I recently heard Metro has one of the best Sicilian pizzas in the US. I had to try! I called in to get more information and to place an order. I was pleasantly surprised how informative and polite the conversation was. It happened to be trivia night. My husband and I went. We shared the 86th Street Square Pie. It was HUGE!!! (We took over half home.) The bread was so good. The crust was crisp and flavorful. The inside was soft. It great the next day, too. Tons of cheese and pepperoni. Trivia was fun. It was nice to be around neighbors in a family friendly environment. We met one of the owners. He was very personable. At the end of the night, he thanked his staff for their support. They deserved the round of applause. The service was good and friendly. We really enjoyed the down home feel. We definitely will be back. Been feeling pizza and Metro has never disappointed. Monday they are closed, Tuesday the parking lot was full, so today we finally made it. Our server Brooke shared with us that on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, pizzas are half off from 2:30-4:30. We started with the Fried Mozzarella which was awesome, thick cheese and perfect crust. We then had the salad which is their chopped Italian salad with Romaine lettuce, salami, ham, Provolone, cucumbers, onions and tomatoes - all tossed in their own house dressing and served with a fresh baked garlic knot. Then we had two pizzas, The Gotham Pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, green peppers, ground beef and onions and The Honolulu Hawaiian pizza made with ham, pineapple, onions, green peppers and bacon bits. If you haven't made it out to Metro Pizza it's a must. Even though out mozzarella sticks came out uncooked, they were still able to recover. They brought out fresh cooked mozzarella stick and the pizzas were all good. Oh and that ranch is drinkable . One of my favorite pizzas was the thin pepperoni. When I moved here 20+ years ago Metro was the best pizza in town. Great service & large establishments to serve lots of people. They are always clean and friendly and offer a great experience at any of their locations. The triple play has always been my favorite pizza at their locations. Though the Sicilian style is pretty good too. They have pasta's and subs which are lol delicious. A vegas staple for sure. read more

My wife and I moved to Las Vegas for the 2nd time in May of 2015. We quickly heard that Metro had the best pizza in town. We have to agree, we eat there 2-4 times a month. Today, 18 June 2026 we stopped in around 330PM, our waiter's name was Dillion. He sat us and he was our waiter. He did such an incredible job, greated us with a great smile and a positive attitude. Quickly took our drink and food order and brought us some if Metro's famous bread. The pizza came out very fast, but Dillion was the star of the show. The pizza was incredible as usual. Honestly, one of the best pizza's in Vegas! We love the Pepperoni Shuffle. We've eaten in the restaurant and everything was great. Ordering for delivery? They can't seem to get it right. They take forever to deliver (1 1/2 hours, both times), they have their own driver, bless his heart, it's a tough job. Uber eats or door dash would probably be a more efficient option. And 1st time, the wrong pizza was delivered, and had apparently been dropped. The second time, they didn't bring the salad toppings I asked for on the side. This is an update on Metro Pizza. My last review was regarding the delivery service and a few items that ended up being disappointing, especially because I do enjoy Metro Pizza overall. I decided to give the delivery service another try and ordered two regular pies that we usually get, knowing the consistency of these pizzas has always been solid. Even though I didn't order the items that disappointed me the last time, I still wanted to see if the delivery service itself would improve. After placing the order, I called Metro Pizza to confirm the delivery address, and they had everything correct. Friday night again, but this time around the delivery service was spot on with no issues at all. Our pies arrived exactly how they always should-fresh, consistent, and just like a proper pickup order. Is this our go to spot where we want pizza! Is close to our home and the service is quick. We have eating inside as well as having takeout. These pizzas remind me of New York style pizzas. The slices are huge and filled with the toppings. I always get the Bleeker street special with pepperoni at it. It is amazing. read more

We ordered two kids cheese, pizzas and calzone with spinach and cheese and a salad. The kids pizzas came with a drink, and they were a good size and tasty. It was a good decent price too for about $7. Was also reasonably priced at about 13 $14 and it tasted OK. Lots of cheese for those cheese lovers and the crust was well done and it wasn't over baked. However, the salad was disappointing because some of the lettuce was old and you could see it being brown and heavy holes in it. But the ranch sauce was nice. The location itself was really big and it wasn't too noisy because the ceilings were high. We arrived around five and seated right away, without having to wait and had a large booth which is comfortable for us. There was also Wi-Fi which made the kids really happy because they were able to watch their iPad while eating dinner. Parking was a little bit complicated because we parked in the back, and it took us a while to figure out that the entrance was on the other side of the building! But once you know that it's not a huge deal. The reason I didn't give it five stars because the service was a little slow. Everyone was really nice, but we were sitting there for over half an hour waiting for our pizzas. I saw a couple people who came in after us get served first and a lot of people getting take out. So, maybe they need a good system for prioritizing certain orders or they do the takeout first for some reason. I'm not really sure, but more than 30 minutes for Tucci's pieces and calzone is a really long time. it could've been because the calzone took longer. They wanted to bring out all the food at the same time and we should've told them to just bring out