This pizza my heart location has ample parking and good seating. The other locations I have been to (Capitola, and downtown LG) -- while always supplying excellent pies -- are hard to park or sit at. Recently I discovered the Fort Point pizza. It's crazy good. Artichoke hearts, sausage, ricotta cheese, chicken, basil -- it's good. The TV is on and they always have the game. I've been meaning to do a review for some time. I absolutely love this location. Parking is easy and the staff is always friendly. We have had a book club meeting here where we sat at the tables and individually purchased our items. It was lovely. I've also picked up food recently under the two good to go app. I love their salads, especially their chicken, walnut salad, and chicken Caesar salad. I'm not a huge pizza fan so I don't feel Qualified to comment on the pizza, but everyone else loves it. This is a great place to grab lunch or dinner or order takeout. Like always, after a game we look for a spot to go hang out. Pizza my heart was the closest thing to us. I've never had a problem with pizza my heart. They Usually have good pizza. We did order some pitchers of modelos that weren't too fresh but we still drank it. (Borrachos) lol kids seemed to like it as well. I have eaten at this location several times recently. I always get a Greek salad with ranch then a piece of pizza to go. I always enjoy their different pizza flavors, though I wish they would bring back figgy piggy. The staff is always very friendly, especially the manager. First I wanted to say the pizza I ordered The Big Sur was fabulous, one of my favorites and the Mango drink was so refreshing to wash it down. The reason for this blurb is that I want to give a shout out to the wonderful staff and to Scott. Scott was a shining star, not only good customer service but a bright and very cheery personality that went up and beyond expectations for his customers. He was delightful to talk to and he helped out my deaf friends though my interpretational skills between them both. We had limited options for take out on New Year's eve but Pizza my heart showed up on Door Dash & offers vegan options, yay. I got a small cheese & mushroom & kids got the Vegan Big Sur. Pizzas are quite big for a small. There was ample toppings & I love that they put enough sauce on them. They were cold, which was a bummer but blame that on the door dash driver. read more

Kayla! What a breath of fresh air. I heard surgery on my jaw a few weeks ago and it's challenging for me to eat during my recovery. I figured pizza is thin and less challenging to eat. I was mentioning to Kayla my situation and if they had a fork and a knife I could use to cut my pizza up in small bite-size pieces. She offered to cut my slices up for me with the pizza cutter and deliver it to my table. It was one of the most thoughtful kindest things anyone has ever done for me. Lots of pizza combinations that make everyone happy - maui, meat lovers and of course the traditional pepperoni and cheese. each pizza has 8 slices from the small, medium to large. the large is super large so we tend to slice those in half again (get 16 slices) which are perfect for crowds. When I worked in San Jose, we ordered pizza a lot. We tried many different places, but went back to Pizza My heart a lot. Pizza is inexpensive compared to other catering food types, liked by all and makes for great leftovers. We typically would always order a pepperoni, the chicken with bacon pizza, Hawaiian and combination pizzas. They also offer gluten free pizza dough, which was good for one of my coworkers who was allergic to gluten. We also had a couple lactose intolerant coworkers who had a cheese free pizza. I'm a huge Pizza My Heart fan from the 80's sitting on the wall in Capitola hoping sand didn't get on my slice. I was so happy they opened near me. Try just opened today and offered a free slice. We had to get salads and drinks because it's not a meal without. Daughter gets caesar and I get Greek. This place is huge. There is so much seating. And there's a BIG round table near the door and the actual seat spins. Perfect for big parties. And they deliver to me. Whoot. This looks like the beginning of a beautiful friendship. read more

We love Pizza my Heart and this location is excellent. The servers are always very pleasant and keep the line moving. The pizza is tasty and there are often lots of choices of pizza slices. The salads are very nice and enough for two people to share, especially if you're also having a slice of pizza. We take advantage of their loyalty card and last time got a free slice and salad. It breaks my heart to leave this review because I usually love these restaurants. However, this location is very disorganized. This happening I asked for a couple of slices and they had them ready and the first sign of trouble was that he wouldn't cut my three year-olds pizza in to little pieces or at least acted like he didn't know how. Then I asked for a different type of pizza for myself and they told me that it would take 12 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and I asked and they said it would be another eight minutes. I waited another 15 minutes and finally when I said that I was going to leave and I just wanted a refund. They said that they only needed five more minutes and I said no and then all of a sudden they said OK it's fine Here it is. Clearly there's a challenge at this one. I'll go to the one in Saratoga or Los Gatos any day before this one. read more

This has become our go to spot for a quick pizza fix. Pies are pretty consistent with your typical PMH quality, although this last time was just a tad on the greasy side. Nonetheless, still a solid option. Restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the top notch service provided by Ava who went above and beyond even on a simple pick up transaction. Always nice to meet someone who takes pride in what they do.
