Ordered a medium pizza and 2 orders of buffalo chicken wings for delivery, the wings was delicious and perfect, However the pizza Was horrible, it was not cooked Properly, it was raw... And doughy After trying one slice , I called the manager, and at first he refused to Listen, and told me to drive to his location and he was only going to do an exchange... My husband just got home from work and was exhausted, that was the reason why I ordered pizza.... He was rude and hung up on me... However, a few minutes later he called back and asked me how many slices was eaten, I told him one, because it is raw doughy and not edible. He sent his driver to retrieve the pizza and refunded me... It was not a pleasant interaction or experience, I will not call for delivery from this location. Open for take out and delivery during the shelter-in-place order. I was recently part of an online pizza party and the organizer had pizzas delivered to our addresses. I had a personal sized cheese pizza delivered. The delivery driver had to give me a call to find my apartment and was very friendly the entire time. They are also taking precautions as the driver was wearing a mask and the pizza box was sealed with a sticker for protection. The pizza itself wasn't bad. I think that the delivery may have taken a little longer because the pizza was barely warm but it wasn't cold either. It also looked like it may have been a little overdone. I called the manager at this mountain Mike's, and he had the nerve to say he will give me 20% off my entire order next time. Never mentioned a refund because it's unedible as you can see in the photo, it straight up burnt not well done. After I said can I just have my money back because I won't be ordering from here anymore, he said he needs to call someone to see if I can get a refund. Not too many buffets exist anymore, so to be able find a place that has all your pizza favorites for one low price is always a steal. You can't go wrong with their classic pepperoni and cheese pizza, the cupping pepperoni is delicious and the cheese melts beautifully, but their in house creations, such as the Chicken club are always top notch. Their wings are very tasty and well sauced but I wish that they had some actual heat to them, as they are always more on the mild side. From time to time, they will get some decent new items in stock, but more recently I think that the Mountain fries are definitely worth trying, just order them well done so you get that much needed crunch and be sure to dip them in house ranch. read more

I'm staying in a local hotel and had Mountain Mike's deliver a pepperoni anchovy and onion pizza. My favorite. The pizza was great, the delivery was sooner than I thought it was going to be. And to top everything off they actually delivered to the room of the hotel. I don't know if this is common, I was ready to go out to the front of the hotel. But this was just even extra better. Since my go-to pizza place is closed down at the moment, I ordered takeout from Mountain Mike's out of convenience. I called ahead of time and placed an order for one large pizza - half Robbers Roost (chicken, diced tomatoes, olives, and mushrooms) and half Snowy Alps (pepperoni, mushrooms, polices, sausages, and diced tomatoes). I also ordered one small pizza - half pepperoni and half cheese for the kiddos. The order was ready in about 20 minutes. The total came out to about $43 for both pizzas which I thought was pretty pricey. Good thing I recently received an email coupon for 20% off so my order came out to be about $34. A small (10") is $15.99, medium (12") is $20.99, large (14") $26.99, and mountain (20") is $39.99. The pizza tasted average. I do like that Mountain Mike's doesn't skimp on toppings and works with a lot of the schools in the community for fundraising events. I used to order this chain's pizza back when I lived in fremont. it's been a while. there is just so much choices to try. this location been open for a bit now. never bother until today. I went there at 1pm to avoid any crowd if there was any... it was pretty empty. especially so, when this place is so big, with tons of seating. this place has some huge big screen TVs as well. just like a coffee shop... i pay the cashier and start with 2 slices. there is actually not a bad selection. 6-8 medium size pizza to chose from. first 2 slices were veggie and pepperoni and sausage. 2nd round 2 slices were jalapeno and sausage and this other thing with pineapple. it was not hawaiian. there was hawaiian and combo as well but i didnt try them. i went for 2 more slices of pepperoni and sausage and i think perhaps extra cheese. it was the best and freshest. the combo looks a little dried under the heating lamps. i didn't bother with the salad. it was just bare salad bar. well, for $10 bucks it was not that bad really. i actually think this is quite a deal. the pizzas were pretty good. i would say better than dominos and costco.. $10 including tax. actually $9.60 with water, no tip. i am definitely coming back.. heck, it's cheaper than all the noodle places... and again no tip since it is self serve.... sweet deal and better than costco... read more

Had a short vacation in Milpitas, and was recommended to Mountain Mike's Pizza by the concierge at the Embassy suites. Being carnivores, we ordered the medium sized Pikes Peak. Medium hell!!, it had more meat on it then XXL pizzas at any chain. The medium was more than enough to feed four people, as it had so much meat on it you could not see the cheese or the bottom crust. There must've been 3 pounds of meat on this pizza!! Delivery was fast and the driver communicated with us when he was close to the hotel and we met him downstairs as no one is allowed upstairs who is not a patron of the hotel. The driver opened the carrying case that kept the pizza warm, and had the customer take it out of the carrier. The driver wore gloves and a mask, and there was a security tape/seal over the box to show it was not tampered with once it left the store. The only drawback, and has nothing to do with the pizza or the delivery person, is the fact that while they provided you with some paper plates and crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese, they did not include napkins. But then again who cares!? After eating this pizza, you could just lick your fingers til the fingerprints disappear! Fantastic pizza, fantastic experience!! Can't believe I forgot to mention!! I enjoy this location, but their lack of public health is disconcerting. Some of the staff in the back are walking around and presumably making pizza with no face covering. You can clearly see them walking around when the door swings open. The amusing part is that some pull up their face covering when they exit to the registers. I walked in 10 mins early so there was a large crowd celebrating a kid's birthday. They were loud and annoying. I believed the restaurant should had a private room for parties.
