For a fairly new hotel in the growing area of southeast Page, this motel was not designed right. There was not central air conditioning. Each room had a window type air condition unit that was loud. The rooms are spartan linens were at a minimum. There was only one elevator in a building that should have at least 2. The hallways were devoid of any air conditioning, The soap was small, good for small children. I reserved this comment for last. Worst of all, the mattress or box springs of our queen size bed felt like it was bought from Goodwill or Salvation Army. It looked and felt old. Will not stay here in the future. read more

It's about what you'd expect from a budget hotel, except in the summer the daily rate is $300. They did at least have a microwave & hot water for tea. Don't expect to get good sleep here, the walls are paper thin and noise from EVERYTHING carries. We were woken up many times by the showers and noisy plumbing of the rooms on both sides of ours. This was very good. I was very concerned about safety after I had a break in my car during my last stay at a motel in the desert. However, this motel felt very safe: the parking lot was well lit. There were hotel guests at the pool late at night, so that I felt that someone had an eye on my car. The hotel room was pretty standard, the sheets were clean and have no issues. I checked for bed bugs, and there were none. It's also a pretty big motel with lots of people which made me feel safer. read more

Wish I could give this zero stars. The room was dingy and was right next to the ice machine, so it was noisy to begin with. But then the smoke alarm battery began to die and the alarm went off every 20-30 seconds with a loud beep, which began at 2 am. We called the front desk first thing in the morning and they apologized profusely and said they'd send someone to switch out the battery. Someone came by more than an hour later! I tried getting a refund but of course, no such luck, even though they told us we could do so through Expedia because that's who I booked the hotel with. Cheap, ish, but if you want fridge or microwave or coffeemaker or any other conveniences, skip it. Our room also lacked fan in bathroom and the toilet ran loudly. There was no dresser, just two shelves, bedside table, and small table and chairs. TV and air conditioner did work. We are happy that we saved about $40 read more

A classic example of an overpriced motel at a tourist stop. About $60 a night for a 2 bed in this 2 star establishment. First off, the front entrance doesn't even seem like a front entrance. We were confused as to whether or not we arrived at the lobby or not. Next, the layout of the place is horrible. The elevators are located all the way down the hall from the front desk. Why couldn't they have made it so that the elevators are right by the people who need them? The room itself seems nicely put together, and the housekeeping does a good job at cleaning. However, there are quite a few things that are disappointing. The beds are immensely squeaky as you can hear the springs. Every tiny movement will wake up the entire room at night. Also the bathroom doesn't even have shampoo. These are just some basic necessities that I would assume any decent place near a tourist trap offers. And don't get me started on the wifi. It was spotty at best. I can't say much about the other 2 lodgings right next to this place, but I would probably take my chances elsewhere next time. read more

Located in Page, AZ the exterior looks nicer than expected. I was expecting something more run down, but this place looks fairly new. It has an outdoor pool with lounge chairs. Even on the really hot June day we were there the pool was colder than needed, but a nice change of pace from the sweltering heat. Towels aren't provided so you have to bring your own or use your bath towel. Rooms are small and bare bones. Laminate flooring is a nice touch instead of nasty carpets. Double beds don't have boxsprings. Just the actual mattress. There is no dresser in the room. A small half table sits below a wall mounted TV. Also along the wall is a small bookshelf. The bathroom was a decent size. The decor is modern, clean and minimalist. This hotel is one of the cheaper options in town. For a short stay it isn't bad, just keep your expectations in check. read more

It's Page, Az. A tourist trap for sure. This is a newer Motel 6 and cleaner than most. The employee at check-in ignored me for several minutes while fiddling with a computer. I said hello and she never looked up. No acknowledging me. No hello, nothing. I finally asked if I could check in. She again never looked up and mumbled something unintelligible. 8 minutes into standing there she finally checked me in while looking annoyed. Only one of three ice machines was working. The pool was closed because they "couldn't find any chlorine." It's a Motel 6, I don't expect much, and apparently neither does the management. read more

