*edited for space* I used to work for an international moving company so I am very particular about the whole moving process especially as I have personally moved internationally and out of state several times. I contacted several companies and before anyone came out to give an estimate I went to every possible website I could to read reviews and checked out any social media pages that were available to me. After this I pretty much knew that I would more than likely be using Move Logistics as they were the only company that had consistent excellent reviews. As a small business owner I also like to support other small businesses. Once I had all of my quotes, I noticed that Move Logistics were around $4K more expensive (we were moving from a 4500 sq.ft. home and we also had two 16 ft storage pods that were completely full). I knew I wanted to use ML because Marc is an owner whose reputation is on the line, but I couldn't justify an extra $4,000. I spoke with Marc and we agreed on a price that was lower than his original quote and more palatable to me. Unfortunately, our move was delayed significantly but once we had a new move date Marc worked with us to set up a mutually convenient load date and delivery date but, his original price was for moving over the summer and so when we received an email confirmation from him a week or so before the move date, it had the original quote on it before his discount. I emailed him back and he agreed that even though he would be taking a hit on profits he would stick to his word and give us the discount. We met Marc and his team at the PODS location promptly at 8:30 on moving day and there his team unloaded and reloaded all of our items. Then we met them back at our house where they proceeded to load all of our household items. Our house is not your typical run of the mill house, we have a flight of steps leading up to the front door and then another flight of steps once inside to access the upper level and we also have some tight corners/hallways. Marc and his team barely stopped the whole day, we literally had to force them to eat lunch but they took bites in between loading. Every single person on Marc's team were friendly, helpful, personable and obviously took great pride in being a part of this amazing company. Marc kept in touch during the drive from TX to CO. Side note, when he and his amazing wife Stephanie arrived in CO they brought us fresh tamales and some homemade hot sauce! This gesture was really appreciated during the move in process when we hadn't unpacked any cooking stuff. Marc hired some local guys to help unload (after taking a hit on his price it was not possible for his SA team to make the journey). Marc and Stephanie had them all working hard and fast but I think Stephanie worked just as hard, if not harder than the local guys! The house we moved into is just a temporary home and less than half the size of the house we moved from so we knew we would have to put a lot of stuff back into storage. We hired a UHaul so a lot of the stuff in Marc's truck was able to be moved directly into that. Once it was filled Marc also allowed us to take two guys to load that stuff into storage before coming back and reloading it. He definitely didn't have to allow this as he was paying these guys out of his pocket. Marc is truly a stand-up guy and he knew that this would be an incredible help to us if we were able to get one truck load into storage that day. I truly can't say enough good things about Marc, he's an honest, down to earth, trustworthy guy. When Marc and his local team were loading in our dryer, Marc realized that the dryer cable wasn't long enough for our new laundry room and if the dryer wasn't in position he wouldn't be able to move the washer into place. (Marc also helped us take the doors off the laundry room and bathroom as we didn't have the tools available). Once everything was moved in (and no damage to anything I might add) they moved the washer into the garage so that we could get the extended dryer cable that evening. Marc and Stephanie then came back to our home the next day and moved the washer into the laundry room (no easy feat as they had to move it from the garage around to the front door and then down a hallway and through a tight bathroom into the laundry room). Marc even put the doors back on, which he didn't have to do. They also checked with us to see if there was anything else they could help with before they left. Marc, Stephanie, Sean, Kenneth and the whole Move Logistics team, you made a very stressful time for us so much easier. You guys are the best! You all deserve a pat on the back and a gold star. We really appreciate each and every one of you. I am so happy that we used your company for our move, and we hope that this review helps you get more business. Move Logistics: Rudy & Nathan were amazing today. Friendly, polite and VERY hard workers. We were very impressed with their work ethic. First, they showed up READY to work and proceeded to worked their butts off the pretty much entire time! They both were very committed to making sure they were accountable for the time they were working. Both of the men were courteous, respectful of our things as well