the kids cheese pizzas because they were so hungry that they were grumpy for waiting more than 30 minutes. I'm a regular at Metro pizza... and have been for well over a decade. I was watching Food Network I was streaming it. It was about the 10 best pieces in America and number 10 was the Sicilian pizza at Metro so I came here special today, to order this amazing pizza that was making my mouth water... Came for lunch and used to love this place but service these days leaves a lot to be desired. Person who sat us said it would be about 10 minute wait and asked about drinks, he never brought them. Brought out bread and butter but still no drinks. Asked another server for our drinks and a third person who was the Manager (took order for drinks but never brought them) and had to ask the original person who sat us for the drinks again. Three tables seated after us all got their drinks and food before we did. I got served my pizza and hubby is still waiting on his chicken parm sub. This is really disappointing. Ended up canceling sandwich and requested bill. Husband is diabetic and longer than 25 minutes to wait on a chicken parm sub isn't acceptable, we had planned to have a good lunch but that didn't happen. Requested bill three different times.... From two different people..... Manager knew the server was drowning, mind you she is the third person who we asked if we could place our order and she is the one who put it in the computer. We had to ask to get a refill on a drink twice. This used to be a favorite family spot but this was beyond ridiculous. After finally getting my receipt from the server he said that I needed to understand he was slammed and I should have complained to the Manager. He wished I would have gotten better service......Yes me too! It's your job to let your Manager know you need help, not mine. My bad, this is a review for a past visit , not today.... But I forgot to do it the day of a visit. So Metro has a 50% off special on many of their dine in pizzas on Wednesday and Thursday from 2:30 till I think 4:00-4:30. Not a bad deal since some of their large pies can get a bit expensive. Alexander was the server, apparently my favorite server Lynn (aka mama red) is no longer there... a true loss personality wise INMHO. Anyway we ordered a large metro with sausage and 'shrooms and a small dinner salad. Salad came out first as we requested, very cold and with crispy iceberg (a lot) and thinly sliced red onions etc. little plastic ramekin of salad dressing as well. Shortly after, three slices of their seeded Italian bread came out, still hot from the oven. Pizza came out shortly after, piping hot on that black stubby tray dealie. I guess it keeps it hot but I always liked the metal tray, easier to get the melty cheese off. The pizza was a bit different tasting to me this time. Still good, but maybe it was the sauce? Not as tangy? The crust was not as crispy and I thought the main part of the pizza was thinner... just my impression but still good. I mean it might have been exactly the same in every respect and we've ordered the same pizza over the years, but it just seemed different. With the discount, the check was $23 dollars and change. No military discount on top of the 50% discount but I guess that's fine. Left over Pizza went home.... Was sealed and frozen for a future couple of meals. No pictures, since I've taken many before. I have eaten here so many times. It's always great. Last night I ordered my usual favorite , the Modesto. Always great and I love it so much. Also, I ordered garlic knots . This is the first time ever that these garlic knots were terrible. Very doughy and there was like no melted butter garlic on top. Dry and lacking taste. We placed a large order of 7 pizzas, pepperoni, couple cheese, the Gotham, one with all veggies and then there was this one pizza that had like a white sauce with garlic and it was absolutely delicious. I normally go to the one on Decatur and flamingo and will probably stick to that location for ordering pizzas the place didn't offer any plates for some reason which sucked that was the only negative that I really just feel like it's common sense to give plates when somebody place a large order to go. read more

Came here w the fam on Halloween after going to Gilcrease Orchards. The kids were really hungry for pizza and wings. We hadn't been here in years but remembered it was really good. We were hopeful we would have the same experience. Well ...we did! First we were served hot fresh bread which was very appreciated since the kids were so hungry. We ordered a large pizza & wings. The pizza was huge, hot and delicious! Crust was perfectly cooked, not to thick or thin. Cheese was quality Mozzarella and the mushrooms, pepperoni and jalapeños were plentiful. Wings were also cooked to perfection! Served with a ton of ranch. Good ranch too not that watery bland stuff. Maybe even made in house. Our server was polite, made sure we always had refills and checked on us frequently. The atmosphere itself in the restaurant was very quiet. Not busy at all. We were there in the late afternoon and likely people were getting ready to take the kiddos trick or treating. We enjoyed having the place to ourselves for the most part. In the mood for pizza so we decided to eat here again since it's been awhile. We decided to try The Pepperoni Shuffle which we loved the thinner crispy crust on this pizza. It was also loaded with 2 types of Pepperoni, the larger ones we really like, but the smaller ones that curl inward aren't particularly our favorite since they are a little spicy and hot. We also had 2 salads which were quite large, and of course the bread is always a bonus. I will start with the fact that Metro Pizza has always been my recommendation to anyone looking for good pizza. We have not been there in 6 months or more and decided to grab dinner last night. This was not the Metro Pizza of the past! We sat at a table with a table cloth that was cracked and dirty. Light bulbs out everywhere, even the lights hanging over the bar. Bread that is used to be soft and delicious was burned and dry, all while taking a long time to receive. Pizza arrived - one side of crust burned and not as ordered with