For a low-cost gym membership, expecting customers to thoroughly analyze pages of legal fine print is unrealistic. This feels intentionally designed to trap people rather than inform them. I spoke directly with the gym and asked for any courtesy adjustment. They refused outright, with zero willingness to be flexible or human about the situation - even after explaining that the nearest Crunch to where I actually live is over an hour away. After researching online, I found many similar experiences from other members, which suggests this is not an isolated misunderstanding but a pattern. The gym itself is fine but super packed leaving you looking for a machine standing around waiting for people to finish, but the business' practices around pricing and cancellation are predatory and aggressive. If you're considering joining, read every line carefully and understand that canceling may cost you far more than you expect + you get charged an annual fee which is ridiculous in itself. $38 PER MONTH! and $58 per yer. If they tried to be honest they'd just include it in monthly. You can't just say $1 a month! and $1000 per year... I would not sign up again, and I would not recommend this gym based on how they treat customers when they try to leave. Crooks...

I have regularly attended three planet fitness locations in as many states, and this is the best of those by a longshot. On the several times I've been here, there is plenty of access to equipment without waiting, everything is well organized, and as long as you're not needing dumbbells over 75 pounds or traditiona (non-Smith Machine) weight benches, it has everything that you need. The locker rooms are clean, well maintained, and surprisingly non-grungy compared to other gyms I've been to, and staff is friendly. This is an enormous upgrade over the Holland pro fitness that occupied part of the current space years ago. Planet fitness has great deals, and as I'm enjoying right now, the option of bringing your membership to various locations when you travel, which is absolutely wonderful. This is not a high-end spa/gym focused on socializing, but it's not meant to be, and in my opinion is better for that. I can easily recommend this location, but watch out for your lockers, because it seems like other patrons have had problems with the staff cutting off their lock during the same day of use in the past.

He analyzed my movements and techniques and gave recommendations to prevent future injuries. He came up with a comprehensive plan and worked with my physical therapist to get me back on the mat. He addressed everything from diet, sleep, ice baths, supplements, stretching, flexibility and a specific strength program to help me prevent injuries. i'm in my mid 40s. He helped me come up with a realistic plan so that I could continue doing the sport that I love, but within a reasonable framework to minimize injuries.

This was my first…read morePilates experience and I love how it's a thoughtful combination of stretching, balance, and strength training. Every session I've taken is different- which is great because I get bored too easily. It's perfect for lunchtime during the week- you're getting a great workout, but not the sweat! Classes are conducted in a finished garage that has fabulous air conditioning. Kristi is meticulous about cleaning all of the equipment between uses too. I encourage anyone to try it out!

This gym honestly has some awesome employees too. Amber always comes in with that motivational energy like she's coaching Rocky before a title fight. Then there's Keith moving around the floor like a gym FBI agent making sure dumbbells make it back home safely. Dude cares about the place and it shows. Now parking... whew. Between 4-7pm it's basically the Hunger Games. Once you see headlights backing out you better commit immediately and believe in yourself. But after 9pm? Different universe. Feels like you own the place. Wide open equipment, peaceful vibe, and enough room to finally do lunges without accidentally ending up in somebody's protein shake.

There is one yoga room, several bathrooms, a shower, cubbies in the lobby, plus complimentary coffee or tea. If you forget a yoga mat they have several there you can use as well as blocks, yoga straps, and yoga mat cleanser. Sweat towels are also complimentary! At the end of each class, the instructor passes around a cold essential oil infused towel. There is a great variety of classes. Everyone I have been to has been fantastic... From ashtanga to vinyasa to barre fusion and yin, plus others. They have something for everyone. I've been doing yoga for several years and find their classes approachable and challenging all at the same time. Each class offers a variety of options to cater to every skill level. My new favorite spot!
