This is a dealer that will do whatever it takes to take your money and ignore you after they have sold you a defective product. On Friday June 5th, I purchased for the first time 2 Yamaha Grizzly 700 EPS SE ATV's with the 30 Months extended warranty from salesperson Frank. I picked up both Atvs the same Friday in the evening. The salesperson Frank explained how to start them and helped me parked them inside my trailer. Nothing was tested at the time of pick up. The very next day I noticed the winch was not working, after calling at least 20 times, I was able to speak to the salesperson Frank. I explained the issue to Frank and he asked to take the ATV back to the dealer first thing Monday so they could replace the winch. I took the ATV on Monday June 8th at 10am as per the salesperson Frank recommendation. I spoke to Will at the service department who took the ATV in for service. Will stated he was going to call me with an update the same day, I did not get a call back the same day. On Tuesday June 9th I spoke to Will at 12:07pm after dialing over 10 times, I don't know if the motorcycle mall is under staff or they don't care about picking up the phone. Will stated a technician was checking the ATV and will get back to me within 2 hours. 4 hours passed by and I didn't get a call back, so I decided to call them again. As usual, it took another 30 minutes and over 10 attempts to get someone to pick up the phone. I spoke to Will, he stated the technician found out the winch wasn't working and told me he had to order a new winch and I had to pay for it. Will at the service department wanted me to pay for a winch that was damaged since the day I bought the ATV. It's amazing how they treat you when they want you to buy from them and how they easily and quickly turn their back when it's time to show responsibility for a damaged product. I attempted to speak to the owner LJ, conveniently, he was in a meeting. Then, John Resciniti from the service department spoke to me and assured me he was going to look into the issue and make sure it gets resolved. Since no one from the Motorcycle Mall contacted me as promised by John Resciniti, On Wednesday June 10th I spent 4 hours trying to get someone on the phone to assist me. I was able to speak to an employee at 2:44pm, I asked to speak to Michael Cavaluzzi the service manager, I was told Michael Cavaluzzi was in lunch and no one else was available to help me. I ended up going to the Motorcycle Mall to pick up the ATV. They did not apologize for the inconvenience and hassle they put me through these past 3 days. read more

I called ahead to let the sales team know I wanted to buy a bike that they confirmed was in stock. The sales person I spoke with on the phone confirmed they could process the sale in no more than a couple of hours. I arrived at 2pm and did not leave until 9pm. Throughout the day, the entire sales team proceeded to alternate ignoring me completely and treating me like garbage; they refused to give me any indication of what they were doing, where I stood in the process, or why it was taking so long. I have never encountered this degree of unprofessionalism and ineptitude at a dealership of any kind. Frankly, I didn't care about haggling on the price but for those that do, they definitely try jam you with a bunch of fees that they refuse to disclose over the phone. When I finally got there and asked for the all in cost, the sales person came back to me with a set of hastily scribbled and unlabeled figures on a piece of scratch paper(?!). He immediately got offended when I tried to check the math on my phone and asked for a description of each line item. Lo and behold, his math was wrong and it took him another 30 minutes to track down a "manager" and get me revised numbers. I have a credit score of 800 and planned to finance $8k on the bike, and it took them 3 hours to run my credit....Again, no reason was offered as to why it took that long. Further, the financing rates are remarkably uncompetitive - if you have to buy a bike here, do not use their financing - I was able to get an unsecured line of credit through my bank at a rate that was a massive 200bps lower. Again, when they came back and quoted a payment, no paperwork or amortization schedule was provided; he just verbally quoted me a monthly figure which was way too high. Again, I checked the math and it was just wrong...they somehow ignored the cash I was putting down on the bike and took another hour for them to come back with revised financing terms that were accurate. Lastly, when they finally were able to provide me with paperwork to sign, my name was spelled incorrectly throughout. You guessed it, another hour lost waiting for a new set of documents to be printed. Even now, I don't know if my warranty is under my correct name, and given the bike was bought while the DMV was closed due to COVID, I have no idea if they filed paperwork correctly with the DMV, so I'm skeptical that I will receive my plate in the mail. And forget about trying to get a hold of anyone at the dealership after they have your money - you'll just get put on hold and eventually hung up on. Look, it's a nice enough shop and they carry higher end models (ducati, aprilia, ktm), but do yourself a favor if you're buying a premium bike and go to a quality dealer. Ducati and Aprilia in Manahttan are pretty close, the service is absolutely stellar, and the dealerships are run by adults that are real motorcycle enthusiasts who like to educate and spend time with buyers. If you want the most frustrating and painful buying experience of your life however, look no further. read more

