I love Mountain Mike's pizza very good delicious and always handy on Saturday and Friday nights I love their dessert pizza

Pizzia was good but I had Yelp coupon when I ordered the person taking my order said I can use the Yelp coupon with there special. I ordered 2 large pizza $8 off. When I get there someone else said no on additional discount. So I didn't like that. I didn't like there customer service. I don't think I'll be coming back!!!!! read more

6:30p tonight, 2/23/17 I leave the nail salon and drive across the street to get a pizza. This was my first and last time at this location. 6:45, order taken. Large Everest, jalapeño poppers & 10 wings. 7:30, burnt wings, okay pizza & mozzarella sticks; not poppers! I opened all 3 boxes, noticed that 4 wings were burnt and handed the girl that took my order the wing that was burnt to a crisp! It didn't register to me that I didn't get the poppers until I got home because I was so pissed from the long wait, the smell of the restaurant (smells old & dirty) and the fact I'd just spent my money on something that's normally delish (obviously not at this location). This place needs improvement. The cook should not be serving burnt food & he/she should make sure the customer gets the correct order. The Mountain Mikes near Antioch Walmart is the best! read more

I want to give a huge shout out to employee Mike this evening, the guy ahead of me in line was very "rude" to Mike for no reason at all, he handled it like a pro. Inconsistent!!! Which I hate... Sometimes it's amazing! Sometimes it's really great. Sometimes it's just okay. At times enough to agitate. (Yes, a poem, of sorts, heh) Then there's those times when it's freakin terrible!! Like someone forgot the dang sauce... really? Dry pizza?? Or how about raw sausage / hamburger meat? I don't know or care which one it was, it shouldn't be RAW!! Furthermore, you're not supposed to mix cooked ingredients / meats with raw meats (ie. all of the other prepared things like sauce, cheese, pepperoni, salami, ham, veggies, and then throw raw meatballs on top??), and any commercial kitchen should know that. So when I picked up the latest pizza, I explained the raw meat episode (with pictures on my phone), and was given a discount immediately! Nice, and thank you! She also explained about their process of dropping raw meatballs on top of prepared ingredients (also known as, cross-contamination), and she thought that maybe a too-large meatball didn't get cooked all the way through. Mm, mm, mm. SMH & RMN (rolling my neck). Lol, I just made that up, hah. Anyway, when I get home, our pizza is raw!! Like the middle is doughy, gooey, mush!! Last straw, man, I can't even do it anymore. Like Randy Jackson, "Daaawg, listen dawg... It wasn't good, dawg." I couldn't decide between 2 or 3 stars, but since we've had more messed up, mediocre pizzas than great or amazing pizzas, I let majority rule. read more

I love the spacious seating here! They also have a variety, with booths and bar-style tables, so you can choose a table that reflects your mood. I just came in to get a pizza to take home, but it only took 15 minutes to have my pizza freshly made! Also, every single staff member I saw was super friendly to me, and there were about 5 different staff! My only beef is that they changed their discount Tuesdays to 40% instead of the original 50%. Their pizza is normally pretty expensive, so definitely go on a Tuesday if your bank account doesn't floweth over. read more

I came home from work and decided to order pizza because it's a million degrees outside and inside my home. I didn't want to cook. I ordered from mountain mikes, which is about 10 minutes away from my house... an hour passed... still not here, I called and the guy on the other end of the line said that my pizza hasn't even been finished getting made yet. During this covid-19 pandemic! It created a great deal of discomfort seeing the workers not wearing gloves and wearing their face masks half way on, only covering their mouth and not nose. This is not sanitary! Very disappointed! Gross! read more

The service is top notch. Always pleasant and because I run a business in Pittsburg, they like to remind me about specials. The only downside is the pizza can be hit or miss. Most of the time it is very good, but I have had a few which were burnt crispy on the bottom or the toppings were scant. Still better than the local competition. read more

Sharon the manager is wonderful. Super accommodating and willing to get us our order for our Fill the Boot event with Contra Costa Fire Department. All of the pizzas were ready when we came to pick them up. We had pepperoni, cheese and combination and they were all delicious. I would most definitely stop by and eat there again if I was in the area. read more