light sauce. Pizza was delivered to table with no spatula and food runner said he'd bring one out when a spatula was available - never saw it. Large Metro pizza with liquid cheese and extra sauce - all to dish up with a knife and fork. Disappointing that this location seems to have been neglected for maintenance and training. We visited on Saturday for lunch with a party of five adults and 4 small children and it was a very pleasant experience. We arrived and were seated right away in a large booth. All were well prepared with large portions. We then had 3 pizzas; The Gotham, The Pantheon, and a Traditional Pepperoni. They arrived fresh and hot from the oven. Dillon was fantastic! Quick service with a smile although he had a busy section. The chicken wings here are perfectly fried and have a beautiful buffalo sauce that's well balanced. These are my favorite wings in the city! The thin crust on this pizza takes me back to the east coast. Do yourself a favor and go in here to order a pie. We got the small pie and a regular order of the wing a to share for two and we were more than satisfied. The restaurant is well maintained and it's nice to see the team cook the pizza in their open kitchen. They also have takeout and catering. I've been coming here for years and usually love it, but the last few times the service has been terrible by the same server. We went on a Sunday around 4 and it wasn't too busy when we were seated, but it took 20 minutes for someone just to take our drink order. Then our server would never check on us, we had to flag her down to get her attention. We noticed people that had come in a lot after us were being served/ finished eating before we even got our food. We have been coming here/ordering take-out at least weekly since this location opened. We also grew up here, so ate at other locations for decades before that. The food is often hit or miss. We have never complained. However, tonight, it took forever to get our pizza, and when we did it was inedible. It was burned and hard as a board on the bottom. The manager didn't even acknowledge the mess of a pizza they served us. So, congratulations; if you don't care, neither do we. You just lost a customer who kept coming for take-out through the dining room closures and showed up to support you through covid. I have been enjoying the most amazing pizza at east Tropicana for 28 years. I moved to the north this month and got to Metro as fast as possible! I had my very first Metro Pizza at this location and it was flavorless. I ordered the special Bleecker Street sausage and garlic, and I believe I got a plain sausage pizza. The sauce was bland. There was no garlic, or garlic oil. It was dry. A vendor who services all your locations told me the Trop location is the best, and he was right! I miss that place! Sourdough bread (free): served steaming and the butter instantly melts once you slather it on. The bread has a crusty exterior, and the interior is soft with a slight sourness, 9/10 rating! Domenica salad $13.50: was ok, I'm not a fan of vinaigrette dressing, but all of the components were fresh, 7/10. Zamboni with pepperoni, sausage, and garlic: this was off the hook as it was crispy, but has an airy crust. The meats were savory, and the honey glaze on the bottom crust adds a slight sweetness for contrast and depth, 10/10! Half Milano and Bleeker Sreet (large is $32.95): Bleeker is solid, 8/10 rating. However, the Milano is phenomenal, 10/10 rating! Tiramisu: satisfying, good size, and flavor. It's more of a custard, but I dig it. 8.5/10 rating. Carrot cake ($7.95) for take-out. The Metro Pizza Brand never fails. This is the first time I've sat in and have had dinner at this location on Sky Pointe. I'm very big on the acknowledgement of the customers when they step foot into an establishment and as always, we were greeted and received well. The flagship of John and Sam's family of pizzerias since November of 2012, with an expansive floor-plan including room to experiment with new Dough, it was alongside six others that Metro Pizza on Sky Pointe was entered at noon on Saturday, Pizzaiolo Arena already hard at work baking Las Vegas' best Crust and Toppings. Dubbed "America's Neighborhood Pizzeria" since the early eighties, though past and present Metro is so much more, it was after choosing from a multitude of tables and booths that a server approached with Beverage options including Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks. Not overly busy just an hour after opening, though doing brisk take-out and delivery, lunch began first with Bread, two piping hot Loaves proving entirely irresistible before diving into a Tavern-style Pizza made by John Arena featuring Sausage, Brocollini and Buratta kissed by Citrus. Always happy to let John cook, and more so enthralled by his encyclopedic knowledge of Pizza, it was alongside signature Knots and Garlic Romano Fries that two Pies were served simultaneously, The Zamboni turning up Sausage & Peppers with Honey while "The Gotham" delivers Supreme styling complete with Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms and three types of Meat. Onward to a "Triple Play" of Sausage on crispy rectangles the cold-fermented 86th Street is defiantly light despite its thickness, and whether served with or without Toppings there remains no better Sicilian Pizza tasted anywhere in the world to this day. We ordered for takeout. We got the Domenica salad, which has been one of my favorites for YEARS. The chunks of cheese and aged salami make it a hearty choice, and the dressing is delicious. My food was soupy for my Calzone lot of onions and little to no chicken. But the family enjoyed the pizzas and Spaghetti. Did find that that pizzas need to be cut a little more to be able to break apart on slices. Service was slow and not enough staff on the floor to work with guests. Meal was at 1-2:30pm I would say food took around 45 mins to a hour for a party of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children. Attention to detail is very weak. Got some refills but fail to come to all at the table. If I didn't ask them for refills for other in the party, they would have done nothing. Store is clean and ready for guests to enjoy.
