I was recently in town visiting my dad and after a long day, I was craving pizza. My sister has had a Mountain Mike's Pizza before and said great things about it. So we looked up the nearest one and headed over. It was right on the corner and there was plenty of parking. I'm assuming the neighborhood is a little sketchy, things were locked up and the cashier was behind heavy duty shield. I didn't feel unsafe at all. There were a couple customers already in there. There is plenty of seating inside. The cashier was nice and the girl who brought our food out was super sweet and attentive to what our table needed. Now, for the food, the pizza was 10 out of 10. It reminds me of Shakey's pizza, which is something we have in Southern California. Not sure if they have them in Northern California. The wings were good, no complaints! I'm not sure if they're frozen though, but they had a great flavor and they were cooked perfectly. They're not super fried either. So if you like yours crispy, you may need to ask them to do that, but I like them the way they were. Their ranch dip was really delicious too! That matters! They also were kind enough to give us boxes to go and we left satisfied and definitely have a place to go next time we're in town. I would come back here! read more

The App is buggy and won't let you order from past orders. Also, the App doesn't let you use coupons. The website is a little slow and finicky. pizza is good though. Too bad the owners are loosing out on prolly like 60% of the people that try to order a pizza. I've now deleted my account and will no longer waste my time with their app that has been "trying" to work for the last 2 years. I downgraded the review from 2 to 1 star after the typical bs reply to "email" customer service as I've already done this. I've sent 4 emails of which none were responded to. I ordered from this location a few times a year for pick up and never had a problem. I placed the order on the MM's app and order always ready when I get there. The staff is always friendly and greets you when you walk in. The pizza is always made perfectly with fresh ingredients. I must say Mountain Mike's is one of the better pizza chain restaurants. read more

Love MM's pizza but this one was a little undercooked, granted we were an order right before closing. I'll be back, but was a tad bit disappointed for my first time. Service was standard. A sign mentions a buffet - not sure if that's pre-pandemic or if they still have a buffet but I'd be interested in trying it. read more

I really like Mountain Mikes pizza and usually order delivery. They usually get the order correct. The Mountain Mikes iphone app SUCKS!!!! The app constantly restarts and forgets all order info entered. I've tried reloading the app and still have the same problem. Very frustrating!! I was never able to get an order through on the iphone tonight. I ended up ordering on the desktop computer through a browser. Please fix the app. This has gone on for at least a few months and has lost you business. read more

I used the Yelp app to order online. Failed. Undeterred, I went straight to the Mountain Mike's website. I liked the site. Easy to use and had the OpenOffice ordering as a guest and to make payment at the store. Plenty of parking in the private lot. A lovely woman greeted me, confirmed my order, and provided fantastic hospitality. My pepperoni pizza was well prepared. Double cut, just as requested. I liked the toppings were spread to the edge of the pie. The crust was baked with the right amount of crunch. The curly pepperoni was fired perfectly and wasn't burnt. We ordered Everest pizza. The crush was perfect, crisp and chewy. The toppings were great. I like how the pepperoni curled up to a crisp. (The pizza was a bit on the salty side for my taste, but most pizzas are anyway). The place was clean and staffs were friendly. What slightly bothered me was that the staffs weren't wearing their mask properly. They had the mask under their noses so we took the pizza togo instead of eating there. We have been eating MM's for years, and now we live close enough to just walk over to pick up the pizza. However, we've decided to stop going. Every time we go there, the place smells like B.O. (not very appetizing for a restaurant). Every single time it's been because some random homeless person is hanging out where the video games are. The last one was twitching and muttering angrily to himself. This is a family restaurant, and there was a family with kids there. I heard one kid tell his dad he wanted to play video games, but he couldn't. DO NOT GO HERE. THIS IS A EXTREMELY TERRIBLE BUSINESS!! We called and asked if we could use two coupons. The guy on the phone told us yes it was ok and we went ahead and order our dinner for our kids. Waited 30mins then drove down to pick up. Once we arrived they changed the price and told us we couldn't use the coupons. We explained we called ahead and confirmed it was ok and then they said to us "can you read?" Mountain Mike's makes a good pie. Really enjoy their thin crust anything. There always on time and the products on their pizza always taste fresh. Yah I know we have good pizza in San Leandro, Rubianos is really good and LaValles out in Alameda is the best, but Mikes deserves a spot up there. read more

I come here (or used to) pretty often because they have a good lunch buffet special; all you can eat for less than $10! Great deal! However, I had not gone into the restroom before because I didn't have to use it, and the time that I do, I walk into a stinky room, with sticky floors, pee stains on the toilet and wall, no toilet paper available, and not even an air freshener to try and cover up the stench! I was grossed out and ended up just holding it until I left the place, but I couldn't even eat comfortably due to feeling grossed out. That restroom looked like it had not been cleaned in days! If the restroom is in such bad unsanitary conditions, it just makes me wonder what goes on in the kitchen?! - ugh. It's a restaurant people! Management should make sure that it is kept clean and presentable. It's a franchise, which means there's at least a few extra bucks somewhere to buy some cleaning supplies and have one of your workers clean the restroom ever morning, and at least have someone check its conditions occasionally throughout the day. read more

ridiculous I have no idea what is going on at this location tonight. I have bought pizza from here for over two years. Always great. Never an issue. Then there was tonight. Ordered pizza around 7 and turned on some tv. About an hour later I check my phone. I think it's kinda weird that there is no pizza. I have a missed call from mountain mikes three minutes ago. So I call them back and I get a girl who tells me that the driver just came back because she has been waiting outside for "a half hour in the cold" and that he called me "a million times". I told her that this is the only missed call I had and she asks me if I want it redelivered "because it might take a while". I said sure because you know... I've all ready paid. Her whole attitude was much to be desired. Finally got the pizza about a half hour later. Just opened it up and literally it is cold, which makes sense since its been about an hour and a half, but what doesn't make sense is the fact that THE PIZZA ISNT EVEN CUT. I was Here because my sister Is having a fundraiser event for her organization. The deal is that if you order anything and show the flyer 20% percent of your order goes to my sister organization. First thing is that they get my order wrong. Tried to give it back and get the bread sticks that I order but they said "if I return it, you loss the donation." Huh? So I just order the bread sticks and she didn't add the 20 percent into the new order because I didn't tell her to do so?
