Just say you messed up instead of deleting your original comment where you lied and said my review didn't happen and then give poor excuses after. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Customer service was disappointing and communication was terrible throughout the process. If you're going to sell vouchers and book appointments, at least respect customers' time enough to give proper notice. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Rich arrived a little early (better early than late in my opinion) and we did a walk through of my vehicle. He is friendly and professional. Explained everything to me. I have WeatherTech mats, and he informed me that cleaning those were included in the Full Detail package. He finished within the 3 hour estimate. My car looks brand new inside and out. After the tint job, I inspected it myself and found hair embedded in the film, a miscut corner, and bubbling throughout. When I pointed it out, he brushed off the miscut corner as "normal" and only agreed to fix the part with the hair -- not the rest. The technician handling the redo looked visibly annoyed, and I waited 30 minutes for a second attempt. Mohammad tried to smooth things over with small talk and free pens and a small gift, but by that point I just wanted to leave. The second attempt was slightly better but still had light bubbling and a scratch. When I brought it up, he claimed it was "self-healing" and kept repeating that they offer a lifetime warranty. If that's true, why make me come back multiple times instead of just doing it right the first time? When I pushed back on the quality, he actually tried to tell me that all his customers are happy and that I should lighten up. Pointing out visible defects on my own car isn't negativity -- it's called having standards. On top of that: his staff wore a keychain around his neck and may have scratched the top of my passenger door handle (there was definitely no scratch before we left the house), left foot imprints on my interior, and broke one of my sunshade clips. And he has his minors working in his shop -- do you always gaslight your customers in front of your own kids? Save your money and your car. This place should not stay in business.

If you own a Tesla or any high-end car and care about quality, this is absolutely the place to go. Joe, the owner, is always welcoming and clearly pours his passion into the business. You can tell immediately how much he values his team. He treats his staff like family, and it shows in their work. Everyone there genuinely enjoys what they do, and they really do live up to the "OCD" name when it comes to attention to detail. I learned the hard way that not all highly rated Yelp shops deliver real quality. After going to another popular place, a friend pointed out several issues in the work that I had completely missed. Never again! I would much rather pay for top-tier service and have peace of mind than worry about fixing problems later. Most recently, I had a front PPF and tint done on my Tesla, and the results were flawless. OCD Detailing is one of the few places capable of tinting the entire Tesla roof using a single piece, with no seams, and it looks incredible. They were also kind enough to help install hub caps I purchased separately and recommended a great source for blacked-out emblems. My car turned out beautiful. The only downside is that I live in San Francisco, so the drive is a bit out of the way, but it was absolutely worth it. I recommend OCD Detailing to all my friends whenever they're looking for high-quality PPF or tinting. If you care about your car, this is where you take it.

This place is expensive, and there is a weeks-long wait to get work done, but they will not settle for anything less than perfection. They even scheduled a follow-up appointment to check their work. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure of the upsell, and just an honest diagnosis and recommendation. He applied my coupon (found on their website) and I was on my way. I definitely don't go on the weekend cause I think it's super busy.

The other car wash place I go to wastes about 10 seconds switching from soap to rinse etc. Cant say anything about their vacuums as I havent tried them out yet. Its not the closest wash to me but I still come here.

These folks were a life saver for me. When my Tesla S became unresponsive, I had to have it towed to the Palo Alto Tesla service center where I was told that they couldn't accept it because it had rodent damage. I spent the next several hours researching detailers that could help me with the internal damage before discovering Mountain View Auto Detail. I met with Furkan who told me that they actually handle quite a few cases like this. Over the next 36 hours, they were able to make the internals look spotless again by removing an impressive mound of rodent nesting. I was then able to get the vehicle towed back to the service center where they repaired the wiring damage. I can't recommend these folks highly enough. They cheerfully went above and beyond what any other detailer would do for me. read more

The last time they detailed my car was Feb 2018 and I was charged $285. The work was, as usual, great. As more than two years had passed, I felt it was time to have the car made beautiful again. I learned 1) they had moved from Leghorn to Old Middlefield Road, 2) that the cost had gone up considerably and 3) that I should have read the recent reviews on Yelp before I went. I was sadly disappointed with their work and for the $380 fee I was charged, I should have been THRILLED. On the inside, the "nooks and crannies" were still dirty and on the outside, the finish just did not have the same luster that I have come to expect from Perfection. I found wax remnants on the sunroof and still very wet floor mats in the trunk. It felt like I had taken the car to Lozanos, not Perfection Auto Detail. Before booking, I asked about the location change and was assured that, although the location had changed, the ownership of the shop had not. As such, I expected the same quality results. Sadly, the results were not the same. I can no longer recommend Perfection Auto Detail and will be looking for another detailer when it is time to beautify my car again.