Climbing this mountain should be a good experience for you. This is good pizza with good sauce. The key here is consistency with the generosity of the toppings. When you don't have to hunt for the next sausage this is a very good meal. They must remember that stinginess of toppings will save them money but will also limit the return of customers. Forgot to post Tuesday. While waiting for my pizza Tuesday night. I saw a young man making all the pizzas. Came out the kitchen here and there. When he called my name and handed my pizza I asked his name he said Samuel. I told him he looks like a hard worker. And a very nice young man. The pizza I ordered was a Everest it was perfect the crust was tasty perfect amount of sauce and cheese plus the toppings. love the 40 % off on Tuesday's will definitely come back first time trying this mountain mikes best experience I have had. every employee had a smile on their faces. We have gone to this Mountain Mikes since at least 2010. In the last 2 yrs or so they went under new ownership. Nothing has been the same since. Today I called to place an order but no one would answer. So I went to their website, placed the order only thing is you have to pick a company to place your order with them I chose EastStreet said it would be ready in 20 to 30 min. I went down there well guess what the order apparently didnt go directly to them I actually beat the order there. I always order the same thing Pikes Peak with white sauce, this time I added olives. I had to wait for another 15 minutes which actually was closer to 30 minutes. And some dude who came in behind me ordered and then left came back and got his order and left. I went to inquire about my order dude says oh here ya go. And hands me a pizza I said what about the wings? Oh she is still making them. I said how is it that the guy after me got his order fiirst and he had pizza and wings? Never got an answer. I get home guess what the pizza had red sauce I am not supposed to eat red sauce and it didnt have olives. And they didnt put the blue cheese dressing for the wings. I wont be back anytime soon. Yeah Little Ceasar's is cheaper and probably not as good a quality. But they get my order correct. For goodness sakes 7-11 pizza is $5.55 and its pretty good for the price. We finished dinner from Mountain Mikes it was the worst Pizza we have ever had from there. I called to complain when I found that it wasnt what I ordered she apologized... offerred to remake it, wait we just waited for over an hour for the first one. Horrible Service! I would give this place zero stars. I called to order 3 pizza's for delivery for a party I was hosting. I was told over the phone the delivery would take 1hr. One of my friends decided to pick up instead. I called back and told the Pizza would be ready between 20-30 minutes for pick up. Once I got to Mt. Mikes 25 later, I was told by the cashier they weren't able to hold the driver and that he was on his way. Why couldn't they call me to tell me he was on his way knowing I had stated I would pick up!!! Apparently Victor the delivery driver was sitting in his car outside my house on his phone doing who knows what. I will never order from this horrible place ever again. read more

What is the point of putting instructions if they don't listen? They treat the ranch like your asking for a money. You shouldn't have to pay extra for enough dressing on your salad. Whenever I deliver pizzas, it's been fine. The one time I got into the store for a simple order of mozzarella sticks, not so good. I ordered some mozzarella sticks on my way home and waited patiently to cook. When I left the store to go home less than 5 minutes away, the sticks were COLD. I don't know how they cook them normally but they definitely were put into a microwave then given to me because anything out of an oven that was cooked properly will be hot for at least 10 minutes :( read more

I have always been a fan of mountain Mike's every since i had my first slice of pepperoni pizza in Stockton 1998. This particular location seemed to be a little under staffed but they definitely made it work with what they had. This was my first time at this location and will probably be my last time to stop in there on a sunday. There were tons of little league baseball coaches in there dropping f bombs as if they were professional coaches. Got a tip for you guys... stop trying to live your lives through little kids .. just because you guys sucked as players... dont ruin the game for them. It should be fun. read more

My favorite pizza of all options. We have 7 pizza restaurants within 1/2 mile of my home, but MMs is the best. We always take advantage of the 40% off large on Tuesdays. I'm on a fixed income, so that makes it affordable for me. However, they are very stingy with their sausage. Only that one topping, so that's why they dont get a perfect rating. Its really frustrating to only get 1-2 pieces of sausage per slice. read more

I am typically not a "traditional" pizza fan, but this was a pretty good traditional pizza. Very good pepperoni- spicy and soooo many of them! Service was awesome on the phone and in person. I was recently at this store on 2 separate occasions, first bring there to just have lunch on a SATURDAY and other on just a Tuesday night take out. Well neither time i went was it pleasant actually it was HORRIBLE ! If you have about 7 people working at a time there should be no reason in hell the dining area should be should look nasty as hell, pervious customers trash ,food on the floors, etc. When a customer leaves have someone go clean those tables and or have an area where people can place there items when their done. I know that most people don't clean up after themselves but hey some like myself have no problem cleaning up behind myself or my family. I had ordered pizza and salad to go as well and when i got to the lettuce MAJORITY OF IT WAS BROWN. I was pissed just give me my money back. Also, the way the place smells is also a major turn off.
