brand promise. Perhaps I should not have been surprised. Throughout our stay there seemed to be a broader absence of decorum and attention to detail that extended beyond dinner service. The steak was acceptable. The presentation was not. And at nearly $100 for two sirloin dinners, guests should reasonably expect something better than takeout containers and plastic cutlery--particularly when they chose the hotel in hopes of finding a calm and comfortable place to spend the evening before a loved one's surgery.

When I first walked in the room, I could immediately smell that it had been cleaned yet it did not give off any chemical smell - I am very sensitive to chemical odors and can get headaches from them. The sheets, linens, shower, and surfaces all appeared very clean. The only minus, which is why I took away a star, was some of the utensils in my kitchen area had very visible food remnants on them and one of the knives had a large thumbprint, so I made sure to take utensils from the breakfast area instead and did not feel comfortable using any of the dish-ware or drink-ware either, given the state of the utensils. This was very gross but overall I was impressed with the overall cleanliness. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and made check in a breeze. The spaciousness of the room itself was wonderful and I found everything to be very comfortable. I had been able to pick out my room in advance on the app and chose a corner room on the top floor - it was very quiet despite it's proximity to the freeway. The room was dark overall but the only issue was the outlet in the bathroom had a nightlight built in which could not be turned off! I had to stack a couple things in front of it to block out the light that was very close to the bed. I stayed at 3 hotels on my fall break trip and this one had by far the best quality and best variety of free breakfast options. I really appreciate having this. As a young single woman, I felt very safe in the neighborhood when walking into the hotel late at night. I hadn't realized when booking the hotel that it was actually across the street from the apartments my brother and his family used to live in - so I knew upon arrival it was a very safe area. I would absolutely stay here again and felt the value was there for the price I paid.

Upon check-in; no cigarette smell detected, bathrooms sanitized, carpets clean, mini fridge and microwave were wiped down. Didn't see any bugs the whole time I was there. Full breakfast included 5/5 Self serve, kept heated in warming trays, your basic eggs, bacon, shredded potatoes, toaster for bread, build your own waffles! They were very gracious and found us another room. The 2nd room key wouldn't work, so my hubby had to go back down again. In the 2nd room the bedroom area was clean and looked nice, very spacious, and it had a mirowave and refrigerator which was great to have. The bathroom however was disgusting. The tub had holes on the side that need to be fixed. There were also some type of brown spots all over the shower walls and curtain. The bathroom door was disgustingly filthy also. The outside wasn't too bad, but they had boards hanging with wire from the balcony, very tacky! The walls must be very thin because we got a call from the office that our TV was too loud, and we could barely hear it. Strange! The free breakfast was simple, but good. It had eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, cereal, and danishes. Just not an extremely well kept property. With a few fixes I would have given it a 4.

The room was huge! It had a cute little kitchen setup with a dining table, a comfy corner couch in the living area, and two separate bedrooms, which made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel. One room had a queen bed, a good-sized closet with wired shelving, and a super spacious bathroom with the sink area outside the bathroom, always a win when you're trying to get ready without fighting over space. The second bedroom had a king bed, its own walk-in shower, and the same setup with the sink outside the bathroom and open to the room, which made it super easy to multitask (aka watch TV while doing my makeup). The space overall was clean, functional, and comfortable. But my biggest complaint? That awful showerhead. It was grimy, leaking, and had the weakest water pressure. Definitely a letdown in an otherwise great room.... especially when a good shower is one of my top hotel priorities. The bathroom had the potential to be a vibe, but the shower situation totally killed it.

