This review is only about buying a bike, I haven't used parts or service yet. Everything was great. The sales person, Bruce, gave me a true out the door price quote on the phone with no hassle, no pressure to "come in and talk" like two other dealers did. Just a number on the specific bike I wanted. I showed up the next day to talk further, sort of expecting the number to be changed, "oh we forgot to add this tax..." But no, the number was real, and was several hundred less than the other quotes. So I did the deal, which took probably an hour-ish I think. No drama. They did make a mistake in paperwork, but corrected it easily with an email and a phone call. Often, how a company fixes mistakes says more than just never making one. Nobody's perfect, I just want ownership of problems and a correction, which is what happened.

I bought a 2022 KTM Freeride E-XC. They are hard to find and I only had to wait about 3 months for it to come in after I put down a deposit. Dealing with Rick was great and he took care of all the details with minimal hassle and kept me updated on when the bike would arrive. Almost everything was done over the phone and the delivery process took less than 30 minutes. I met John, the owner, while I was at the dealership and he was very nice and friendly. Jessica in Parts helped me choose all the gear I needed since I have been out of dirt bikes for a while and I needed everything. She was very patient as I tried on lots of helmets and boots. By the way, they carry many bike brands and have a huge inventory of bikes and side by sides. It is an awesome toy store. Overall, it was a totally positive experience and I can't wait to get my new bike out this weekend. Thanks again!

This is the only place my husband buys his dirtbikes. Good fair pricing given right up front. No hassels, and you don't feel like your at a car lot.

This occurred 5/5/20. They tote the below "...no hassle Out The Door pricing..." which is not true. I went there tonight (5/5/20) to purchase a motorcycle with $6,000 down and the remaining $2,393 on my credit card. They rejected the OTD pricing because of the 3% credit card fee which would amount to $72.00 in credit card fees accrued to MotoCity. They do not care about transparency, just their bottom line. I immediately went to GO AZ Peoria and bought the same bike 2019 KTM EXC-F, with a lower price. See photo.

Purchased a new KTM 450 XCF from Marty Pedi at Motocity and I couldn't be happier with them. Great deal on the new bike and very fair on my trade in. They treat you like a valued customer. The only place I will shop from now on for all of my motorcycle needs. I would highly recommend that you give them a try.

I purchased the Scooter sight unseen over the phone based on the good vibe I received from my salesman, John.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Devin--this was, without a doubt, a true…read more5-star experience from beginning to end. From the very first interaction, it was clear that he genuinely cared about doing right by me and making sure I was taken care of. That level of sincerity is something you don't come across often, and it immediately put me at ease. Devin consistently proved that he had my best interests in mind at all times. He never once took shortcuts or cut corners, and you could tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. He didn't just fix the rig--he made absolutely sure it was fixed the right way, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality that really stood out. That gave me a huge sense of trust and confidence, especially in what started out as a pretty stressful situation. What truly set him apart, though, was his communication and transparency throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way, taking the time to explain what was going on, what needed to be done, and why. I never felt left in the dark or unsure about anything. He was patient, thorough, and always willing to answer my questions, which made a world of difference. I can honestly say I have never experienced this level of customer service before. Devin went above and beyond in every possible way, and it didn't go unnoticed. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine care turned what could have been a chaotic and overwhelming experience into something smooth, manageable, and even reassuring. Because of Devin, I feel completely confident in and loyal to this business moving forward. It's rare to find someone who not only does their job well, but truly cares about the people they're helping--and that's exactly what he showed every step of the way. I've never been this satisfied with a service experience, and I'm incredibly grateful for everything he did. Devin is an absolute asset, and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

DO NOT go here! If I had a less than one star rating that's what I'd give this place. I've had…read morenothing but bad luck with Ridenow every single time I was forced to buy a bike from here. In this case I was undercut at GoAZ so Ridenow was the only place that had my bike. We arrived at 9:45 to be the first in line to reserve the bike I was ready to buy. I told the salesman I was ready to buy, and this is what I want to pay and I don't haggle. After haggling for HOURs with a 7 month pregnant wife who had no food, we weren't even offered a bottle of water! Then I offered a deluxe European trade-in which they said needed to be "appraised". A spotless Ducati with only 1,400 mi? Ok. At almost 2pm (!) I said I need to get my wife some food. They said ok. The appraisal isn't done yet! Upon our return around 3pm we were told the bike still wasn't appraised AND the bike I just purchased was still on the floor! HOURs later after talking to almost anyone who would listen they said my bike was being PMI'd for me to receive it. Wow. We sat there for over 5 hours waiting for an appraisal and my new bike to be ready. At about 5:30pm we were told my new bike was being "test run" and would be ready soon. Wow. When I was finally handed over my keys to my new bike we were both physically and mentally exhausted. My poor pregnant wife was devastated, upset and shaking. Not to mention there were greasy finger prints all over the new orange seat, water spots on the plastic and smears all over the rear view mirrors. I decided this was unacceptable and left a phone message for the GM. Two days later we still didn't receive a call back. My wife finally called in and was forwarded to the on-duty "sales manager" , who said, yeah, sorry we were really busy. He also said "what's done is done. If I could go back to the past I could. You waited days later. There's nothing I can do." Nothing you can do? Where were you days ago when we were PLEADING for answers while we waited 8 hours for my bike to be ready?! Not to mention I wasn't offered the "Tech Pack" option at the time of sale, so now I have to find a dealer and buy it for $900! We even asked if they could offer us a discount on it because of how we were treated and he said "No, it's a direct cost from KTM. I can't help you." WOW. So yes, the rumors are true about Ridenow Powersports. Granted not everyone who works there is horrible. But obviously the trickle down from top to bottom in leadership is failing. This final purchase from RN has sealed the deal and we will no longer purchase from them ever again. If you are lucky enough to have a good salesman and sales manager assist you, consider that an anomaly. But be forewarned. They will not make things right nor accept responsibility for absolutely horrid customer service. If you don't believe me, you can always see for yourself. I did.
