I ordered a pepperoni pizza and they gave me cheese bread instead. They didn't cook the cheese sticks that I ordered. I thought maybe we received the wrong order or they mislabeled them, but everyone else received the correct order. Edit: I called and they said they were short handed and they had a rush. Which understandable because they're new and on doordash and they were short handed. I'm still not happy about the cheese sticks, but the incorrect item that I got makes more sense and I'm not so irked about it now. read more

I will say the lady who took care of us was awesome, but that's about where the experience ended. I took my husband and 2 kids we got wings, pizza, and salad bar. First, the salad bar wasn't bad, but the lettuce had clearly been sitting out for a long time because it was soft and no crunch to the lettuce, the pizza honestly tasted like the cardboard pizza I got from the highschool cafeteria, and the wings(while had okay flavor) they were mushy and rubbery tasting. A California favorite is now in the East valley. My family really likes the small, curved pepperoni, big pizza option, and gluten-free small option. We were excited when this location opened. It has good booths and plenty of TV's for sports. It's clean and friendly. On our most recent visit, they showed great hospitality when the mobile app order had a problem and we accidentally ordered the wrong items. When it first opened, I went there. It was exciting. Everybody was friendly. The pizza was great. The ambience was great. I went there today to meet my girlfriend and I said to myself forget it. I'm not eating here. They had pizza out. It was like a buffet. it looked dry. there weren't too many people there. Nobody was smiling. I thought it was dirty. I just left. We went somewhere else. Just went here for the first time ever! The pizza did not disappoint we got the Snowy Alps pizza and it was so tasty, didn't even take long to order and take out. They have TVs in there so you can sit and eat there or just watch while you wait for your order. The environment was also very friendly and welcoming.
