This is to show the two different price differences if you pay with cash or card

I ordered a fajita from there with beef chicken and shrimp. I got three pieces of shrimp but it's supposed to come I guess I had to ask for the other one you get tortillas other places give you four or sometimes three if you pay with you get charged more. It all depends on the bill on how much the bill is the services very slow. They could be one to two tables in there and it still takes a long time for the waitress to come check on you

The SALSA THOUGH I love this place and the food is always amazing!! But, they will definitely 100% be under staffed the front of house staff are super rad, helpful, friendly and they work as fast as possible for having a whole restaurant as their section. It's an old decor Mexican cafe and it's peaceful inside

This was our first experience with Old Town Mexican Café. We ordered it for delivery and we were not disappointed. Our first order was the two taco combination plate. We got chicken tacos and it came with rice and beans. The rice was great, the beans were amazing. You can tell that they are homemade. The chicken tacos were crispy and full flavor. The toppings were fresh . It also came with a side salad and some extremely delicious ranch dressing. It came with a small bag of chips and salsa. We also ordered an additional larger bag of chips and salsa. The chips are definitely made fresh and the salsa is full of flavor. Everything they put in to this liquidy salsa is amazing. By liquidy I mean it is not a pico de gallo. Were there a lot of chunks in it. We are very excited to actually go into the restaurant to eat as well.

She took the plates before I could snap a photo. Sorry old town you just lost some loyal customers.

My husband and I have dinner here at least once a month . We always order the same thing chile verde dinner and him the bacon wrapped shrimp. She shrimp were bad. They had a bad odor . We mentioned it to the waitress and she said the cook was smelling them in the kitchen just now and he said they were fine! Why would you have to smell the food before serving !

    Pozole-delicious!

I would give this restaurant four stars for its food and two stars for its service, hence the three-star overall. We were quickly seated and ordered drinks, which were brought quickly. We did not see our server again for 30 minutes. Another group was seated after us, ordered, and received their food before our server came back to take our order. And just to be clear, the restaurant was nearly empty. The only reason we stayed is because it was our first time here and we really wanted to try it out. Thankfully, the food was pretty good. I liked their chips, salsa, and the refried beans they provide with the chips. The posole was excellent, but the fajitas were just okay. They included shrimp, beef and chicken on the fajitas. The shrimp was tasty, but the rest of the cooked ingredients were a little bit too greasy. I would go again and try a couple more dishes as they have a variety of items on the menu that looked good.

I'm very disappointed..... I ordered egg, sausage, bacon and hash brown annnd I asked for No bean but instead I got beans and very little eggs, No sausages and I don't even see hash browns...... I tried calling the number they have it registered on here but it's disconnected. I just wasted $14.85 on a burrito I can't eat.......

    "pork" tamales.

this place is good, but when i ordered my tamales, it said it was pork and these were solid masa. and other stuff im not entirely familiar with. i don't know if its chiles or something but i thought i got pork tamales. order: abuelita savina's tamales

    Hair in burrito!

The food was good, nothing exceptional. Service was attentive, but as a family restaurant it was quite noisy with children.

I've been…read morecoming here since 2014, and for a while it was one of those places I couldn't wait to visit. I usually order the Kay's Orcutt Original with eggs, home fries (or hash browns), and a choice of meat, so I've had the same breakfast enough times to notice the changes over the years. My biggest gripe is the inconsistency. The eggs don't seem to be the same quality they used to be, but the biggest disappointment has been the potatoes. Their home fries used to be the best I've ever had. They were one of the main reasons I kept coming back. Now, it feels like you never know what you're going to get. More often than not they're undercooked, leaving the potatoes hard in the middle. On the rare occasion I mention it, the replacement usually comes back overcooked instead. It's frustrating because all I'm hoping for is the perfectly cooked home fries they used to be known for. I can't quite put my finger on everything that's changed, but the overall quality just doesn't feel as consistent as it once was. The food is still pretty good, and that's why I continue to support them, but I definitely find myself coming less often than I used to. This place used to knock it out of the park almost every visit. I genuinely hope they can get back to that level because I'd love to see one of my longtime favorite breakfast spots thrive again.

Sunday mornings are meant to be leisurely but this time we were in a rush. We had actually slept in until 7am, normally up by 5am without alarms. The hubs event started at 9am so we made the quick drive for a to go order, calling two blocks from the restaurant after glancing at the menu. We both decided the first item on the menu we would try; Orcut Hash, did sourdough toast and homemade biscuit We had just a couple minutes to sit and order iced tea to go. Before the server could get us our iced teas our food was ready. It's super cute inside...can't wait to come back and enjoy the sit down restaurant. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Large alcoholic choice of drinks... really wanted that spicy Mary but since we were in a rush stuck with iced tea. The only 1 minute drive back to the gun range in Santa Maria was grueling smelling that gravy... We were both were thrilled at the large portions. It was amazing! I love gravy and could have used a little bit more but honestly I think it was fine for a normal person plus remember we go to go order so I suspect it soaked up a little on the drive. The staff threw in pepper and Tapatio which the hubs loves. I had Yellow Bird Blue Agave Sriracha in my travel trailer and used a little on it. OMG! It was so good! The potatoes had a nice crunch on them. That gravy was amazing. The biscuit was great, had a bite and saved the rest for later. The hubs managed to eat his whole plate and was stuffed! I might have eaten 1/4 of mine saving it for later. We will for sure be back!

They vaguely state closing time as "till Close" without a specific time, but in many of their social media posts they list specific times and I've planned around those several times only to find the door shut and lights off with a sign on the door OR getting turned away if they're still inside cleaning. We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza which was surprisingly delicious and the wife ordered a beer. We sat in the bar area and I decided to go with the self pour option where they give you a card to tap a sensor and select any beer on tap to pour yourself. Me and a buddy of mine had some issues with a few of the self pour taps where we just believed they were out of beer and it also over charged us. I told a server about my single issue where it over charged me and he said he would take care of it but my friend had the worst of luck. 2/3 beers he attempted to pour were simply out. This was when Jess, our savior came to the rescue. When it was time to pay the tab, she comped both of our orders. Mind you, I had 4 beers. Guess what the total was? Yeah, $28. Paid for my wife's beer and our pizza and because I had a single complication with the beer self pour station, she comped the 4 beers I had as well as my friend's order. This is Grade A customer service and a reason why I'd return to Blast 825 Brewery, so shoutout to Jess! We all appreciate you.

While I had high hopes for a good meal, the experience was significantly marred by several issues: Poor Service: We were largely ignored, with staff failing to address requests. The restaurant appeared severely understaffed, leading to incredibly long wait times for service. It took 25 minutes to be asked what we were drinking, and another 20 minutes for two beers to arrive Food Quality Issues: The food served was of low quality, specifically corn rib appetizer were ice cold , the tri-tip was very over cooked and was difficult to chew. My wife ordered the orcutt hill salad entree. The salad was missing two ingredients. Prosciutto and candied pecans. When asked about it the waitress said I will bring you some. She brought a cup of smoked ham, not prosciutto. She indicated that the kitchen was out of candied pecans. Don't you think that should be disclosed to the customer before ordering ? The salad was small, not an entree size. When we asked about seeing a manager, we got a bill with a neighborhood 15% reduction. When asked about that, I was told, that's all the manager is willing to do. Really ? I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future guests. Sincerely, A Disappointed Customer
