I love this place. A friend from church bragged about it, so the first time I met Ingrid and the pizza was awesome for lunch. I took a buddy of mine the second time for dinner, and I think it was Kelly who was the cashier. The salad bar was delicious and this place seems to sparkle whenever I'm there! Pizza was good when we finally received it, 1 hr after we ordered. Came in with my two kids and ordered 1 pepperoni pizza and a dozen wings. We sat and waited at the counter after being told it would be about 15 minutes. After 35 minutes, I asked if they were still working on it, and was told we were next, another 15 min later I asked again, and were told it's coming up, and we were offered a soda. (Which was nice, but we don't drink soda.) 15 minutes later, still no pizza or wings. Asked them for a refund, and to cancel our order. Cashier, which was really nice but couldn't give us a refund. I asked for a manager, but apparently they don't have a manager. Cashier took my name and number. The owner needs to higher an manager or give someone the authority to handle these type of issues. Told the story to a buddy the next night. Apparently he ordered Mountain Mikes the same night and got 2 extra pizzas. GET YOUR OPERATIONS RIGHT. read more

Just wondering has anyone noticed, if they reply back to your review... which they did very opposite of my review. I was really upset they make-up prices as they go some, I have now caught this... from a wrong order to again the far side of BREA wanting to have a order of $ 50 before taxes and driver trip fee. They reply to have me add their app to my phone and earn rewards! For the price I should have earn rewards under my address! 1 guy told me to have him bring the pizza and he would make sure things are right. Nice kid gets nice tip! I Dont leave reviews often but this was a little funny.. i ordered a mini pizza (6 slices) I knew it was going to be a smaller pizza but was shocked by the size of the slices. They were bite size... $11 for a mini and a drink. Not worth the money in my opinion. It would be great for a child but not for a meal. Ordered a medium pizza for dine in on a weeknight. Pizza came out quickly and was great. Wine selection needs some serious improvement. Rose wine was served at room temp and there were only two options . Sweet rose or sweet sangria. My husband ordered a beer and it took them a while to pour it due to all the foam. I'll give it another try because we all loved the pizza, but would come back more frequently if the beverage selection was improved. Mountain Mike's Pizza is so great! They have excellent pizza, salad bar and friendly staff! This is about the only place I know of that has a salad bar currently so I was so excited! Today was my second time at this pizza place because the first time I was there I was very impressed with their service and pizza. Sad to say, today all that changed and will never return. When I got there, there was only one other family eating and another family waiting for their to-go order. I over heard the family waiting for their order say they had been there for over an hour already waiting for their order, and they did get it they forgot to put all the toppings he ordered. Long story short, can't give them the excuse that they were busy because they weren't, they had 4 employees doing who knows what, and took them 45 minutes to bring out my bread sticks only after been reminded. When the pizza did come out, it was burnt, had to get a knife to cut the pizza all the way through to get a slice, and just horrible. Expected more for a pizza, breadsticks, and 2 drinks worth $40. read more

Hello everyone, I went to Mountain Mike and the pizza was horrible and over price for what you get. I have been and order the lunch buffet and the pizza was so old and they would not bring a new batch of pizza. There was hardly anyone in there and I can see why. Then I decided a few days later to order a large pizza, not good at all. Mountain Mike's was my favorite pizza when I was in the city of Galt. Every Parole Agent, Correctional Officers, etc we would go and eat there a lot. I mean at least 3 times a week because it was sooo good and we watch the games there too. However, since coming from up North to Socal the pizza has been horrible and I have gone to 2 places and it's about the same. Just too bad, wish they were like the one in the city of Galt. We love Mountain Mike's. Coming from the Temecula Valley area we were happy to see that they were coming to OC. Our experience was awful! I tried to order a pizza with all artichoke, green onion and half pepperoni. This request was not understood. Then we waited over a hour for the pizza while there were 2 separate gentleman that waited for Mini pizza for the same amount of time. There were only 3 crew members there and it was stated that there is no manager and the owner is never there??!! There was no football on any of the TVs and it was a Sunday. Hopefully this place steps it up. The crust wasn't the same either :(. The young lady in the front was nice enough but asked for names several times and couldn't understand the order. She also kept telling people that their order was coming up yet pizzas were not coming out...... Will not go back. read more

Been waiting for this location to open, finally. I ordered on line, process was easy. Ordered for pick up at a certain time, that worked well. Pizza seemed a little expensive, but the quality was great. You could see that the ingredients were quality, and the flavor of our two large pies was great. The store was clean and organized. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with many televisions to view. Looks like they have several beers on tap. Also looks like they have a lunch buffet station. I will return. read more

It took nearly 2 hours for one pizza and one sandwich to be delivered. Once it arrived, the pizza was burnt and ice cold. The sandwich had one tiny piece of ham that didn't even cover the pice of bread and the lettuce had brown spots (sandwich pictured). I really liked Mountain Mike's Pizza and I've eaten in numerous locations up and down the state. I used to have to go all the way to Chino when I got a craving for MMP. So I was really happy when they opened one here in north OC. I've been coming to the Brea location since they first opened and it was great at first, then something changed and it has been downhill since then. I see all these reviews and I must agree with most of the negative ones. The service is so bad now and the food is hit and miss. It can either be good or make you ill and this last visit it made me sick and the workers and management/owner honestly do not care. The cleanliness of the place is not there, the salad bar is a mess, double check your dishes and cups before use, be wary of the condiments and hope you do not become ill. I think I have given this place more than enough chances and unfortunately I can no longer say I am a fan of Mountain Mike's Pizza. read more

My family and I were self admittedly very difficult to deal with on this trip but there was no request that they ever said no to and even better we never were made to feel bad for asking. Sonya at the Brea Mountain Mike's Pizza is outstanding. The pizza was fantastic, and I consider myself a pretty good pizza connoisseur.
