They have the worst customer service. I ordered a Lamb Mandi and a Chicken Mandi over the phone a day in advance and spoke with Mashoor, who took my order. The next morning, I called again and spoke with Mohamed to confirm they had my order and were preparing it. He confirmed everything was good. When I arrived to pick up my food, Mashoor told me they didn't have my order and claimed they had never received it. I reminded him that I had spoken with both him and Mohamed, and both had confirmed my order. Instead of taking responsibility, he claimed that someone else had answered the phone and pretended to be Mashoor when my order was placed, which made no sense. He also said they do not have anyone working there with the name Mohamed. He then tried to sell me Lamb Haneeth instead. I told him I had ordered Lamb Mandi and that Lamb Haneeth costs more. I specifically asked if I would be charged the same price as the Lamb Mandi I originally ordered, and Mashoor agreed. However, when it was time to pay, they charged me the higher price for the Lamb Haneeth anyway, despite their promise. This was a very disappointing experience. It felt like they used their mistake as an opportunity to sell a more expensive menu item and then failed to honor the price they agreed to. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant based on the poor customer service and lack of honesty. read more

I have been coming to this place for over seven years and I do have to say after a while I have to leave a review. I don't know why I never did one before, but the food is phenomenal authentic to the core. The gentleman behind the register is always very polite and hospitality is amazing. Charlie came right over and gave me a delicious baked chicken and rice appetizer while Booga made my Kitchen Sink pizza and it was the best-seasoned chicken ever. First of all, I have no association with this restaurant. Every now and again, you find an absolute diamond... this is one of those places. The place is clean, neat and organized with a happy crew in the kitchen cooking the most amazing food. I suppose most people come for pizza but we were intrigued by some of the yemeni foods and I got lamb kebabs and my wife got chicken shawarma that were absolutely out of this world! The owner came by our table and told us we should try the chicken on rice and dropped a plate in front of us on the house and this is what I will be ordering next time we visit. It was absolutely fantastic and we managed to save enough to take home so that our son could clean it up after he got home from work. We can't wait to go back the next time we don't want to cook at home and feel blessed to have this restaurant in our neighborhood. Please give these guys your business, they deserve it! read more
