Placed an order more than 2 hours ago. Tried calling to just to get an update on the delivery. The phone rings for a couple minutes then simply disconnects. I have now tried calling for the past 30 minutes seeing if my delivery is actually coming but the same result. No answer. What kind of business doesn't even answer their phone? Meanwhile I am trying to decide what to do as my family is hungry and we don't even know if our pizza will be delivered. Looking at all the other reviews, I can see this is just typical business (or lack thereof) for these people. I learned my lesson. Never again. Take your business elsewhere, trust me. read more

I have tried ordering from these guys 3 times over the past couple of years. Each and every time, they have forgotten the order, it has never arrived even close to on time, has arrived cold and/or I've had to cancel the order entirely... just today I placed an order for delivery at 4:15. I called at 4:30 to ask where it was... turns out, it hadn't even been made yet, so the woman told me it would be another 15-30 minutes, and that's assuming they prioritize it and deliver it on time (which obviously, hasn't ever happened). I asked for a refund and ordered from Dominos instead. Why? Because I shouldn't have to remind them to make an order or just do it on time. They just don't care. They don't care to get someone's order out on time, they don't care if they lose business (otherwise this wouldn't keep happening time and time again) and they certainly don't seem to take any pride in providing decent customer service. Not worth it, go elsewhere. At least you'll get decent service, warm pizza and in a timely manner if you do. All you get here is a headache. read more

Placed an order online, large pizza and mozza sticks. An hour later, no delivery. Called and was placed on hold by some girl. After a few mins, I hung up and called back. Asked about my order and the girl said they are coming right now. I wanted another 20 mins. Nothing. I called back and told the guy to cancel my order. We were staying at an RV Resort down the street and they couldn't even get a simple order to us. Never had the pizza from here, prob never will. I got some bomb ass Mexican food down the street. Worst delivery experience ever. Ordered a pizza and wings at 2:40 and was told it would take 45 minutes. In short...it's 5:25 and the delivery guy knocks at the door and says "i guess I'm supposed to give you this". Sent back the pizza to the manager. Got many excuses when I called about why it was taking so long. There's nothing worse than not owning up to the mess-ups. Placed my order by phone at 5:39pm and the lady who took my call said my 2 large pizzas would be ready in 25 min. 20 minutes later she calls me back asking if im calling from Marina or Monterey. Walked inside 5 minutes later and they havent even started baking my pizzas. I ordered a half dome sandwich and they gave me the wrong order. Then when I called to tell them about it they refused to deliver the replacement (even though it was their fault) because they said deliveries had to be $20 minimum order. Then I asked to speak to the manager and Lyla (that's what she told me her name was) said "oh I'm sorry, the manager isn't in today". They never are, are they. She was very unfocused and confused when I was telling her what my order was and she kept making mistake after mistake, it was like she was stoned. When I got there to pick up my correct order they offered nothing to compensate for my inconvenience. No drinks, no side dishes, not even an apology. I placed an order online which said pickup in about 25 minutes. I got there a little early and was greeted nicely and was told pizza wasn't quite ready. Another 5-10 minutes and was asked if I minded waiting. I said no and waited. 15 minutes pass as no pizza yet. Was told another 5 minutes. I ultimately got my pizza 30 minutes after the time originally promised for pick up. Give yourself at least 30 minutes extra to get a pizza for pickup. Seemed like they were behind on all the orders. The pizza though was good and toppings were well done with plenty on the Everest and Pineapple Chicken Luau. Only reason I didn't give it a 2 star and because the person I was dealing with was very courteous. She had no control on the making of the pizza. read more

