Every time I place my order at Round Table Pizza they always come out HOT, DELICIOUS and TASTY. I know their pizzas cost a lot but it's worth it! You know what they say "you get what you pay for". You can never go wrong with their pizzas. Services is great! Nothing to complain about. I get greeted by employees with a smile which is wonderful. The ambience of the place is relaxing and clean. This place is busy during lunch because their salad bar is completely full and has everything that I like with a personal pizza all to yourself Other pizza places might have a reasonable price but it doesn't taste good as Round Table Pizza which is the original. Wow - this place has gone downhill since I last ordered from here a few years ago. Overpriced greasy garbage that is definitely not worth the abominable amount of money they charge for it. I ordered a large barbecue chicken pizza for delivery and despite using a 15% off coupon, with delivery a tip it came out to $52. For that price, I was expecting the pizza to be decent. I specifically mentioned within the app, in the comments, and to my delivery driver to emphasize that I wanted light sauce on the pizza. Instead, what I received was a cold soggy mess dripping in barbecue sauce. There was almost no chicken, the cheese was nasty, and the ingredients were so salty. You pay over $50 for a pizza only for them to go light on the toppings but heavy on the one thing I asked them to go light on. I was looking for a break from cooking and instead I feel awful from eating such garbage. This is not the Round Table I used to go to and most certainly not the Round Table I remember. Horrible. Won't order from here again. read more

Bro what is up with these low reviews?? I ate here today, and it was a great experience. I had originally ordered for pick up, but my fiancé & I changed our minds and called them to change it for dine-in. I got a custom pizza & my fiancé got pepperoni. The food was great. The service, obviously not no 5 star restaurant, was good and provided us with all that we needed. Overall, would eat here again. read more

Established in 1959.

In 1959, Bill Larson opened the first Round Table Pizza in Menlo Park, California. He envisioned a gathering place where you could "share a little pizza with someone you love." Bill believed in using gold-standard ingredients and time-honored recipes to boldly bake hand-crafted pizza worth sharing. Today, we pay homage to Bill's vision by continuing to use only superior ingredients in our pizzas, along with many of his original recipes. This is basic hygiene, not a special request. If the dining area that customers see is this filthy and handled so carelessly, it's honestly frightening to think about the condition of the kitchen and how food is being prepared. This place clearly does not take cleanliness or food safety seriously. I will not be coming back, and I strongly suggest management retrain staff on basic sanitation before someone gets sick.

We sat there waiting & watched another family come in and immediately get seated by another waiter. I'm not gonna sit there and beg for a table dude. We literally walked out and probably won't be back in the future. You guys need to understand that this is the best way to lose a customer for life, I will literally not come back here out of spite because that s**t is embarrassing. If it happened once, oh well. But twice? No thanks.

Two female employees spent time gossiping…read moreand having side conversations, leaving the front instead of helping their coworkers or assisting with orders, while one young man at the front handled the rush almost entirely on his own. He kept the area clean, managed orders efficiently, and remained professional despite the lack of support from his coworkers. It was frustrating to see one employee carrying the workload while others appeared distracted. Management should address phone use during work hours, having appropriate conversations at work, and ensure all staff members contribute during busy periods.

I recently went to Round Table's Oakley location for family night with my wife and 2 young children. The food was great, and the service was friendly and speedy. The reason I rate it a 1 is because of the manager. Even over the loud sound of a restaurant at full capacity I was able to hear the manager belittling an employee from the kitchen area. She was really going hard on the kid, calling him an f-ing moron, dumb ass and every other name you could think of. Dropping F bombs within earshot of families enjoying dinner.and that isn't even the first time I witnessed her doing that, just never to this extent. I don't want to bring my kids around an environment like that, and the employees shouldn't be treated like that from a boss. I was so appalled at her lack of professionalism that I asked her name from one of the employees just to write this review. Her name is Brandi, the blonde middle age female manager, and I refuse to bring my family there until she is gone. Mountain Mikes, here I come! read more

Love the pizza but the young kid at your front counter with the frowning face needs to go, I showed up at 7:30pm on Saturday 02/15 to pick up my online order, it's more than obvious he has no interest in doing a good job of representing your store, I picked up my $45 order and he barely said anything to me or the two customers after me, and actually avoided the third customer and the pizza maker had to come out from the kitchen to help her!! At one point while I was sitting waiting he sneezed while behind the counter and as I looked up he made eye contact with me and wiped his nose with his hand and wiped his hand on his shirt and went back to what he was doing, never once going to a hand washing station, thankfully he never handled my pizza order!! My family and I will always choose RT over any other pizza but I just wanted to let management know what they have in this employee. Five stars for the pizza and one star for the employee! read more

waited 2 hours for my food and not only was it cold when it got here the driver also didnt have change when i informed them upon ordering what bill i would be paying with . the manager didn't resolve any problem i still had to pay full price and keep the cold pizza because the bitch of a manager said i wouldnt be allowed to make another order because i called upset to complain!!!!! the delivery guy also was shocked and looked stupid because he was having to deal with the stores unprofessional ass managers mistake . this was at the oakley ca location they fucking suck . i would give 0 stars if that was an option but unfortunately yelp makes u give at least 1 star to submit your review so they really deserve 0 fucking stars from me read more

First off I'd like to say round table is my top choice for pizza! and it was ok pizza the place looked to have been recently remodeled but not cleaned since being remodeled the bathroom couldn't have been cleaned in months disgusting is the best way to describe yuk! The floors haven't been swept let alone mopped. I go there every other week and it hasn't been clean ever!! Then a gentleman that was really scruffy and had beard that was making pizza in back asked if we needed help we needed a togo box and togo cups he rudely replied there wasn't any when they are literally stacked up on the counter behind him. We love round table but this is so many red flags! How do you guys keep business going like this, a shame. read more

Although the rest of the reviews on here are great, my experience with Round Table was horrible. I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery and when I received the order one of the large pizzas were correct, the other was not. I ordered it with pepperoni, olives, and sausage. I got a pepperoni pizza. When I called back I was told the manager was not there and there was no one in charge there. WOW. The girl on the phone told me she could not help me and told me to call the next day. Being so aggravated, I called the next day and the manager told me I could receive a discount on the next order. Seriously? I wont be ordering here again.. read more

The manager Bradley has called me and he was very professional, quiet nice and very respectful and understanding of the situation, we have talked and I don't believe of punishing a business for one individuals actions so I will give this place another chance, even though I've been coming here for the last seven years and I have not had this kind of experience, thanks to Bradley for calling me and working this out. read more
