I've been to Mountain Mike's twice now. Both times the pizza was delicious and the staff welcoming and efficient. The seating area is super comfortable with big TVs around the restaurant. I'm pretty picky about my go to pepperoni pizza, especially since it's a treat for me, and theirs hit the mark. As a side note, they take care of theirs customers. On my second visit I left my bag in a booth, when it finally hit me where I might have left it several days later, it was still there for me to retrieve. The manager kept it safe in his office. Staying in town for a week visiting. Went to this location at 1pm on Sunday afternoon 6/7/27. There was 4 tables of customers, 1 already had there food. Ordered 1 large pizza with 2 toppings to go, cost was $30.17. Waited and watched as the other 3 customers received their food. Watched someone order after me, they ordered 1 pizza and 3 salad bars, cost was $97.74. I saw my pizza come out on a pizza tray and the person who took my order told the other employee mine was a to go order. Off went my pizza. It was then placed in a to go box in the window behind the cash register. I went up and asked for my pizza, checked it and it was cold. No concern or resolution from the employees. Hello today on Thursday January 29th I was at Mountain Mikes pizza at 2:55pm and left around 3:02pm there were these two people that were sitting down, one was the manager, the lady didn't specify her being a manager and she asked me "did you pay for water" and I said "no" she said I have to pay for water, I shook my head no, I proceeded to get water because I thought it was two customers being disrespectful. I walked back inside the restaurant after leaving to buy a water bottle because the water didn't taste good, she proceeded to get aggressive and would not let me explain myself, after me calling her out on her behavior so then I left and said "bye" as I'm waving my hand. read more

Placed an order at 6:30 pm and called at 7:55 pm only to be told DoorDash hadn't picked up my order. I called again at 8:15 PM and asked why DoorDash was picking up my order if I ordered through them directly online. They said that they didn't know, but the orders were going to DoorDash! They also stated they did not know what was going on with DoorDash that they had five other orders sitting there. If you see that there's orders sitting there next time, please take the time to call the customers and let them know that their orders will not be delivered. Also there was no manager onsite to let the staff know what to tell customers in this situation. Highly unsatisfied! read more

The atmosphere is nice and what you would expect from a pizza place. However, when you order be prepared to wait quite awhile. Upon ordering it took a full hour t receive any food. When we received the mozzarella sticks they weren't hot so there was no cheese pull. The sand which and pizza were very tasty but there was an overall vibe in the restaurant of people being annoyed for how long it took food to get out. The young man working the register and bringing out the pizza was very friendly and kind. I go to this location at least once per week and have never been disappointed. The pizza is ALWAYS hot and delicious, the salad bar is stocked with fresh ingredients, the chicken wings are fantastic and the garlic not-knots are tasty. Best of all, the service is friendly and attentive. I use the app to place my order ahead of time, and the food is ready at the pick up / dine in time. There are no trash cans and sometimes, the place is so packed that the staff can't get out to clear a table, but whenever that happens, we point it out and the staff always grabs the leftover dishes and wipes down the table. I LOVE Mountain Mike's Pizza. I have fond memories of them from my grandpa taking my cousin and I in the early 1980s up in San Jose, CA. When I found out they were opening on the Central Coast, I was thrilled. The owner, Larry, of the South Bradley restaurant is super nice and accommodating. My only complaint is they need several more staff members, as it takes quite awhile for pizzas to come out. read more

Solid pizza! The 4th star is for friendly staff and a clean facility. We got their signature pepperoni pizza that uses "cup-n-char" style pepperoni. Food is okay not great. The first time I ate there was in the restaurant, got the buffet. Was not over impressed with the cleanliness but the owner/manager came out and spoke to us and said they were new to the area and asked our opinion. I really like to give new places a chance. I spoke frankly and was happy that they were open to suggestions to make this place better. Where this place really falls down is in its management. Placed an order for pickup on a Friday night. Was told it would be done at 6:00. My daughter and son-in-law arrived at 6:00 but the pizzas were not done until 7:00. The order mistake was not recognized until the pizzas were home and the grandkids were hangry. I called to see if we could get a replacement delivered; delivery was done for the night. Called back to speak to a manager; a manager would not be on duty until the next afternoon. They called back to say that they would send replacement pizzas but now it is 8:00 pm...kids are over done, I'm over done and we are making due with what we have in the fridge. I continued to call at various times over the following ten days; there was NEVER a manager available!!! I wanted a partial refund for the screw up ON THEIR PART...of course this never happened just like speaking to a manager never did!! Drove from LA to Santa Maria to visit my friend who recently had a surgery this past week. Was starving. We called the Broadway location first for delivery, but their oven was being fixed so they recommended we call the Bradley location. Multiple things went wrong: 1-Ordered a small Garlic Tuscan pizza. When we got the pizza, the green onions and sun dried tomatoes were missing on the pizza. 2-Ordered 12 bone in chicken wings. We asked for 6 in buffalo sauce and 6 in sweet chili sauce. We got all 12 in sweet chili sauce. 3-When I asked how long it would take them to deliver the pizza, I was told 15 minutes. The small pizza and chicken wings arrived an hour and 15 minutes. We were only 5 miles away. The delivery driver was friendly and apologetic for the lateness. Unfortunately, I can only give my experience a 1 star rating. read more

Their food is delicious.. Most of the time they deliver on time. If there are any issues, they go out of their way to make you happy.

The time was 9:10 and they were closing in 20 minutes and I knew we were not going to be able to get our pizza and have much time to eat it. This place exceeded all my expectations. I was visiting from out of town and heard about this place that had amazing pizza . I knew I had try it out for myself. Let me just say the pizza was perfection! My favorite thing about this place was the quality of the pizza the crust has a perfect taste and crunch to it. I later found out that it's handmade with REAL dough! I was shook! Definitely not frozen pizza like some other places. We also had the jalapeños poppers amazing. I liked that there was a small arcade area for my kids to play and the overall space was big and very clean. Definitely had a family/ kid friendly vibe to it. I was SO thrilled when I learned on KSBY news that Mountain Mike's Pizza opened locations in Santa Maria. My grandpa used to take me and my cousin's to Mountain Mike's Pizza in San Jose, California, in the early 1980s and those are some of my fondest memories. I got the classic crispy pepperoni pizza and a vegetarian pizza recently and it was just as good as I remembered. To the people with a bad experience, I think you need to give MMP some slack. They had barely opened their doors, and during the middle of the pandemic, no less. It takes any restaurant a little time to gain their ground when they first open. As far as you getting home with an incorrect order, Todd, that is partially on you. I always open my boxes/bags when I order takeout to make sure everything is correct before I leave the establishment. Kudos to Emma and MMP for getting back to you and wanting to resolve your issues. Give them another chance. I encourage the negative review leavers to try MMP again and update your reviews once you have your better experience. BTW: I am NOT affiliated with MMP in any way. Crust is not up to standards. Not as good as Dominos but both are sh....,ty.. dough like bread lacking the consistency of the real thing. New York or Chicago are the real deals and surpasses these wantabees. Anybody can stack veggies meats and cheese and sauce on some dough but calling that pizza well I don't think so. read more
