I'm not exaggerating when I say these guys are fast. I purchased several appliances through Facebook Marketplace, and the seller insisted they be picked up immediately or he would sell them to another buyer who already had movers lined up. I reached out to Prime Moving on Sunday night around 8:30 p.m., and by 11:00 a.m. Monday morning, they were already on the road to the pickup location. That kind of responsiveness is rare. Darren and Ulan were absolutely outstanding--professional, efficient, and incredibly hardworking. They committed to completing the job within 3.5 hours and delivered exactly as promised. Their pricing was the most reasonable I found, with no hidden fees, and they even waived additional charges for heavy items, which I truly appreciated. I will absolutely be using Prime Moving again. Horrible experience they aren't professional for any means. Came in a a graffiti work truck then came anonymous of who they were. I asked, and they did not really introduce themselves. When they came in, they were like already stating that the job was gonna be between 8 to 10 hours. I was like there's no way it could be 8 to 10 hours. You need to figure out what the hourly is gonna be based upon just the items that you're gonna be taking then they came back and said well it could be about 6 to 8 hours now I'm like 6 to 8 hours. Still not acceptable. We need to figure out something that's gonna work because you're only taking a few hard items and you're only gonna be putting together two things and he came back and was like why can't tell you six or eight the minimum I still took the six I was like OK let's see where it goes and come to find out in the midst of that. They haven't even been here 20 minutes at the most they had started wrapping up the couches I told him to not take apart the handles of the refrigerator. The doors will actually have to come out I have measured it. They stated that I wasn't knowing what I was doing that the professionals come to find out I was correct. They were not to take the out the doors needed to come off. It didn't even get that far before I knew it, they had went into my bedroom and had one guy come in and wrap a tall chest where there was a 65 inch TV new and brought it down by himself which it would be a two-man thing and scratched up my TV and then they when that another TV was scratched based upon them taking it down one person they stated that that is not true so they are basically im lying like why would I lie? The TV is new and you should not one person be the one taking the TV down that's a two man a job and I asked for the picture if they've taken it prior and they stated they cannot share a picture. Obviously, the picture will show that there was no scratches on that TV like they took pictures of the other TVs in the home, he didn't try to share that picture with me obviously because there was no scratches on there so I'm then they come back and stated that they couldn't do the work. They started unloading the truck which only had a few items in it and next thing you know they took off very, very unprofessional, not apologetic at all. tried to call me a liar my Family and this is not the best service I've ever experienced terrible experience of being in customer service manager for 35 years. It's probably the worst experience I've ever had my first experience with experiencing someone to call me a liar for no reason I'm paying for a service to be provided so definitely not a choice at all for movers at all terrible terrible terrible and they should be responsible for fixing my TV and definitely no charges should be occurred. Yes, not the best experience. Had to rent a U-HAUL truck and do some minor moving myself. Don't use them they aren't good. No value in any sort. Not even we are sorry or a cal from a manager to see what can be done. They just left. Me with my stuff. read more

This was my first time hiring a moving company and let me say, Prime Moving will be my go-to movers from here on out. I hired them to move my mother from one apartment to the next, and as it was my first time, I didn't really know how long it could take. The guys were so professional and despite it going over the 3 hours, they kept working diligently. The time ended at 5 hours and 45 minutes (she has a lot of stuff). I said that I would pay for the full 6 hours and they said that 5.75 is what they'll settle for. They're not looking to take your money or BS you around, I loved that. I was really impressed with this company. First off, I was going to go with a competitor, however, I noticed their lower prices and also how adamant they were about Customer Service. I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did. I have had a poor experience prior to this experience with another company where I felt really pressured and didn't connect with the movers. Prime set me up with a truck that was big enough and three movers, and each of them were so intuitive with where to put my things. They were careful and delicate with my fragile items, and so helpful with the process. They also were upfront and frugal with their time, and did not take advantage of the hourly rate. The assembled some of my furniture without me even asking, which was so generous. When it was time to pay them, I gave them the highest tip amount possible. This move was a very emotional one for me as it also included taking some of my deceased grandmother's belongings, and they were so patient and understanding with me. read more

Pros: 1. Responsive representative 2. Flexible schedule 3. Efficient loading and unloading Cons: 1. My stuff got wet inside the truck when it rained. Black spots were discovered on some items when unwrapped because of the water coming into the truck that carried dirt. 2. Heavy scratches were found on our luggages and shoe rack was missing parts. Update: 1. Some of our items grew mold on them because of the water intrusion. We spent extra effort washing our clothes and had to throw away some items because of the mold! Moving isn't easy already and this only added extra headache for us! read more

Absolutely the worst moving experience I've ever had. Completely unprofessional, rude, and they added hidden fees after the job was done. I was quoted $450 for a simple 1-bedroom move just 20 minutes away with 3 movers. When they arrived, I clearly explained which items to take (mine) and which to leave (my roommate's). Despite repeating myself three times, they moved everything--including things that weren't mine--and still forgot a major item: my desk monitor. I had to call a friend to help later because it wouldn't fit in my car. One mover used my bathroom without asking and left the toilet seat up. They also carelessly tossed fragile items into boxes without any wrapping. Several glasses were broken. Then, they upcharged me $150 to move a standard upholstered couch, claiming it was a "heavy item." I was told heavy items are 300+ lbs. My couch is not even close to that--my girlfriend and I have moved it ourselves before. Are you saying three professional movers can't handle it without a surcharge? To top it all off, they took four hours just to bring boxes into my new place--and didn't even unpack anything. I finally told them to leave, only to be charged for the boxes anyway. They also doubled the drive time charge, saying "it's the law." Feels like a scam. This company takes advantage of young people and pads the bill with bogus fees. I'm still waiting on a refund for the couch charge. They are completely ignoring all my calls so that shows what kind of integrity they have. Save yourself the headache--go with a more trustworthy mover. read more

Prime moving is amazing! They work very fast and efficiently, no damages whatsoever. They were even patient with trying to disassemble my sister's bed which had warped steel frame for god even knows why reason. Communication was clear and easy, and there was no difficulty whatsoever during this whole move. It was also helpful that they can do stops, so after picking up my items they stopped by my sister's apartment for her items and then went to the final destination with all items. I was a little worried because I know my apartment has quite a walk from the parking lot and my sister's apartment was a tiny student apartment with a lift that fits 3 people max and plenty stairs, but they were able to do everything!
