They do not have a ticket box office like most movie theaters , if you didn't purchase your ticket thru fandango online you can use one of the kiosk located inside the building or go to guest services to purchase tickets, they do have a snack area to purchase some food items for the movie (popcorn,soda,candy) they even sell blankets for those they get to cold inside the theater. The theaters are nice and can fit plenty off people and like almost any movie place now you have to reserve your seats for the movies, the seats are supper comfortable and are like a recliner you can pretty much fall asleep while watching a movie. The staff here seemed friendly,we had no issues and we were able to sit in our seats a bit early to watch the movie. On Tuesdays they have a discount for movies which is great with how expensive the movies have become plus the snacks are not cheap either.

If you buy your tickets online, when you walk in, you'll see some computer monitors with scanners. Just scan your QR code on the scanner and a printer will print out your tickets. Very convenient no waiting in line.

The seating was uncomfortable with hard headrests and the seat in front blocked the screen. Food was overpriced at $16.30 for three tacos & chips and NO salsa. I had to go out of my way to ask the person who delivered my food for a cup of water since that option wasn't on the website, and they said they weren't allowed. They refused to give a free cup and charged nearly $6 for bottled water and $7 for soda. I really don't appreciate that the owner doesn't offer a water cup option. Things are already expensive as is and a lot of us are struggling, and we're not trying to help boost their profits with those insane beverage charges. In the bathroom the fragrance was so strong it gave me a headache and the bathroom was tiny, you literally have to squish your whole body in just to let someone pass behind you to get into the restroom. Overall it feels poorly run compared to other theaters like Cinemark. I do not recommend it.

Unlike typical theaters, the seating is chairs and tables or booths, so that you can enjoy food while you watch the show. Movie tickets can be purchased on-line or when you arrive. Generally, they are showing new releases and the prices are good. They often have host other events such as special screenings, trivia nights, live music, etc. and the ticket prices for those events vary. Once in the movie room, you choose your seat - it is first come first served. A server will come around, usually twice, to offer you a menu and to take your order. There is also a QR code available should you choose not to wait for the physical menu. They also bring your order to you. Ordering isn't mandatory. The few times that I've ordered, I was satisfied with the order. In general, I think that the ticket and menu prices are very reasonable. Staff is typically good and I have always had good experiences here.

There was a dj, plenty of space to sit, & they were able to shut off the park lights during the movie l, but they left the lights on in the trees which created a surreal atmosphere. It was my first time seeing Back to the Future, and I'm glad that it was so memorable! Can't wait to do this again!

There are two entrances to AMC and both sides have a MacGuffins. There are no seats at the bar since most people grab a drink to take into the movie. They offer beer and wine and then have a pretty decent selection of liquor. They do offer a small menu with a few specialty drinks such as margaritas, bold cocktails, and sweet cocktails. They also always have a specialty cocktail to correspond with a current movie that is out. Recently we saw Ghostbusters which featured one of the stars in the movie, Dan Aykroyd's vodka. It was actually a really great drink, and we didn't even know he made a vodka. I definitely recommend checking it out. I looked through some of the other reviews and I think that people are misunderstanding MacGuffins with the movie theatre. MacGuffins is the bar located inside the theatre. AMC also offers dine in at some of the theatres, but this is just the bar. We really like the bar, it's nice to have something different when watching a movie and their drinks are good. The sizes are really a great value as well and the pour is always great. They also will take your AMC points for the drinks.
