Today, this moving truck was parked right behind my car and I asked him to move so that I could leave. The man barely moved up, so I told him he would need to go further since I needed more space to get out. He then proceeded to yell at me, cursing at me. He did this all in front of other neighbors and a 5 year old. I bet he felt like a real tough guy. Once he started threatening me, I had enough. I called this company and spoke to the manager, who was in complete denial this happened and said "I've known him for years he wouldn't do that." Nevermind the fact that there are witnesses and cameras in parking lot. What a slimy company that would act like such unprofessional man babies. If you want thugs to handle your furniture and to yell at your new neighbors when all they wanted was to get out of their parking space, then call these guys. Oh, and after the guy cursed me out in front of a child, he takes a video of me and the manager said "he was saying nothing to you in the video." Haha yes that is the video he took himself after threatening me. I wouldn't expect for him to send his boss the part where he was doing all that. This company clearly cannot take responsibility for their wrong doings. I wouldn't trust them with any of my possessions or to be in their presence. There are so many wonderful moving companies, you can do better than this. All moving companies have the muscle, but clearly they don't all have class. ***And based on their response, they lie too! horrible moving service. They have so many hidden charges that will surprise you at the end of the day and they will ruin your walls and stuff. They demolished our refrigerator to pieces and no one could put it back together. We ended up buying new fridge very bad service, I made sure to let all my friends and family know what a big scam they are so they never use this moving company. They don't have a truck they charge you for truck rental, and they charge arm and leg for tape, box and wrapper. Stay away so many other options out there. read more

We recently moved from Tarzana to Sherman Oaks and we used Move it with Muscle we had a really great experience. Zee was the gentleman who helped organize all of the details prior to the day of the move he was friendly, responsive, and made me feel secure in all of the arrangements. He sent four guys the day of and they were all professional, thorough and very hardworking. Cesar who seemed to be managing the crew had great energy and did a great job facilitating everything. They started at around 8:30am and were done by about 3pm (we moved items from a storage facility + 3 bedroom townhouse). They had an efficient system, offered a great price, and were all around wonderful to work with. What we thought would be an 9 hour job turned out to be less. I was referred to Harven by a friend. First they helped me moved into my penthouse in Long Beach making two pickups on the way, first at the house then at a warehouse to pick up stored furniture. It was a really easy stress free move using them. Then I had a ten foot dinning table being delivered curb side and needed movers to bring it up to the 18th floor. They brought six guys to bring it up the stairs... only it was too big to fit up the stair well!!! These guys never gave up and ended up dismantling the freight elevator to bring the table up that way. Fantastic job and I highly recommend them! read more

We've used Move It With Muscle a total of three times in the last 2 years. Once before COVID while I was very pregnant and twice after for my mother. With our first move I was nine months pregnant and couldn't do much so they packed our entire house for us. Absolutely AMAZING service. I contacted Zareh on a Friday to schedule a very last minute move for the following week. He asked for pictures of what we are moving, he scheduled our move for the 4 days after my request. This review is for the actual movers: kept in touch with me with the arrival time and showed up at the exact time they promised. 3 guys (Harven, Ruben, Bralin) came to the house and started the move. They wrapped everything in blankets and cellophane to perfection. Our furniture is very expensive and they took extra care with each item without us even asking them to be careful with any of it. They were extremally friendly, efficient and exceeded our expectations for the move. They arrived at the other location very promptly and unloaded the truck and asked us where each item would be placed. They assembled all furniture and made the move very quick and without any damages. We will absolutely be using them again and will recommend them to all our friends and family. Wow....I have never had an easier & seedless move then laze week when Harvin & his boys made my move. Excellent communication from start to finish. Harven came out and gave me a free quote,and the price was reasonable, they showed up on time with a truck and a cargo van and 4 professional movers showed up as promised on time. I was concerned about my very steep driveway. I was scared the truck wouldn't come up, but Harven made it happen, brought up a 26 foot truck with ease ( impressive ). The cost was exactly as quoted. They removed my front door to make sure nothing gets scratched (even though I was so exhausted and said don't worry...they worried for me!) I have used this company twice now to move an 1800 square foot house. They brought 4 guys and finished in a little over 7 hours. I was really impressed with their positive attitudes. Each one of the movers were friendly, fast and skilled. Very helpful with everything we needed. We hadn't fiished packing everything and they were great about boxing up what was left. I had a ton of stuff that went in the garage and I especially loved that instead of just dumping it in the middle, they stacked it in columns with walkways for easy access.
