Came in on an off hour, 3pm ish, wifey and I nearly had the whole place to ourselves. They have a pretty big parking lot, outside seating, and 2 large dining areas on the inside with tables and booths. Walking in to the right they have a game room for the kids. and on nearly every wall sits a TV playing sports. Customer service was stellar and our order taker wore a smile it's always so nice seeing smiles on employees. I ordered a large Everest pizza, hold the bell peppers, add pineapple, and I substituted the red sauce for the garlic sauce. After ordering wifey and I picked a booth to sit in and I quickly noted that all the tables were clean and so was all the surrounding areas "restrooms were clean too" who ever manages this location is obviously doing a good job. Our pizza was brought out to us piping hot and we were asked if we would like parmesan cheese? "yes please" a glass refrigerated container was brought to us. Ok now for the best part: our pizza was made exactly how I ordered it, they put on tons of toppings and I must say it was delicious. My only complaint is.... That I don't have one, lol! This is in Regards to Their Pizza Only. When I Looked Under The ( at the dough ) Pizza you could see some type of a Marking that lead you to Believe it was Manufactured. And it was Nasty. I haven't been back BUT this happened over "6" years ago so I have NO IDEA if they changed ( this was at their "HAMILTON and San Tomas" location. Obliviously I haven't been back. BUT when I went to their "EL CAMINO" location at around this same time it was "EXCELLENT". I saw the Baker tossing the Pizza Dough in the Air just like you see on TV. Literally the worst pizza I've ever had. It was beyond horrible. The quality is nonexistent

We have had several issues with this location since the new ownership but this put me over the top. This location signed up to do a fundraising dine out night for our sports league and after many of our families came and ate and ordered food they did not acknowledge the dine out night and donate the money to the league. They were contacted several times by the fundraising company and the league and they still didn't acknowledge it or make it right. This alone will make me never come back to this location. Who does that to kids? The terrible game card vending you pay for and don't get a card to play the games and when he gives you the company number to call about getting a refund, they say they will send you the refund and then never do and stop answering your calls. The dining room is always extremely hot and muggy as their air circulation clearly doesn't work well. We ended up moving into the private room and opening the door to get some air. There also looked to be some sort of bug zapping machine in the main dining room. Gross!!!! Mountain mikes corporate needs to step in and do something about this place. They continue to get horrible reviews since the new ownership. Figure it out people! read more

Pizza My Mind While not our favorite pizza spot in the South Bay, it ranks up there with some of the better "American-style" pies around. We primarily (only) order pizza for delivery thru their Mountain Mike's app as it always has good combo deals on there and you earn points that can be used towards $ off your next pie(s). We've ordered from other MM's in our area (and there's at least three within delivery distance) but this one always is the most consistent and does the best job. Their delivery times are usually fairly accurate (±5min) and the drivers are always friendly. Our only complaint are their wings are just ai'ight, but at least they're edible. I've never written a bad review anywhere and usually only write reviews to support businesses. I'm a server myself and understand that things happen -- orders get missed, food gets overcooked or undercooked. Mistakes are part of the industry. What completely shocked me was how this situation was handled. I placed a pickup order and ended up waiting well past the promised pickup window. It felt like the order may have been forgotten. After finally receiving the pizza, I drove home and my partner and I immediately noticed the pizza was severely undercooked -- the dough was pale, soft, and gummy in the center. It was clearly not fully baked. We drove all the way back to the store to address the issue. Instead of acknowledging the problem, we were told it "wasn't undercooked" and that it was "just the cheese." It absolutely was not just cheese -- the crust was raw. I was told they could not issue a refund and would only "heat it up," which is not an acceptable solution for a pizza that was barely cooked to begin with. When I started taking photos because I planned to contact the owner or corporate, the woman who cooked the pizza became extremely unprofessional. She began swearing at me in Spanish and aggressively tried to yank the pizza away while I was taking pictures. It was uncomfortable and completely inappropriate. In the end, I received neither a refund nor a replacement pizza. The cashier told me it was a family-owned business, that he was part of the family, and that there was "nothing I could do." They even laughed as the situation ended. Between the long wait, the undercooked food, and the disrespectful treatment, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Restroom is not working but pizza place is open he says he just washed wants to keep clean

Absolutely terrible service. The store clearly advertises that it's open until 2 AM, but when my girlfriend and I went in at 12:15 AM, the guy at the front told us we couldn't sit down and eat and that it was "takeout only" after midnight. That information is not posted anywhere, so it feels completely misleading. To make things worse, we weren't even allowed to use the bathroom because he claimed he had already cleaned it and didn't want anyone using it. Refusing basic restroom access to paying customers is ridiculous. If you're going to advertise that you're open until 2 AM, then actually operate like it. Don't mislead customers and then treat them like an inconvenience when they show up during your posted hours. Extremely unprofessional experience. By the crust area each bite I tasted Mold literally like the way bread get moldy so I figured due to saving electricity or something quality of the pizza went to one of the best to trash. It was a great experience, the homie ringing me up even asked if there was a pizza that i wanted that was not already out and he would make it for me and it was even towards the end of the lunch special time which is 2pm. We had a boys (1st grade) team basketball party here and it was great. I called three weeks in advance to book their party room. The room can comfortably accommodate 20-25 people, we had 30 and it was a little cramped, but it was fine. The staff were as nice as they could possibly be: super friendly, and helpful. Made sure we got settled and as we ordered gave numbers and brought the pizzas in. This is an old school pizza parlor, which means they have an arcade, so the boys had a very expensive blast ($1.25 to play the new Cruisin USA. How I know I'm old). The pizza was also very good, lots of cheese all the way to the crust, and lots of toppings on our bbq chicken pizza. Overall, highly recommend for small team outings. read more

We've been ordering from this location for 10 yrs and I think they've recently changed owners. My Everest pizza had yellow cheese on it which I've never seen in my life. I placed my order at 5:56pm on a Thursday. The "promise time" on my order is 6:41pm. Currently it's 7:00pm and I called the restaurant to inquire. The restaurant says there is still at least another 20 minutes before the food will be delivered, and that the website or email confirmation are not accurate.
