My Husband and I popped in on Saturday night to get a pizza order to go, and to our surprise the restaurant was showing a big UFC fight. We showed up just as the main event was about to happen. My Husband was STOKED that the timing worked out so well. I was also trying to figure out the best order for the rest of the friends at the house and took a bit of time. The cashier/server who was helping us, Anjali was great. She was patient with us, accommodating to our requests and helpful with our order to make sure we had what we needed. We stayed for a bit and order an appetizers and beer while watching the main UFC fight, Anjali was flexible with making our pizzas after the fight was over, then it was hot and fresh to take home. Husband wanted to try the new place that opened up this Friday. Ordered online... 1 large 2 topping, 1 medium 2 topping and a cookie. The total came out to $57.61...kinda high, but I do believe you get what you pay for. Husband decides to call in and add a 12 piece wings. We get there and the girl rings me up for the wings...total 25.85 for 12 wings! I ask the girl is that right? She's like yea... Ok I thought these must be some big wings. Get home and honestly I feel ripped off... pizza was ok... crust is unremarkable... no flavor. The cookie was 10.00 and was no bigger than the 5.00 ones at dominoes...the WINGS... horrible for that price...not crispy at all... no flavor nobody ate them. Let me be clear I don't mind paying for something that is of great quality but this was lacking and I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR. My advise... the prices should be pretty much be the same at all your restaurants. Felt even more taken advantage of when I did my research and saw that the MOUNTAIN MIKES IN Corona HAS THE SAME AMOUNT OF WINGS FOR 15.99! And the cookie is 7.99... those are reasonable prices! I will preface this review with the 3 star rating is only because I've worked in the food industry and I am being understanding to the staff however buyer beware they advertise their lunch buffet as $9.99 and my total somehow ended up close to $12.50. Not sure if the drink was extra (I didn't ask for it). It yeah the sales tax wouldn't make it that high either. It took almost 3-4 minutes just to be greeted and it wasn't busy at all. Staff did apologize for wait and thank me for trying the buffet. Table I sat at had no napkins. The salad bar had barely any greens and the available greens were low quality they were replenished towards the end of my meal after I had already eaten. Different varieties of pizza but they were not very fresh (only 1 the pepperoni) pizza was decent however there is another location in rancho off milikken I've been to before the service is better and it's $10.99 for lunch buffet. Pizza came out fairly regularly and was served in a solid variety though it seemed kind of random. Buffet comes with a soda. The happy hour deal which I believe was Tuesday-thursday seemed unreal. Small pizza 10 slices ... but it's really just a personal pizza ... you can cut the pizza any way you like but it's basically 4 slices cut into 10 very small slices like a kids pizza and for $18 bucks with tax I won't be ordering again ... now I will say the pizza is tasty and I enjoyed it ... the pizza itself is not super thin or thick .. it's somewhere in the middle ... the crust is crunchy but not hard ... although I did enjoy the generous pepperoni it's very thinly sliced but nice and crispy ... Customer service was friendly. Last, I look for the food be presented well and for great taste. I ordered half Hawaiian and pepperoni pizza. I also got the garlic not knots.