We had an extended stay here for work. The big feature is that they allow pets -- both dogs and…read morecats to stay, which was a big plus for us! The staff were always very friendly and accommodating. There were a couple of times we had a lot of clarifying questions and they never made us feel like we were annoying them. Even when we checked out, I double checked the pet fee after having paid and left already. They had accidentally overcharged me, as I had stayed for less time than the price I had paid. I called them up to inquire about it, and they were able to resolve the issue and refunded me the difference. Overall, the hotel was pretty clean for accommodating pets. I think this hotel seems to have a lot of smells from food that people bring it or of cleaning products. Even in our room, it seemed the room held on to smells for a long time, and despite having the air circulating or the window open, it was hard to get rid of the scents. It also seems other reviewers have mentioned some bedbug or other creepy crawly concerns, but we did not see any for the whole month we were there. We had a studio sort of room, so it was a large space that included the bed, a small living room with the couch, dining table, and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a microwave that also can be an oven, an electric stove, and a nice sized refrigerator. They include the basic utensils for eating and cooking, bowls, plates, cups, mugs, pans, pots, colander. There is a coffee maker, as well. They provide you with dishwashing soap but it is not of great quality as it doesn't bubble. There is no sponge they provide to wash your dishes. They do have some dishwasher detergent for the dishwasher they also have in the unit. It seems they do not do room service unless you specifically request/schedule for it. It's probably because they have pets and they need you to have your pet out of the room when they service it. Parking is free, and they provide you with a parking pass to leave on your dashboard. They have a 24/7 gym with a few key equipment, including 2 ellipticals, 1 stationary bike, 1 non-functioning Peloton bike, 3 treadmills, bench for weights, back extension. They have wipes to clean the equipment, a water jug, and towels for your convenience. There is complimentary breakfast. It starts at 6:30 am on the weekdays, 7 am on the weekends. They have someone making custom ready-to-order omelets. They have the standard coffee and tea (coffee runs out pretty quickly in the morning since this is a busy hotel for working guets), scrambled eggs (one plain, one with veggies), sausage or bacon, potatoes, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, breads. There is a bar with a happy hour as well, but they do not have a sit-down restaurant here. Fortunately, there are many restaurants close by in Downtown Pleasant Hill. Other amenities include meeting rooms, a pool, basketball court. Overall, it was a pretty solid experience at Hyatt House!

My family went today to have a nice girls day. Cheers to 2026. We had planned the day about a month in advance and we're looking forward to it the entire time. Everyone who worked here was very nice and all of us really enjoyed our services (some had multiple) I do just need to say a warning. I've always know Lafayette was once a sundown town even though I grew up there and was hard to picture. So I expect certain people to act a way however it's gotten so much worse in recent years and we are white. So this is a warning to others. My sisters and I were in the hot tub after one of our treatments and we had ordered a couple appetizers and a bottle of bubbles to enjoy. The staff was very nice and brought it out to us in the hot tub and obviously brought it in plastic wine flutes as they know as employees no glass is allowed. About an hour later, an employee or manager approached us and let us know. There had been a complaint about glass in the hot tub. We explained to her and no, this is from your hotel that we ordered (and spent over $100 after spending a lot of money in the spa) and then she asked to verify that we were residence of the hotel and we explained yes we are doing the spa. I want to again state, This is nothing against the employees there. We clearly knew the lady was doing her job. A couple of us get out to go into the locker room to shower and change for dinner that we are going to have on the property (again money to the Park Hotel) and we noticed in the shower area, the swimsuit of a lady who was in the hot tub with us hanging by the shower. She is nowhere in the locker room and my friend notes "she is the one who complained and she must be getting a service right now" We realize that while we were in the hot tub chitchatting amongst ourselves, we brought up two points. 1) is the orange turd going to die this year and 2) why is all a certain type of people posting bad reviews on the Stranger Things episode where Will comes out to people - and SPECIFICALLY said we don't understand why people hold so much hate in their hearts and spend energy on it (this becomes ironic in a bit) While we didn't spend a lot of time talking about either of these, and they're not in excessively political, the lady I will name "Karen" in the hot tub (yes she looked like one) clearly was angry with the conversation the three of us were having and wanted to " get us in trouble" Meanwhile a man in the hot tub was super cordial and even joined in on our convo on airline preferences So this note is just straight for the Karen. We all grew up in Lafayette and we don't need your hate and toxicity in it really. I so really hope that you're not from our area and we're just visiting and staying at the hotel. You almost ruined a perfect day for us. And I wouldn't be as silent if I run into you at Safeway Hope you felt real "powerful", Karen. And sorry to the employee who had to do her due diligence and approach us
