Being a woman who modifies her own cars is hard. The younger men here always order the wrong parts somehow no matter how I try to order. I can come in part in hand and they still manage to order the wrong parts. They look irritated, they click on parts like they are all-knowing without asking the questions ON THE SCREEN. I am leaving 5 stars bc I think the older gentleman noticed I knew what I was talking about and cracked jokes with me while ordering the right parts. I hope the character rubs off on the young "pepper is spicy" men here and they can learn about cars that aren't stock and stop letting a computer tell you what's what. read more

If they don't have it, they generally can get it overnight. Decent prices. Staff is generally knowledgeable.

I went into this O'Reilly only needing a washer to do an oil change. It was somewhere in the back with no notes in the system on how to find it. Instead of telling me to come back or that they couldn't find it, they searched the back area and got me the washer I needed. I couldn't believe the determination they had to help me! This is a really fantastically run O'Reilly's, the customer service is excellent approx almost several months ago when I was having trouble with a used tire and its sensor intake etc... I got some fix a flat, when it(Later upon reflection and later pro appraisal) and also likely my tire where having trouble working the suto manager employee guy was super helpful and awesome friendly etc... In offering letting me switch the thing out for a new one! And suto insisting on putting it in the defective box bin to be sent to and or informed back to the manufacture distributor etc I informed conceptually type thing that I don't what to be a thief user abuse the system type thing and he understood and was just friendly and awesome etc...... Honestly his friendly genuinely awesome organized evolved customer service sticks out in my mind as one of the best customer service experiences etc... + That's not all I have had other awesome and friendly customer service experiences here also with friendly and nice employees and pleasant conversation etc... In the visits before and after that one! As currently an Uber Eats diver when ever I am in the area and to do list, looking for some form of an auto product Rain X wiper fluid products, Tire gages, Road flares etc... It is a treat to stop here because the customer service is better than most Oriey's that are already usually good! This year I am considering maybe planning on Skiing as an activity and if driving my self in context of other maybe options of shuttles and carpools, other etc... How could O'Reilly Auto Parts improve? In every way, quite literally. Horrible customer service from some of the employees, and even worse from the new store manager. When you walk in to the store, you typically expect to at least be greeted, acknowledging you are there; maybe even ask if they can help you find anything? Nope! Nothing. Nada. There are times if someone is in at the counter, they end up running to the back and disappearing. If I call to ask a question or check to see if they have something in stock, more often than not it doesn't even seem like I am calling a business, but someone's party line. Lucy is horribly rude, and it takes 2 or 3 times before she comprehends what you are trying to ask, making the overall experience even more frustrating. If you're lucky enough to get a hold of the store manager Mike Ryan, he is very curt and if you have a complaint, he is downright rude and an ass. I've gotten parts from there in the past, but they never seem to last long and I have to replace them again sooner than I should have to. Crappy parts + even worse quality service = complete loss of my business. Avoid this place if you can. read more

Rude, dismissive and condescending... My wife went to start her car this morning, which since we've been quarantined hasn't been started for several weeks... and no surprise, it wouldn't start; battery was completely dead. She called and spoke with a very helpful young lady at O'Reilly's Auto Parts who said that they could sell her a battery and install it. She called a tow truck and got the car to the parking lot in front of the store and went in expecting to get a battery and installation. What she got instead was a horrible and degrading experience provided by an employee named Doug. The young lady whom she had spoken too was already working with another customer so she asked Doug for help. First, he was rude, as if he couldn't be bothered to help her, and then once she told him what she was there for he derided her for having neither the tools or the know how to install the battery in her car - and at no time did he offer to install the battery for her. She purchased the battery, and after getting back to her car she called me on the verge of tears. My wife is a stroke and cancer survivor and while she comes across as a strong and capable women and is both of those things, when she gets anxious she has a difficult time expressing herself and doesn't like conflict so also won't stick up for herself. I told her to return to the store and ask that someone install the battery for her. She tried to ask the young lady that she had first spoken to over the phone but she was busy with another customer and she asked Doug to install it for my wife, Doug seemed upset that he was being asked to do it and while he got his tools and went out to the car he did so in a huff and was quiet and dismissive of my wife even when she thanked him. The story doesn't stop there. When my wife returned to the house she was pretty upset so I called the store to complain about the treatment she received from Doug. I spoke with Mike the manager and part way through explaining the situation he cut me off and said "that's not the Mike I know and work with". I was floored, I was calling to make a complaint and instead of listening to my complaint and applying even the most basic customer service rules he cut me off and dismissed my wife's complaint without even hearing the entire story. Needless to say, as a customer service professional for more than two decades I was taken aback and pretty miffed. I will not be frequenting the North Bend O'Reilly's in the future and I will be recommending others don't as well. read more

Rough night on Snoqualmie Pass. Chains required coming over. Wiper blades were clumping up, and the driver's side finally broke off. 5 pm on a Sunday night... these guys were open. And the service guy came out and installed them for us in the icy rain. Awesome! Above and beyond! Thanks! read more

I have been going to the North Bend Wa store for years and have always been treated right. Most of the time they had what I needed and if not they had no problem telling me where I might find what they didn't have. The military discount won my patronage, not so much for the discount as to patronize a place that recognizes vets for the things we had to do to earn the title. Their appreciation of that alone, is worthy giving them my business. My personal thanks and thanks for serving my "other" family as well as you do. read more

We needed an oxygen sensor for my Subaru and staff in the store were fantastic in getting the parts ordered, even though we were in the middle of a snow storm. They explained the problem with shipping, with the storms. When the parts didn't come, they expressed them and they were available that afternoon. Great customer service. Never had a problem with them. read more