as keeping me informed of any/all things during the move. I felt like I could trust them with my goods. I wish I could give Move Logistics 10 stars instead of only 5. We had an excellent experience and our move went better than I ever imagined! Before starting to load, the whole crew walked through the house with me as I pointed out several fragile antique items that needed to be moved. They assured me all would be handled with care and that I didn't need to worry. Every member of that awesome crew- Davin, David, Robert, Nico, Malachi and Ruben were polite, professional and worked quickly and efficiently. They really knew what they were doing and had the trucks loaded in record time. While we are waiting to get in to our new home, all of our things had to be stored. A few hours after the move, the amazing Stephanie from the Move Logistics office called to assure us that the trucks and the crew had arrived and that our things were safely in storage. Stephanie also did a great job of coordinating the crew and keeping us informed on the total cost of the move. There is nothing easy or fun about moving, but Move Logistics certainly makes the whole process much less stressful. I highly recommend them! read more

We were moving from our ranch in FBG to Fair Oaks Ranch. Initial contact was very professional. Had packers come for two days. The women were professional and extremely efficient. I had four guys and two trucks the next day. They moved for two days (approx. 3500sf). They worked hard all day long and efficiently both days. Very kind and very experienced movers. They knew exactly what they were doing with handling our furniture and boxes. I had called the night before the move to confirm time, etc. I had expected to leave a message at 8pm. Instead, the phone was picked up by a real person and he assured me everything was on target. They called and asked how the move was going. Who does that in today's world? We are moving to our newly built house in approx. a year. I would call no other company for my move. If you want experienced movers that know how to handle your furniture, boxes, etc., call this company. They had plenty of blankets, padding, and dollies for getting the job done right. While I was not moving, my furniture was being moved. I needed Move Logistics to help me organize things by swapping the furniture around. Kenneth assured me that he had just the crew for the job. Jose Martinez and Luis Salazar arrive when they said they would. They came in and assessed the job to be done. They went to the truck and got the proper equipment and then went right to working dismantling a humongous desk and carting it away. Next they set about moving heavy furniture from one place to the other. They also finished removing books and things that I had not finished moving. They made sure to put things where I wanted them asking me as they went along. One thing in particular that they moved was a bookcase that was unsteady once in place. They showed concern for me that it might tip over on me, admonishing me to be careful. That to me was the icing on the cake! They were the absolute best. I would most definitely use them again! I have moved before so I have dealt with a few other companies here in San Antonio but never with a moving company that was so professional, efficient and reliable! On the morning I was supposed to move the moving company I had originally had set to come stood me up! No phone call nothing! I was so overwhelmed. The operations manager Marc Abrams, showed up in no time at all gave me pricing and had his movers to my home in two hours! They were wonderful! They got me moved the same day and into my new home. I got several bids for moving my small apartment but Move Logistics stood out. From the first contact to sales to the last box in the truck these guys were efficient. The two young men showed up on time at 7:00am ready to work. They left at 10:00am. They were very careful with my furnishings and breakables. Everything was wrapped and boxed. Monday I called, Tuesday they worked. Picked up at my storage in Boerne and I had three filled to the top. I have some massive pieces. And very expensive antiques. The men were so nice and fast and professional. Then they brought it down to Alamo Heights. And had to bring it up to the third floor, in 100 degree heat. The team showed up very polite and respectful. We had aaaaLot of stuff to pack. They got everything to fit except the plants. We had a back up plan for that as we anticipated that enviablity. I give the movong team a 5. The mix up on fees was about the travel fee. $169 which was to the fromt door. The time for the hourly rate started at the AFB Commercial gate which takes 30-45 minute to get tbrough. ON A TIGHT BUDGET THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE. I would recommend this company. read more

Representative was very professional and hands on. Crew that boxed our goods were conscientious and hard working. Labeled boxes well. Loading crew were very efficient. Maybe a bit too fast, but on the other hand was glad it was still daylight when job was done. I think all furniture should have been wrapped for better protection. A few nicks and tears.
