**1 star. Avoid this shop.** Mohammad is a real piece of work. The moment I redeemed my Groupon deal, he tried to upsell me before any work even started. After the tint job, I inspected it myself and found hair embedded in the film, a miscut corner, and bubbling throughout. When I pointed it out, he brushed off the miscut corner as "normal" and only agreed to fix the part with the hair -- not the rest. The technician handling the redo looked visibly annoyed, and I waited 30 minutes for a second attempt. Mohammad tried to smooth things over with small talk and free pens and a small gift, but by that point I just wanted to leave. The second attempt was slightly better but still had light bubbling and a scratch. When I brought it up, he claimed it was "self-healing" and kept repeating that they offer a lifetime warranty. If that's true, why make me come back multiple times instead of just doing it right the first time? When I pushed back on the quality, he actually tried to tell me that all his customers are happy and that I should lighten up. Pointing out visible defects on my own car isn't negativity -- it's called having standards. On top of that: his staff wore a keychain around his neck and may have scratched the top of my passenger door handle (there was definitely no scratch before we left the house), left foot imprints on my interior, and broke one of my sunshade clips. And he has his minors working in his shop -- do you always gaslight your customers in front of your own kids? Save your money and your car. This place should not stay in business. read more

They did a very good job on applying PPF on full hood, fenders, side mirrors and front bumper(half of car), then ceramic coating and 15% tint on rear doors and rear window, 50% both front and 70% on windshield with darker strip on top of windshield. Very happy with the results. read more

My partner and I brought our vehicles to this shop for a window tint installation. Upon first inspection of the vehicles after the work was completed, we noticed multiple deep scratches on the black B-pillar trim surrounding the windows. What made this especially concerning was that both vehicles had the same type of damage in the same areas immediately after the tint work was completed. These were not minor scuffs or marks that could simply be wiped away. The scratches are clearly visible, catch a fingernail, and appear to be permanent damage to the trim. We documented the damage with photographs as soon as we discovered it. We attempted to discuss the issue with Mohammed. Instead of working with us toward a resolution, he denied that the shop was responsible for the damage and refused to take accountability. What is most disappointing is not only the damage itself, but the lack of professionalism in handling our concerns. We entrusted this business with vehicles that were in excellent condition and expected them to be returned in the same condition. We gave the shop an opportunity to address the issue before leaving this review. Unfortunately, no effort was made to resolve the situation. Based on our experience, I recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle immediately after service and before leaving the premises. Update: After a lengthy back-and-forth with the shop, I was finally able to get them to attempt to polish the damaged trim. While the appearance was improved, the shop still never admitted fault or took responsibility for the damage. I appreciate that some effort was ultimately made, but the process was unnecessarily difficult and required repeated discussions just to reach that point. For that reason, my original review and concerns about customer service and accountability still stand. read more
