I am a DoorDasher in this area, and I get a ton of orders from this Wingstop. This is not a one-time issue. This behavior happens repeatedly, and it is consistent. This is why I am bringing it up here so management can see it clearly and take it seriously. This gentleman -- I do not know what problem he has with me or with every DoorDasher -- but his behavior is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed by management immediately. From the moment I walk into the store, he acts like I do not exist. I always greet people when I enter a store, and even though he never responds, I still do it. However, when he does interact, he tries to be as rude as possible. When he is at the counter, I always get my orders late. I can clearly see that the order is ready on the shelf, yet he still makes me wait on purpose. I even took a picture while I was standing there, showing that the order was ready on the shelf while he was ignoring me. Even when I ask politely for help, he ignores me. When he finally responds, it is in the most disrespectful and mean way possible. And when he gives the order, he throws it or slams it in front of you like you did something wrong. People do not even treat their enemies this way. In this store, every other worker hands you the order properly. If there is a drink, they tell you clearly what it is so you can fill it correctly -- for example, "this customer needs Coke." But when he hands you the order, he never says what the drink is. When I ask, he ignores me. One time I asked him, "Can you please tell me what the drink is?" and he replied, "You got eyes, read it." That is completely unacceptable. My problem is that I am an immigrant. I can speak English a little bit, but I cannot read well. And even for someone who reads well, those receipts are very difficult to understand. So this behavior makes the situation even worse for no reason. Something that really bothers me is that I do not even know this gentleman. I have never said anything bad to him since day one. I have always been respectful. At first, I thought maybe he was just having a bad day, but over time his behavior only got worse, and I continued to ignore it. I even avoided reporting it because I did not want him to get in trouble. But now it has reached a point where I cannot stay silent anymore. He consistently shows bad attitude, disrespectful behavior, and even seems to intentionally create problems that could affect us as DoorDash drivers. The only times he behaves properly is when a manager is present. When someone higher than him is around, his entire attitude changes, and suddenly he becomes respectful and even calls you "Sir." That clearly shows this behavior is intentional. I do not know if he has a problem with my race, my ethnicity, or something else, but this kind of treatment for no reason to anyone is beyond disrespectful. Please be respectful toward immigrants. Life is already very difficult for us. We work two or three jobs just to survive and support our families. We are doing our best every single day, and we do not deserve to be treated like this. We respect everyone, and we do not have problems with anyone. We are human beings too. This level of disrespect is too much, and it should not continue. I expect management to take this seriously, look into this situation, and take appropriate action. read more

Management / team service TOP TIER! (Garret) My mom paid for my families meal online. I went over to pick it up and noticed it was boneless and not bone in. I asked if I could make the full meal back to bone in and I'll pay the difference and the manager said he can make the bone in for 1 meal. I've never been here and my little one suggested we go. The dining room is decent, clean and clear (but this was before noon on a weekday). You can tell they process a lot of mobile orders for delivery, which seems to be the bulk of their business right now. So even though we are the only ones here to dine-in, they are constantly prepping orders to be picked up. Wait time was about 15+ mins. Ordered an 8 piece original meal in the Hickory Smoked BBQ flavor (wet sauce) and a 5 piece boneless a la carte in the Hot Honey flavor (more of a dry rub). Everything was super yummy, in that greasy fast food or state fair kind of way (but tastier). The fries are seasoned with a nice blend of salty and sweet, and they came out piping hot. The ranch and blue cheese dips were fantastic. Napkins or paper towels are a MUST. Probably not a good first date spot. Everything was greasy and gooey and saucy. This was my first time to this Wingstop and the worst wingstop food/service I've ever had. I waited for more than 15 minutes for my 8 wings and fries before I reminded them that i was the only customer and it's never taken this long before. I was informed that they were just waiting on the fries. Kinda delighted to be getting fresh fries I waited another 5 minutes before my order came up. I drive home, less than 5 minutes away only to have barely warm, over seasoned mushy fries and barely warm hot wings. Me personally never ate at Wing Stop and not planning to (I'm more into healthy food not this garbage)... but my son, daughter & their friends like to eat here. Yesterday on my way home my daughter texted and asked me to buy her some chicken. So I ordered whet she texted and total was about $10 and some change. The cashier told me it should be ready in 25-30 min. What? That's a long waiting time!!! So I dropped wifey home and got back in 25 min... and my chicken was ready. Got home and I opened the box to see what was their chicken all about... and to my surprise all I saw was 8 small chicken crumble nuggets for a whopping $10. I know the inflation is up and economy is not all that great but c'mon at least serve customers with slightly bigger size chicken. I was very very disappointed with their sizes. Me personally I'll never support such a business and besides that they didn't look appetizing at all. Parking lot was littered with trash 2-3 clear cups, a couple napkins one bag all throughout. We've had pretty good experience with this place in the past, maybe better experience than other locations. This time around......yeh it was bad. We walked in, looked at the menu. No one greeted us by the way. We decided what we wanted, so we walked up to the counter to order. There was probably 5 people in the kitchen doing stuff, from prepping, frying etc., but they are ALL in my line of sight. I can see them all, and well they can obviously see me to. This location gets extremely busy and tonight was no different. I usually go in and they give me a wait time and I immediately turn right back around and leave. Tonight however I decided to wait the 1 hour. I was a little nervous just because from past experiences at other establishments if they are busy like this the quality of the food is pretty bad. So I waited and when we got our food, it was so freaking good. Probably the best I've had in a really long time. The wings were cooked perfectly and the fries too. I've been a huge fan of Wingstop since I could remember and I know exactly what I'm getting myself into when I'm eating here. I came here on a Tuesday around 1215pm and there wasn't a line so we got to order right away. I ordered the crew pack (30 wings, 3 wing sauces, carrot/celery, 3 ranch/blue cheese and 1 large fries). No issues getting a table since it wasn't too busy. I don't see the issues people are seeing when they come here. I don't expect much from the employees besides ordering the food and then telling me when my food is done. Back to the ordering: for the three sauces, we got garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper and Korean. My co-worker really wanted the Korean, I never had it before so I thought I would give it a shot. The food came out in about 15 minutes so right away I made sure we got everything which we did. I went straight to the garlic parm and lemon pepper and we were able to finish that. Unfortunately, we didn't finish the Korean since it was our least favorite. I made sure my co-worker took it home since he asked for it. We finished the fries and I'll say that the fries at Wingstop is the best fries I've tasted besides McDonald's. Wings were good but they jacked up the prices so high I won't go here any more. I ordered 30 wings and when I received my food I asked for some dipping sauce, 5 ranches to be exact. Instead of giving me sauce for my wings, this guy goes to the register and tells me it will be $8.60. You have got to be joking, $9 for some ranch when I just bought $40 worth of wings?
