My call to and msg to "The Presidents Line" was not responded to. Guess it's just there to talk to the universe. It's tough to get rebates through their system done but the IT online guy was helpful. I've bought my appliances for the past 15 plus years with them but will be shopping and possibly using other sources especially because of the lack of the managements concern and some grumpy employees. I was afraid I was going to have to get ten wet towels for the thing to start squeaking. He said it was probably the rollers and / or pulleys. I told him to fix it, the Fonzi method does not work. He replaced the pulleys and rollers. I gave it a couple of weeks but the dryer does not squeak any longer. The price for the service call was more than reasonable.
