Tried to order carry out happy hour special. Was told it was for dine in only. BUT- the sign clearly says for carry out also.

Great Pizza!! But make sure to check your order when you pick up. Paid extra for sides of marinara and jalapeños and received neither. Also selected marinara for the dipping sauce of our mozzarella sticks and was given ranch, so had absolute no marinara for our mozzarella sticks. read more

I came here on 1/14/24 with my wife roughly around 12:30-1pm. We both used a coupon one per customer because she was going to have a girls day and I was taking food to my friend's house to catch Sunday football. We came and picked it up about 25 minutes later. I was then approached by the manager I am assuming, and he told me that for next time that is only one coupon per customer. I told him we were two people and he promptly told me that they send out coupons to get people to come in, not to get ripped off. He also addressed me as "bro" multiple times. I felt so uncomfortable and it was unexpected. We wanted to give this place a chance but we won't be coming back . So rude and unprofessional. read more

My new favorite place for pizza. Friendly staff, the pizza 8n my opinion is on par with Toppers, but they offer an even larger pizza than Toppers at 20" for about 10 bucks more than a Toppers large. That means I have pizza leftovers for at least a day or 2. They also have a salad bar which isn't as large as Toppers', but they also don't police it like Toppers does. 1 trip in a tiny Toppers bowl isn't a good bargain and they will rush you like you're robbing the place if you try a second trip. MM's offers all you can eat. I definitely recommend Mountain Mikes. Download the app before ordering and stack up rewards. The garlic white sauce is a nice change up from red sauce too. read more

Pizzas are perfectly sized and have the right amount of toppings not to much. Not to little just right. This has to be one of my top 3 favorite pizzas in Oxnard. The service is great went in to pick up my pizza and the people inside are very nice and have great hospitality. read more

The driver just arrived and delievered the pizza. At this time he told us that his person that took the order gave a discount on both pizzas. He then said we owe him 15.00 because of his employees error. We get its a new business but he should have called and let us know. Never even got a chance to try the pizza. We ordered our food waited 20 minutes and went down to pick it up. We were then told it would take at least 10 more minutes before it was ready because it takes time to make these pizzas. We waited for an additional 10 minutes, so a total of 40 minutes for our pizza, and when we finally walked up and asked how much longer it would be, we were told that they handed it out to somebody else. They then let us know that if we waited around for 10 more minutes, they would have a new pizza made for us after we were told it takes time to make a pizza and that's why we waited the initial 40 minutes!! Customer service is not there strong suit (there was absolutely zero) Customer service!!! Needless to say we walked out with no pizza, no coupons for a future free pizza and Still hungry because we hadn't eaten in almost an hour. We ended up going to Toppers for pizza that took 15 minutes to make!!! You would think that for this kind of mistake they would at least offer us a free pizza in the future. I was not going to wait around any longer after waiting 40 minutes. I am from up north, which is when I tried this pizza hundreds of times and loved it. I was so excited to see they were here locally and couldn't wait to go back down and have some of my favorite pizza.
