We utilized the rental on June 21, 2025 and it was an absolute blast! The unit that was previously allocated for the rental had been sold, and the staff graciously upgraded our unit to the next level of SxS up. We chose a trail side drop off option where they trailered the unit to and from the shop, which makes it super convenient. Definitely recommended. After signing waivers, getting fitted for helmets and goggles, and going over some general safety guidelines we had an amazing experience all provided by the MotorToys crew. I would totally recommend renting, getting service done by, and working with the crew at MotorToys in Cle Elum to anyone in the future! Read this and you will CLEARLY know how wonderful not only NAPA is but also Dale the owner…read more Its 12/11/2018 and we just arrived into Leavenworth (Christmas Town) the night before and rented a cabin 18 miles a way that is beautiful. When we woke up, we were completely snowed in and did not get food or any supplies and my girlfriend needs to carefully monitor her sugar. We called NAPA and spoke to a man named "DALE" not knowing he was the owner and we explained that we wanted to know if he had tire chains that would fit my Lincoln MKZ and he did and we asked if we could hire anyone to bring them out to our location and Dale did not even hesitate! Dale said he would come out but might not be in the area until about 12 noon and when he came out all that ways, he not only got us the chains but he got on his back and put the chains on both of our tires and showed us how to do it in the future. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said a smile and to be safe. Thank you Dale and you are in inspiration. Dale is what I will strive to be like the rest of my life. I told him I wanted to call the owner and let him know what Dale did and that was when Dale told me that, "He was the owner". AMAZING human being. I never got a chance to tell him about my girls sugar problem until he arrived and was about to leave. Thank you Dale! Really.