Overpriced for a 2 star motel and with a smell in the lobby that will make you question your life choices (i.e. "You can do better man" or "C'mon man, you're better than this") You booked this place on the cheap, so you shouldn't expect much. And this Motel 6 can take those low expectations and . . . meet them. As long as your expectations are for a cheap motel with no complimentary shampoo, smells in all the common areas, and an all over run down look. We booked here expecting it to have dates sheets and a grimy feel "hey it's just for a few hours" but what we got were surprisingly well appointed basic rooms. Wifi was a bit spotty, AC works well. No smoke odors. Pool and property were clean. This is located within 5-10 minutes of restaurants in downtown Page,AZ, perfect location near Antelope Canyon. As long as you adjust your expectations (this is a Motel 6 after all) this location is clean, simple, and crazy affordable. It's newly renovated and centrally located in Page around restaurants, supermarkets, and all the Antelope Canyon/Horseshoe Bend tours. The room had two queen beds that were comfortable, a table with two chairs, and a TV with tons of channels. Parking is ample in an open lot and for $80 per night for 3 people plus our dog it was a steal. Few tips: - There are no amenities (no shampoo/conditioner) except for bar soap but if you go to the front desk they'll give you anything you need for free by request. - Pets allowed without a pet fee! - Coffee is provided from 6AM to 10AM and hot tea/water is offered 24/7. - Free wifi but it's slow. - Check-in is after 3PM and check-out is 12PM but they approved our request to check-out at 1PM. This is by far the best Motel 6 I've ever stayed at. For once our room doesn't smell like cigarettes, the bed is comfortable, and I don't feel disgusted for sleeping under the covers. As I was doing my search on a decent hotel I came across this one and there were A lot of the reviews that were saying that this motel was better than most for the price. Orbitz said that check In was after 2pm so we checked in at 2:45pm. Checking in was fast and easy. The lady at the front desk told us that our room wasn't ready because they were under staffed with housekeepers. So she suggested us to come back an hour in a half later. So we had to change up our plans and change in our car to go to Horseshoe Bend because our room wasn't ready. So that was a big negative for me. The rooms are nice and they're clean! Like I've said by far one of the best Motel 6 I've stayed at. All my needs are met. Now the walls are paper thin so I could hear the ice machine down the hall being used. This place is a big 'motel' but looks and feels like a hostel and hospital. It isn't warm and inviting and feels cold and even office like. On entering the place is dirty and smells of smoke, very unpleasant! The building isn't very well kept and has plenty of signs or wear and distress. For $150 a night and getting the most basic of facilities and amenities is scandalous. The room doesn't warrant paying any more than $40 a night. I've stayed in better hostels than this and also cheaper 4 star accommodation too. They don't even provide any kind of breakfast which is unbelievable, this thieving motel chain relives you of a lot of money and gives you very little in return. What a mistake as this truly is bottom end living for a high price. We would have enjoyed camping rather than this place and is what we'll do next time in this area... read more

This is a super clean, reasonably priced motel. It's close to a lot of great hiking trails and Zion National Park. The young lady at the front desk was really quick at checking me in and was nice to see a smiling friendly face when I came to the motel tonight after a long day of driving. The room is super clean with a comfortable bead. The bathroom is really spacious and the shower has perfect water pressure. This is by far the nicest Motel 6 I have ever stayed in. read more

We are very pleased with the low price, the courteous staff, the cleanliness of our room and the entire hotel inside and out. The staff is what makes this place so nice. The young lady at the front desk is a pleasure to work with. She helped us find a nice restaurant. The young staff cleaning the rooms are friendly and do a great job and attentive to detail. This place is close to lots of restaurants and close to lots of activities to take part in. For a MOTEL 6, they exceeded my expectations. I was really worried based on the Yelp reviews but I knew I had to take it with a grain of salt since there was only so many to go off of. But I'm happy with my decision. For a quick 2 night stay for 80 bucks a night, it was a bargain. And I've had good service here. I mean I rolled in pretty late and neither the lady working or myself was super chipper or anything but i got everything I needed and she gave me a key to a bed, so I'm a happy girl. Pros: - cheap! - clean! Based on previous reviews, looks like this place was remodeling. I can tell a lot of our stuff is new, which means clean - good location. Not that there would be many places to go in small town page. - good tv that includes HBO - temperature system is loud but works Cons: - the hallway really does smell, but it doesn't go into my room so whatever - the walls are paper thin, but I'm lucky to have good neighbors so just the typical morning commotion - this one I'm pretty neutral on: there's no closet, but I didn't need one - the pool was closed All in all, if I was to return to page, I would definitely consider staying here again. read more

