I was looking for a place that would detail the interior of my car. I contacted them through their website to get pricing and availability. Isaac responded to my request within 30 minutes and provided pricing and availability. We then continued our conversation over text to work out the logistics. When I arrived to drop my car off, we did a quick walk through as he went over the detailing. As we looked at some of the small bumps and scratches, he helped set expectations about which things could be removed, and which would remain even after they did their clay treatment. He was very responsive over text and let me know when my car was available to be picked up. He told me that he found some additional mold in the trunk of my car and told me they took care of it. Normally they would charge for this, but since he didn't notice it during our initial walk through, he didn't charge me for it. When I saw the car, it looked like a totally different car. He was spot on about which scratches they could buff out vs would still be there after the detailing. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with the work they did. The manager Issac is very knowledgeable friendly and reasonable. He explained thoroughly about my options and what needed to be done . The car had to stay for 5 hours to be cleaned . Brought my 128i here, and the whole filthy car was transformed to new for $250. Isaac (not 100% on this name) the owner greeted me and diagnosed all the scratches, stains, etc and warned me of the likely outcome. Carpets were gross and unwashed for 2 years, and they became new again. I was late in picking my car up, and the owner stayed past closing time to help me get it. Plus he was up for a short chat about car maintenance and upgrading. +1 recommend. read more

This is a very small place, but the service was very good. I had dirty seats with food stains and full of dog hair. Almost all stains came off completely. A couple of small stains still remain, but they are not much noticeable. This was the first time my 6-year old car had an exterior work done. We took our Pearl White Lexus IS 200t to get a detail after a year of ownership. We were concerned about little spots from the rocks hitting the bumper on the highway and knew it needed a good wax job for some paint protection. Isaac was able to accommodate a Sunday morning appointment at short notice. We took the car in and he evaluated it and gave us a fair quote. We returned 2 and some hours later and the car was absolutely clean! The outside was crystal clean - Isaac used a synthetic wax so that the protection lasts longer and we can enjoy the clean look for longer. He also put a 3M product for protection on the dash so that the leather doesn't crack. We tend to park the car out in the sun a lot and this is something that didn't even occur to us!