We were staying at the Marina Dunes RV Park this past Friday and saw Mt Mike's advertisement in the Park brochure. We decided to give Mt Mike's a try and called in our order. We weren't disappointed. Very pleasant young man on the phone and the delivery fellow was very nice also. We ordered a large half McKinley and half Veggiemore. Toppings were fresh and crust was tender. Best pizza I've had for awhile The pizza was excellent and fast delivery...within 30 min delivered hot to our RV site. Thank you Mtn Mike's! This pizza place is a complete joke. I placed an order at 4:10pm for delivery at 6:20pm. After 30 min past the promised delivery time I called to ask about the order and the employee put me on a wait for almost 20 min. So, I decided to go in person to see what happened to my order and once I got there they just told me the manager had left 5 min ago, like just I called 20 min ago and have been on a wait and they said no manager was there; they blatantly lied to me. They were not even apologetic enough and just said to wait the manager outside, but they also said he could not come back anytime soon. Never actually ordered because I don't like toppings on top that fall off. Prefer more pizzeria style where toppings are mixed within the melted cheese. Women's bathroom was filthy... strongly smelled of urine... like a public bathroom at a public park. Gross. We ordered a half/half pizza. They didn't make the pizza right and didn't cut it down half/half. They remade it without any problem though. The unlimited salad bar is okay. Your standard salad bar with iceberg lettuce. Not really worth 4.50 if you don't have a large appetite. Pizza was okay. Nothing special. I could hardly taste the sauce or garlic if anything for it being a "garlic vegetarian" and the veggies tasted either dry or raw, which was a little weird for me. At least they had the Warriors game on! That's really the only reason we ended up here on a Thursday night. Salad bar was closed, because it was past 8:30 pm, so there wasn't a vegetable in sight unless it was on a pizza. Not winning any points with me there. I gave up hope of eating anything even slightly healthy and we got a pizza and pitcher of beer. The crust was too thick which made the middle of the pizza doughy still. I really don't see how this place has only 3 stars. My little man and I came in today to grab a pizza to-go and had a great experience. Everything from the gal (Karina is the name on my receipt) at the counter who was suuuuper sweet and helpful, to the pizza we ate when we got home. Karate kid was on the big screen, plenty of games to keep kids busy, and the place was CLEAN! We will definitely be back. Side note to management: Keep that gal on the front counter, her customer service is amazing. read more

The pizza is good, the crust is crunchy and a decent amount of toppings. However the service, particularly the lunch buffet leaves something to be desired. Despite being busy, the pizza output was slow, with only a few slices left at the buffet line for the majority of the time, also despite advertising many different kinds of pizzas, the buffet line seemed to be the same old types. Would recommend for getting a pizza in the evening, however would NOT recommend the lunch buffet due to slow service and lack of variety. read more

Though the pizza is greasy and salty like most casual pizza places, this pizza is delicious. And filling. You definitely get the value for your money. My boyfriend and I have ordered the garlic/cream/bacon pizza countless times for ourselves, my parents, and friends, and everyone has enjoyed it. This is my favorite fast pizza place in the area. The restaurant has fast service and the delivery times are pretty fast (around 45 minutes wait). The only draw-back to delivery is the restaurant does not accept checks, so you need to give your credit card info over the phone or pay in cash. I have not had trouble giving the info over the phone but it makes me nervous so I dislike doing it. read more

The pies are priced high for chain pizza. You can get much more pizza for less across the street at Domino's. You cannot compare the flavor and quality. My wife ordered their regular crust all meat specialty pizza. Everyone noted how they piled on the cheese. They didn't cheat us on the ham either. We chose to pick up instead of delivery. They tell you up front delivery is an hour or more with extra charges besides tip. A specialty delivered ends up being $42 not including tip. That's without a coupon and that is ridiculous. Plus depending on where you are in the driver's queue it could be room temperature by the time it arrives. The cashier yesterday looked a little sheepish at checkout. She offered that everything is 40% less on Tuesdays. In the future we'll probably eat in the parlor. The interior looks clean and the pizza will be fresh. Love their pizzas! Best in the county! They're forever busy on the weekends and during this lockdown, it's even busier. I appreciate that they're still open during this time. I placed an order for a medium Half Pineapple Chicken Luau and The McKinley on a Friday night. Make sure you place an order earlier if you're hungry. They told me 25-30 min. I gave them more time because I had a feeling it would take more time due to the phones ringing off the hook. Showed up and had to wait a few more minutes which I didn't mind because I knew they were backed up and busy. When my order was called, they came out with a mountain size box! I reminded them I ordered a medium and the cook came out and said they messed up my order. I wasn't mad at all! Just made my night for waiting. Next order I place will be a mountain pizza! Mountain Mike's is a regional chain. They make pizzas and sandwiches for pick-up, delivery and eat-in. Food-wise, I've only had the pizzas. They're tasty but they're SO oily. Get one in a box and it won't take long before you start to see the grease on the bottom. When you get toppings, they put a ton on there, and the sauce is quite tasty. Location-wise, it's a nice enough dining area with a number of booths and light stained wood all over. They have several good beers on tap, including Fat Lip, which is brewed a few blocks away from this location. There's an arcade in the back and, if you come outside of school hours, there are always teenagers back there yelling and getting way too excited. Better they're there and not up front. The food tends to come out pretty quickly and the staff seem nice enough. Look for the coupons in the mail as they offer some really good deals here. read more

I like MM very much. It often feels like a budget version of Round Table but that is ok given how stupid expensive RT! My only real complain for MM is the crust. It tastes very manufactured, like frozen pizza crust. My guess is that it is not made in house but at a factory. Get the dough right and this will be a winner for sure! read more
