I received a pizza with crust so thick that while it was crunchy on the bottom, it was completely raw underneath the toppings.... it was inedible and I picked the toppings off and just ate that. It was nasty... you think the pizza has a lot of toppings because it is so thick but it's just raw pizza dough.... I'm done with this place... plus their prices are way too high for the quality... there's a million other pizza joints that are SO MUCH BETTER for the same price or even less!!! RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE: I AM a rewards member and this post is not about PRICE but RAW PIZZA DOUGH.... Honestly....let me just start with the fact that the all you can eat lunch special is only M-Fr from 11am to 2pm??? Don't you guys realize that people work? What a waste of a deal. Maybe business wouldn't be so slow on the weekends if you had more to offer. Secondly, all the employees are sitting out front having a "meeting" as one cook is working the counter and the kitchen. Still friendly and chatty front girl & uber driver, still clean and organized interior, and today's pizza choices (Med Pikes Peak & med Chicken Club) were delicious. The gal even gave me a couple ideas from my next visit lol! Kept en eye on peak times, so grabbing my pickup order was stress free. I haven't tried the other locations yet, so I can't speak on them. The wonderful workers Hannah and Christian were incredibly helpful and patient with me and my friends. We went to Mt. Mike's after our hoco dance and they guided us through the menu and answered all of our questions. I could tell they took their job seriously and were happy to help us. I am so sorry to say this, but I can not recommend this location. The restaurant is hotter than mid summer in Vegas, it feels as though the heat is blasting even when it's chilly outside. Today I went in for the salad and decided to order some fries. I spent $10 on the fries in the photo, which feels pretty expensive for what I got, and from the time I ordered the fries to when I got them was over 20 minutes. I genuinely think I saw the only cook on break when I ordered sitting at a booth for 15 minutes and when I finally asked for timing, the girl who took my order said "6 minutes" and the cook went back to the kitchen around that time. I think this location is just poorly ran and has employees with no sense of urgency. read more

I really liked what they did with this restaurant. Its really cute inside. A few tables and even a mini arcade in the back. Lots of TVs around. They even offer outdoor seating to enjoy the weather. I ordered a pizza to go to try this place out. First off, their sizing chart is WAY off. I knew looking at it saying a 10 inch pizza and 10 slices those slices would be TINY. Yes, technically you can slice it like that but you end up with the tiniest portion. After ordering we waited 30 min for our order. I suppose with the thickness of the dough it probably does take longer to cook through. The dough is thick. Which not really my preference. I prefer thinner crust so would try that if I come back. The pizza is decent but the price is pretty high for the sizes. The cost definitely is a factor. There are so many competitors in the pizza game that beat the prices. The service was nice, the restaurant is nice. Nice family restaurant for a quick bite. With the mini arcade I could see teens hanging out here this summer. They also offer all you can eat buffet during the week. read more

Service ok and we picked a good time to visit , it wasn't crowded . It was clean and bright inside . The arcade was a nice touch but too small and you have to buy a game card . I don't see it getting much use . Lots of options when ordering as well. We tried the Aloha Wings , The Pikes Peak and the chocolate Mini churros . You get 12 bones less wings per order vs 6 traditional. They arrived almost room temp, and ok tasting . The churros arrived before the pizza they were ok, but needed a dipping sauce. The pizza was the best part of the meal. The medium is plenty big enough for 3 people and was loaded with toppings . Overall it was ok but nothing special . read more