Biggest scam of a dealership I've ever worked with. I got a flat tire on my tubed tire motorcycle last Saturday. I gave them a call and they said they had the tire in stock and could change it same day. Unfortunately, towing took longer than expected so I dropped it off right as they were closing. I was quoted roughly 70 dollars if just the tube needed to be replaced, and they said if it actually needed the tire it would be 140-150 additional, and they would credit it if it was any more than that. I give them a call on Monday afternoon (they are closed Sunday) to see what the deal is and if I can pick my bike up that day. They say they don't have the tire in stock and they haven't bothered to order it yet. Here we are A FULL WEEK later, and I was finally told I was able to pick up my bike. However, they tried to charge me $415 dollars for ONE TIRE. They tried to charge me for 2 sets of tubes because they tried the wrong ones. Originally trying to charge me for their mistake. They ultimately charged me $240 total for tire and tube, and they said they gave me a "discount" by only charging me 1 hour at $140 because it took them an hour and a half to change a rear tire. This final price is wildly off from what their original quote was, $70 + $140-150 if I needed a full tire (and was told the rest would be discounted) An expected $220 dollar charge per their conversations with me. My final out of the door price for a standard rear tire, not even a set, was almost $390. A full week of holding onto my bike and a final price that was double what they told me it would be. I am looking into how I can further pursue this criminal establishment. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE SERVICE OR SALES DEPARTMENTS. I would give 0 stars if possible. read more

The excuse I received is, well we worked on it and it is now back of the list again? How does that work, you start working on it and without fully diagnosing the issue I go to the back of the list? The only reason I brought it to them is because they said they are about a week out for service. We originally went to find a motorcycle for my friend. No dealership on Long Island had a Husqvarna, so we made the trip. To be honest the place was very nice and clean full of bikes to look , the employees at the gear section were very helpful and kind however when it got to the point of actually getting the bike it's when all went wrong finding a salesman was a task in of itself nor one approached us, when we finally found one his attitude was almost like we were annoying him by trying to get more information. Anyways when we asked about the price out the door he basically told us off saying if we were not gonna buy it that day no point in talking numbers. Terrible bait and switch. I was quoted a price on the phone and I arrived with a certified check for the price I was quoted. The sales person knew I was bringing a certified check and knew the date and time I was going to be arriving as it is a two hour each way trip for me. Prices high here compared to other dealers, they tack on ridiculously high dealer fees, and the sales person was clueless on certain questions asked. Sales guy was unprofessional as well, he meant no offense, but definitely unprofessional as he suggested certain actions that made no sense which was untrue to begin with. Reading about the horrible service department makes me very hesitant to get service here, but to be fair I never experienced any of the service department first hand. I was referred to Nick at motorcycle Mall by a friend. I was looking to purchase a gift of a UTV for my husband. I want to share the awesome experience I had while there. Nick is the manager and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He put me in the trustee hands of Ricardo the sales associate. Ricardo couldn't be nicer and went out of his way to cater to my every need. We added some extras including a roof, windshield and a snowplow. The UTV was a surprise housewarming gift to my husband and Ricardo did everything he could to help keep my secret. He really went out of his way to make sure everything was done the way I wanted and when I wanted it. When it came time to deliver I had to make sure my husband wasn't around and they also catered to that need. Ricardo sent Bobby to deliver on a Friday night at 6 o'clock. There was a little issue with the way the windshield was installed. Bobby refused to leave until it was perfect. Instead of bringing the UTV back to the store it he actually troubleshot and fixed the windshield right there. I was so impressed with Bobby, he couldn't do enough for me. He went out of his way to explain everything to me and how it worked. He really exhibited exceptional service and was a great representation of the company. