I have celiac disease, so I originally said I wasn't going to eat because I'm always really nervous about cross contamination. Alex immediately went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have to miss out. He was SO kind and accommodating, took my concerns seriously, and personally made me a gluten free pizza so I could enjoy dinner with everyone else. It honestly meant so much to me because eating out with celiac can be stressful, and Alex made me feel completely cared for instead of like I was being difficult or an inconvenience. And the pizza was AMAZING!! Between how much my friends loved theirs and how incredible Alex was with me, we couldn't have had a better experience.