We love that this place opened up right near our house. Love their pizza! Yummy and delicious. Crispy on the bottom and hot and cheesy on top!! We ordered the pepperoni and mushroom with the all you can eat salad, and it was phenomenal. We will definitely be eating here regularly. Disappointed with both the service and cleanliness. We waited over an hour for our order, and when we politely asked the manager about their specials, we were met with rudeness and attitude. The customer service was honestly horrible -- no apology for the delay, no sense of urgency, just very dismissive behavior. The inside was filthy, and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting -- no soap, no toilet paper, no paper towels, and the toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. It was honestly shocking for a food establishment. As for the food, we ordered two large specialty pizzas: the Snowy Alps, which was actually pretty good. The crust stood out -- crispy and flavorful. It brought back memories of post-volleyball practices in the early 2000s when we'd hit the all-you-can-eat buffet. The second was the Pineapple Chicken Luau with marinara instead of BBQ, and it was decent. They have a special where if you order a specialty pizza, you get either a 10-inch cheese bread or 6 wings -- we went with the cheese bread since we also ordered a 10-inch pepperoni for my little one. I also ordered the 12-piece buffalo wings, three large fountain drinks, and a sweet tea bottle. Total came to around $100, and we did have lots of leftovers. The food was cold when we finally got it, but luckily we don't mind cold food. Still, for the price and wait time, it should've been fresh and hot. Also, heads up -- they charge $1 per sauce for a tiny 4oz container that's not even full. Overall, the only thing worth remembering was the crust -- everything else was a letdown. Tried this place for the first time, no greeting when you walk in and we were the only people in the place, the sliced pizza was sitting on the hotplate unplugged, the guy did come toss it out but why not give it to abundance of homeless right outside who came in filled up their dirty used cups with soda machine multiple times while we were eating, while the only guy working was in the back. My first visit and the person who greeted me was very helpful and professional. He suggested items that he believed sets MMP apart from other pizza places. I do what I do often when I'm in a new restaurant.... I asked him to choose. He chose the Garlic Tuscan and Spicy Himalayan as a half/half. Update: 06/17/25 I came to Mountain Mike's around 6:30/6:40p to order a mini pizza (6 slices) and to finally try the wings. It was a bit busy and the cashier advised it would take about 25 minutes to complete my order. No problem. The time passes and unfortunately my wings were given to another customer in error. I was advised it would take another ten minutes to complete. The service was phenomenal throughout this time. When I finally received my order I figured I'd just eat in my car since I was very hungry at this point. Unfortunately my six slice pizza contained four slices. It's unclear if the pizza was made smaller in error or if the cook cut it incorrectly but the pizza did look significantly smaller than the one I'd purchased on my first visit. And shifted a lot in the box since it was far smaller. The staff were very kind throughout this entire exchange. Not only was my wing order refunded but they also fired up other pizza. The wings were crispy and nice and sticky (I ordered the stinging' honey garlic sauce). I already knew the pizza was great but the customer service will keep me coming back. I'm super excited to see a Mt. Mike's in North Las Vegas. The place has ample seating as well as an arcade. The salad bar is open for lunch and dinner. Good music and several tv screens to watch sports. We ordered our favorite Snowy Alps that did not disappoint. There was a vast variety of salad toppings but they were a bit dried out. I ordered a large pizza by phone. The young lady assisting me was very polite. I ordered a half all meat and half combination large pizza. I asked did I need to pay over the phone or could and I pay when I picked up my order. I'm not a big fan of giving my card info over the phone. She told me I could pay over the phone or when I picked up my order. When I picked up my order, I was greeted when I entered the store. I noticed the restaurant was very clean and that includes the salad bar. I asked the cashier if she was the young lady I talked to on the phone. She said yes and informed me that my order was ready. Mountain Mike's Pizza is mediocre. This new location is on north Decatur and the 2-15 near the Port of Subs. They have a small dining area and some outdoor seating. I liked the large tv screens and the music that was playing. The dining area was not kept clean. We visited on a Friday afternoon. The large pizza was big enough to feed our family of six. The taste of the sausage was good but I did not care for the crust or pizza dough. It wasn't terrible but it also wasn't great. read more

My mother and I order here when the vibes to cook are not vibing. I always order the BBQ chicken pizza which is so delicious. Without onions, of course as they are not sauted and cut in bigger pieces. My mom loves the option to get her pizza customized to exactly what she wants. We also usually do delivery with them. So, Mountain Mike's moved into the "death knell" location in the plaza, NOT ONE place has made it two years and then they die a slow death. I knew the owners of Salad Works. This physical location has a severe problem with the A/C not working. It is always HOT in there, no matter the season, two, there is zero parking and 8 restaurants total. I think it is completely asinine they let the motorcycle employee take up a prime parking spot up front when there is no parking to start with. Plus this place is super "single person" unfriendly, on the stupid app, if you want a delivery you have to have a 20.00 dollar minimum order AND then they charge you a 6.99 delivery fee and expect you to tip on top of that, a lame business model. The key to using this place if you are single? Or for anyone, the pizza is overpriced YET they always have a discount code on Facebook. I will not order if I cannot find the 20 percent off code. They took away the 25 percent one recently, so that is a bummer. I do like the thin crust pizza, yet they often throw random unordered ingredients on it. Plus these people do not know the difference between Canadian bacon, regular bacon and ham. I gave up and just order ham now. Wings are gross in general, so I have not had those. The lunch salad bar is okay, yet it is best to go at 11am to get the fresh set up. The salad bar was good, yet like other reviews, it is really hit and miss on the other hot items. I just do pick up based on the lame delivery set up and cost, yet they always tell you 20-28 minutes. This is not always accurate which is crap. Pizza is good. Not great but good. . If you have kids, the pepperoni will be to spicy. The crust was good with generous cheese (don't order extra cheese) and covered with pepperoni. Now onto the service. Incredibly rude. I could understand on the phone taking an order. It's rough when you are juggling customers on the phone and physically in front of you. Walked in. Music was loud inside and outside. Woman on the cash register was rude when I was paying. People waiting for takeout orders. Not really any room to wait. Maybe take out a couple of tables.