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST, OR IT WILL COST YOU PLENTY A couple of weeks ago, I went in their showroom to see a motorcycle. Even though I had no intention to purchase it, since I had no money even for a down payment, their swift salesmen sold me a ton of goods, aka lies, and convinced me to sign on the bottom line! They said that they would arrange for 100% financing, including the down payment! And they did, but with the most unfavorable and unreasonable terms! And by the time they added their "valuable services and mark-ups" and irrelevant add-ons, the final price of an $11,600 sticker, had climbed to over $16,000. After I got home that night, I had a chance to review the paperwork and realized I had been duped big time. The next business day, I rushed to call them to cancel the purchase! To no avail, however, as they stubbornly refused my request and pressed on with the sale! After much bickering, I was told, that the only way that they would "reverse" the sale, would be for me to pay them $705 for "prepping" the bike, even-though they had done absolutely nothing to the bike! At the end, I was forced to pay the $705 ransom in cash to them, to close the case, and avoid further complications with the two finance companies. Bottom line is that these guys at the Motorcycle Mall have no business morals or ethics and are they only to take your money! Nothing more! I took my 2016 Kawasaki Brute Force to the Motorcycle Mall for what they call a "first service" I had purchased the ATV used with VERY low mileage and wanted to get it looked at for "piece of mind" that everything was as it seemed. I was quoted $250 + tax for this service. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment. When I showed up, the guy who originally quoted me did not show up for work that day and there was no record of me making an appointment. The next guy said he would be able to get me in anyway. I was then quoted $350 + tax. I was told they would go over the whole bike, change the fluids, clean out the air filter and box, check all chains/belts, etc. When I got the bike back the air filter was bone dry (these are supposed to be oiled). The air box still had the old oil ( which had settled to the bottom from the bike sitting) and all the bugs still in it. They claimed they checked the spark plug, however, there was a spider web still across the spark plug wire which was there before I dropped off the ATV. (It is not possible to check a spark plug without removing the wire) They MIGHT have changed the oil because the filter was scratched up and there was oil all over the pan below the filter. My final price ended up being $420 (that's a lot of tax) I put a post (with pictures) on their website explaining all this..... it was deleted. I sent them an email.... they responded with a phone call. During this phone call I was told that they have the technician on camera doing every step of the service. Charlie ( the "service advisor") explained to me that they don't clean out the airbox, and they do not detail the bikes. He also explained to me that the spider web could have "re-attached itself because of the heat". At that point I was done listening to him because he was not being at all reasonable. He told me I could come look at the video so that I had my "piece of mind" I told him that this phone call was a waste of time... and I hung up. My final review: Terrible customer service. Horrible way to run a business. Extremely unorganized. Do not honor their price quotes. Poor quality of work. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone for any reason, and will NEVER return. read more

I went there on a Monday morning, so I asked if I can test ride and the representative said that wasn't possible, which i don't understand why, because I was the only customer in the shop. My motorcycle is a part of a limited edition production. I needed a specialist who understands the requirements and functionalities of the engine along with counterparts. I called Motorcycle Mall in hopes they understood my motorcycle and how to tune it up as well as any fixes. I spoke with a representative who looked up my model motorcycle and ensured they could fix my bike if I brought it in to them, the representative told me "its no problem bring it in, we deal with these types of bikes" and so I brought my motorcycle in for service. I received a phone call stating my bill was $500, and nothing was fixed because none of the mechanics understood the bike and didn't want to deal with it. Once I received my motorcycle, the engine would not stay on because they meddled with the air intake and disrupted the engines ability to remain idle. I sourced an identical unit closer to me and paid $2900 less. Same bike, same "special edition", no msrp mark up, no excuses that they have to pay their forklift driver for unloading a crate (lol that was the funniest yet) but the NORMAL AND REASONABLE fees which I have paid several times when purchasing a bike, atv or pwc. Stay clear of their LIES and travel a bit into PA where they will treat you with respect, EARN YOUR POSITIVE REVIEW, and not rip you off taking advantage of people and their hard earned money. TL;DR- You Could Die Here... Literally. If I could give this place 0 I would. I only came here because I got a price match quote on purchasing a new bike that they had in stock and my state's dealer had to order. I also saved a hundred dollars because I didn't have to pay NJ registration and Plate fee because I'm from NY. I got there at 11 am and was told it would be a quick process as I bought the bike in full in cash. I waited 5 hours to get my bike and each time I asked which was every 30 min, they said my bike was being prepped and would be ready "shortly." Basically I was blown off once they had my cash. Finally around 4:00 I get my bike!!! This wasn't a prepared 5 hrs, it was dragged out and I was left in the dark. Fine whatever they were prepping the bike right? Wrong. The bike comes out w 1 mile on the odo. The bike stalls