The worse cheese pizza of my life. How do you mess up a cheese pizza?

Worse pizza I've had in a very long time! Very very low quality. DO NOT BUY!!! I took a bite and immediately tried to return it. Service is terrible as well, the manager Austin & Bob are impossible to get a hold of and did not want to give me a refund even though I brought the pizza back right away. I ended up giving the pizza away to someone on the street.

Ordered to go and it was ready pretty quick. They have unique flavors on their menu, and we opted to try their new spicy Himalayan pizza that's full with chicken and tikka masala flavors. They provide a lot of toppings and the pizza is not too thick, which I prefer. They also have thin crust if you want to request for that. We ordered a large and it was huge! Can't wait to try other pizzas next time!

Dined in for an early dinner. Ordered: Mini pizza with Bell peppers, Red Onions, and Jalapeños. It was delicious. I loved the crispy crunch of the pizza. It was just perfect. Garlic Not-Knots - it was garlicky good. Great service. Ambiance is clean and nice dining area.

This is the second Mountain Mike's location I visited and I'm pleasantly surprised with the customer service here compared to the RC location. It's also super clean inside and has an inviting ambiance. I was a little frustrated with the Mountain Mike's website user experience because every time I tried loading the "local deals" the page refreshed and removed all items from my cart. Jarrett helped me at the counter and was super helpful, letting me know that the have a Mountain Mike's app that's less buggy than their website. Although I think the user experience should be seamless whether ordering through the website or app, I was glad to know they have an app I can order from next time. After getting home, I did notice that my order was incorrect. I ordered pepperoni jalapeño and received pepperoni. However, the pizza was amazing and I'm happy they have the fire mozzarella sticks at this location. I'm definitely choosing this location over the RC one any day. read more

Overall Rating: Food~ Portions on pizza are generous Service~ Fast and Friendly Ambience ~ Clean and inviting I love eating Pizza. Found this place thought it was nearby me but farther than I expected. I recommend this place if you crave for pizza made with generous quality ingredients and crust that is crisp and soft on inside with no greasy bottom crust. Their pizza is really good. I like it. Some of the best around. This location no longer serves beer. That's too bad. I would enjoy a beer or two while waiting for my pizza. Hopefully this does not hurt their business. Usually pizza and beer go hand in hand. We'll see. Time will tell. read more

It could have been a one time thing. We ordered mountains Mike because we had no other choice from party kingdom. Let me just say it was the saddest cheese pizzas and cheese on any specialty pizza I have ever gotten in my life. Maybe the cook was trying to save money. I've never had pizza with so little cheese ever. I think cheeseburgers had more cheese than this pizza. The wings were something else. Great sauces. The size of the wings were so sad. Did they literally kill baby chickens for this. I had larger wings at a cafeteria than at this location. If You can, just stay away from this pizza chain. FYI we spent $376 on pizza, wings, and garlic sticks. read more

She was always smiling, checked in on us regularly, and made sure we had everything we needed from tip-off to the final buzzer. You can tell she's a genuine people person and enjoys taking care of her guests. I was going to the park to watch my granddaughter after working all day and I didn't even imagine I wouldn't get either!! It's really surprising because wood ranch is usually good service. There's no ambiance for take out orders except for the fact that I had to walk far from the game to find a fork and I'm kind of irritated about that.

I went back and spoke with the manager, Renzo. After taking his time to find the receipt, he eventually saw that the extra tip had indeed been added. He told me he would talk to the bartender and "most likely" refund it. Later he even reached out and said I would be getting my money back. The refund never came through. Pretty frustrating situation. Customers shouldn't have to chase down their own money after being charged something they didn't approve. Always double check your receipts here.

The pizza is delicious however, it's been going downhill.. my husband works in a hospital and ordered pizza for lunch for him and his coworkers, pizza was over 2hrs late. No one called to apologize or to even let him know it would be late. He tried emailing corporate and they never even bothered to reply.. Still, we gave them another shot because usually the ingredients are fresh and plenty. I ordered pizza to be picked up, I got there a little early and two employees where talking about how slow it's been due to the corona virus.. so slow that they decided to clean the soda machine (apparently it wasn't being done regularly?) she mentioned how she found mold in there, they laughed.. it's clean now apparently but wrong on so many levels. Ordered a veggie pizza, it was missing two ingredients, I added pepperoni, the charged $4 but didn't credit me the $8 dollars for being shorted olives and tomato.. Good quality ingredients but obviously the employees don't care enough to make things right, watch what they say, and corporate doesn't seem to care either. read more

I went for lunch on Saturday 3/21/2018 an ordered a medium 1 topping pizza. When the pizza was delivered to the table it was warm not hot and it was burnt. It seems that they over cooked it and put it to the side but then decided to serve it anyway. When i brought the burnt items up to the counter the young kid so "Sorry". No offer to remake the pizza, no offer to refund (that was not what I was looking for). I called on Monday 04/02/2018 and spoke to the manager and he also said he was "Sorry", once again no offer to have me come back to make it right. No offer to say come back for a refund. When I stated that if the food is burnt or not prepared properly they should not serve it. Was totally disappointed and that was my 1st time there and it will certainly be my last. read more

I've lived in chino with my Husband now for 11 years... when mountain mikes came about we were so excited! Something new to eat in the area. The food was great, and the beer was cold in the beginning. Now it's a joke since the last owner. They are not only stingy on their toppings, but for the last 6 months to a year they've had problems with their alcohol. The last time it was a problem with their beer line. That finally got fixed after months, and now it's a problem with their alcohol license overlapping (which from what I've read from other reviews, it's been that way for a month). Sounds like there's a deeper reason, and they've come up with a lame ass excuse! They need a new manager ASAP. This place has become a joke read more

I just moved to Chino and I was excited to find a Mountain Mike's. I love their pizza and thought it was only available in Northern California. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed when I picked up my pizza. There was little to no toppings and very little sauce. It was nothing like the mountain Mike's in nor Cal. I consider myself as pizza aficionado,and I have to say that mountain mike's is the best of the pizza chain joints. Their pizzas are always fresh and the toppings are not dried out from over-cooking. I am sure not everyone will agree to my review but I truly have put this at the top of my list of the many pizza joints that we all have in our neighborhood!!
