Came out, signed their paperwork and saw the marked tire. Spoke with service manager Matt and he said they'd do it right away, sorry for my wait and that the tech (Colin Walsh) was an hourly employee and "would not be working there anymore starting Monday". I drove an hour to return to Flow, where I purchased the car in June, thinking perhaps loyalty would matter. I'm only 20 minutes from Modern Hyundai in Concord, so I'll be going there from now on, hoping they don't literally lie to the customer the way Flow did.

I had purchased a Hyundai Sonata, '08 I think, back in 2010 at Lake Norman Hyundai and I had an extremely positive experience over the years with that vehicle and the dealership, et cetera. I love my car and I love the fact that I can message Richard or call is right there to help even after the deal is done the papers are signed. I made an appointment with him on Wednesday to go up and go over the myriad of features in the car and he spent two hours with me, sitting in my car out front of the dealership going over absolutely everything.

Mark is a liar and will not communicate with you. Instead, Bravo4 kept my car for nearly 12 weeks without providing adequate updates on what they were doing or when it would be finished. I would call, and Marie, the desk assistant, would tell me she did not have any answers. Mark, the technician, was never there. He would be on vacation. My car sat there. I did not have access to what was going on regarding whether any repairs were done. April went into May. I would even go to the shop and appear in person to ask about the status of my car repairs, only to be told that they did not know and that Mark was not there. I made two or three appearances and called weekly about my car over the next eight weeks. April to May, May to June, BRAVO 4 had my car supposedly doing repairs totaling what I agreed to, $2,300. At the end of June, I told them I wanted my car back, repaired as agreed. When I got my car back, my stereo was no longer working, and the ceiling interior was falling out on my head because he left it out in the scorching sun over July 4, windows up tight. They closed the store after I called to say I was picking up my car, and I had to wait until Monday, July 6, 2026. I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD.

Just purchased a 2023 CRV Hybrid Sport Touring from Frank at Flow Statesville…read more I was specifically looking for the Urban Gray Pearl in this trim package and they are extremely difficult to find sitting on a lot. Frank took my deposit in April and ordered me one. It was set to be made late May and delivered mid June. The plant these are made at is across the border from Niagara in Canada, so transit to NC shouldn't take long. However there is a backup due to lack of truck drivers so my vehicle arrived about a month+ later than expected. Frank and I kept in contact weekly as I needed the vehicle asap. He nor the dealership had control over delivery and really couldn't give good information on transit. Then I received the call it was on the lot and I could pick up the next day! I arrived at my scheduled time of 3. There were adequate staff that helped me through the paperwork which took about 45 mins, I was very happy with that! The detailers were cleaning the car as we knocked out the paperwork. I did have to wait an additional hour for this process that could have been done prior to my arrival. Once complete a different employee offered to walk me through all the bells and whistles. This was great as previous purchases at other dealerships have not offered this. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase experience at Flow Honda Statesville! I absolutely love the car too!!!