as it comes out of the garage. The mirror is completely loose and about to fall off. The exhaust was chrome. But over the course of 30 seconds turned to BROWN BLUE AND YELLOW. There was a burning rubber smell and white smoke. At this point I was so light headed from not eating all day i wanted to just get out of there. The bike was supposed to be test ridden and adjusted per their policy which I signed. Yet obviously based on the exhaust and mirror its evident that isn't the case. At this point the sunny day turned to pouring rain and I had to take the bike as they ordered a warranty part to replace the exhaust on my lemon. Along the way home the bike keeps stalling; stalls in first gear clutch in, stalls in neutral. There is 20 miles on my odo and yet the bike runs like junk. Literally no attention to detail was given to a brand new bike. At this point given their track record I am scared to even go back to get the bike looked at. Mind you the salesperson I dealt with disappeared and I had no one to help me for 30 minutes after the bike was smoking and mirror loose. I had to frantically search for help in a crowded dealership the size of a football stadium. I don't even know what to do right now. Imagine waiting 5hours in the dark with no expectation as to when your bike will actually be ready. When it is "ready" you realize no prep went into the bike at all. Then riding a brand new bike you just paid for, and the exhaust is burnt already. You're in the pouring rain and the bike stalls at every other stop. On arrival I found the tire was a lower profile than they quoted on the phone, but I wanted to ride tonight.. So I decided to go for it rather than wait a week for Internet delivery.. Service dept, tells me "we will get to it when we can.." On the phone they said they said I could get it done today... I pleaded. "maybe today maybe not... DO NOT CALL US.. We are busy.... we will call you" They never called... Next morning I was waiting at the door when they opened.. I requested a detailed receipt.... They told me they don't do that here that I had to go to the cashier... nearly a city block away. Final bill is 20% higher then quoted.. When I asked why, I was told to go back to the service counter... a block away... to ask them! Who needs a gym? I explained that with intercoms, phones email and texting.. It would be appreciated if they could use technology to figure out why I was being overcharged. I explained that I was quoted $49.50 four times for the job... On phone, at the parts counter, at service and on the wall of service I was quoted 49.50.. Why the 20% over charge.. "Taxes?" No taxes are 7%... "Tire tax?" No that is only $1.50!!! "Oh.. That's for parts" the guy at the counter claimed.. "For lube! Can't change a tire without lube... that stuff costs extra" I explained that extras should be outlined, not sneaked in after the quote or at job completion. I suggested lube charges be removed, that I have spent a fortune here over the past 20 years, and refuse to spend more than all four quotes I received from 4 independent employees... While I agree that if you are going to screw your customers it's only polite that you do it with lube.. However, I am not willing to pay 20% extra for it. If it is a necessary item in the changing of a tire.. You should include it in the cost of a tire change, or disclose that you plan on charging for it! He reluctantly removed the erroneous fee.. I was in an accident on my bike and brought it to Motorcycle Mall on May 24. I was pretty sure the issue was a bent handlebar in addition to some cosmetic damage to the gauges. Since I had collision coverage on my bike and insurance was willing to cover it, I decided to to to Motorcycle Mall to be certain I wasn't missing anything. After holding onto my bike for three weeks without doing any work whatsoever, I was told that an initial diagnostic hadn't even been done yet! I picked up my bike in the exact same condition on June 14. Unless you're in the market for a comically overpriced oil change or tire installation, this place is worthless. read more

This is the last update in my saga with that establishment. I purchased the same bike from another dealer for $1,500 less than Motorcycle Mall offered as their "firm" and final price. This is an 11% discount. Shop around before buying from them. I am in business myself, so I am far from suggesting that prices should be controlled in any way. It's their business model and apparently it works for them; however, if you want a more reasonable price with no arrogance, then do yourself a favor and compare. read more

If you're looking for a variety of different motorcycle makes, this is the place. This location, unlike many others, has a show floor of just about every make. The staff is friendly and will allow you to sit on each motorcycle. I've been riding motorcycles for over 12 years, mostly in California and this place reminded me of the motorcycle shops in San Diego. The staff provided feedback, reviews, pros, cons and personal opinion on each motorcycle. This allows both novice and experience riders, the chance to bounce your own thoughts, feelings, experiences and research with what a couple of the staff have to say. If you want to buy here, i highly recommend it. I wouldn't recommend coming to this shop to buy gear. Their gear is limited, pricey and doesn't provide much of a variety. It may have been due to "end of season" (August) but I would search for gear elsewhere. read more