If you are looking for luxury this isn't the place for you but if you are looking for cheap, comfortable, and clean look no further. They get 5 stars from me for what they are. A cheap motel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They answered all of our questions and at our request got us a room on the first floor. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. It appears they are updating with a modern look. They have that fake wood flooring which was ok by me since it means no dingy rug. (By modern I think they bought all of their furniture from Ikea) The TV was good and the air conditioner worked very well. I would say my only complaint was the shower. It took up a ton of room but because of the layout it was very narrow. Overall a great place for a great price. I would definitely stay here again. read more

This was one of the best Motel 6 I've ever stayed at. Everything was clean and renovated. The only problem I had was that our room was right next to the elevator, and people going on and off were extremely loud, waking me and my kids up several times. Typical Motel 6 (nothing special, good value?) Actually a cut-above BUT FOR: The worst bed I've ever experienced in a motel. Completely broken down on the telephone side. Staff acknowledged the problem, reporting the beds on one whole floor were being replaced, but not my floors' rooms (hopefully soon). The building itself wasn't bad, it looked clean, well maintained. There is a pool, and ice machines around the building. However the one we had near our room was broken. The receptionist was extremely rude. We were filling up some hot water in pur water bottle by the coffee machine and she told us we had to use a paper cup, it wasn't anything mean but she could have used a better tone. I didn't mind it because it was late but then she said that there probably wasn't any coffee because it was at night. I was confused because we were getting hot water, I told her that and accidentally bumped into my mom and spilled some water. She asked if any spilled on the ground and I said a little. She then rudely said "clean it up" I get that it was our fault but she could have said it in a nicer tone or added a please. When we were checking in, we were met with a similar attitude as well. Overall, the hotel itself isn't bad, but the employees really need to learn some manners and respect. Also, there is an amazing sunset in this area. I didn't expect much from this Motel as I had read the reviews on Yelp, and I can only confirm what they are saying. On the plus side of things: the room I had was clean. Unfortunately the noise you get from other rooms is a bit over the top. When your neighbors use the water, you will hear it very loudly in your room. They advertise that they have internet and true there is a possibility to connect with internet but it is not suited for a hotel of this size. As a result internet is very slow when you get on it and you are likely to get kicked of quite often. I came here because it was a part of a tour booking, I read that some people stay here for a really low price ($60 a room), I think that is a fair deal. read more

Stayed at 3 Different Motel 6's this December and I have to admit. This was the best one by far. The heater worked well, the room was very clean and staff was friendly. I don't know who designed their interior decor but it's interesting, not a big fan of those weird tubular towel racks but who am I to judge!? Didn't get to see if they had free breakfast or not. Price was very reasonable, that could have been because we stayed in December in Lake Powell's Off season. The hotel is just minutes from the lake and Canyon which is awesome. Okay views from the hotel window but that's okay, I don't spend all day in my hotel looking out the window. I would stay here again if I'm in ever in Page. Sure beats Resort pricing. read more

Unfortunately, we didn't realize how many places would be sold out. Finally, we found the Motel 6. First off, I'd like to say that this is a Motel 6. Let me say it again. THIS. IS. A. MOTEL 6. Do not expect to have a fantastic experience when you stay here but if you need a place to stay for 1 or 2 nights then this is a more than ideal place to stay. The best thing about this place is one of there front desk workers, Delilah. We didn't get to the place until 3 in the morning and she was more than accommodating. She was very friendly and made the process quick and painless. Other than that, you're getting your basic room with all the basic amenities. read more

We stayed here on a road trip at the last minute. Had I had internet I would have read the reviews and stayed elsewhere. The room had paper thin walls, beds were uncomfortable, the corner tub/shower made the shower curtain stick to your body to get under the shower head and there was cracks in the walls that showed the other room. The cracks are around the screwed in plywood panel on the wall around the heat unit. I could see into my neighbors room. The panel is just screwed on so anyone with a screwdriver could simply remove the panel and enter the neighboring room. NOT SAFE. I told the front desk and she told me to write my complaint on a comment card. I emailed Motel 6 with photos and my response was a mass response that wasn't even filled in for my information. So I called Motel 6 where I was told that the matter would be handled internally. At no point was there an apology. At no point did they address my SAFTEY concerns. This is a gem of a motel 6! We had a cute quaint room with a nice color scheme. The furniture is cheap, but hey it's a motel 6! Our room even had a bottle opener in the room. Our one complaint is how loud the heater / fan is. It was freezing in our room and the heater was ridiculously loud. The location of motel 6 is good. Considering the horrible motel 6 we are currently staying at in Barstow we realized how blessed we were last night with the one in Page!! read more
