Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. David in the office told me what to expect when I booked and answered all my questions: it all went exactly as he said it would. I paid a simple hourly fee for the labor, and a flat fee for the junk removal of the old units. No hidden costs. Richard was the team lead, and his experience was clear; they arrived on time and they handled the job with speed and assuredness. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry. I can't say enough about how well they treated me - they were all true pros every step of the way. AHM handled each detail, and I ALWAYS knew what to expect and what it would cost in time and money. They were transparent with everything and took great care of me. I will happily hire them again whenever I need labor, junk removal, or moving services.

They worked quick and were well worth their price. We again needed to move in 2025 and they loaded our 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2600 sqft house into a 27' uPack trailer. Again, professional and efficient. Did a quick walk through, I pointed out fragile and large items. They wrapped everything I asked them to wrap and more with blankets / stretch wrap. They got the truck loaded like a Tetris game in 5 hours. The guys are polite, introduce themselves, shake your hand, and give the kids high fives on they way out. I recently hired Top Dog for a move -- and it turned out to be the worst decision I've made all year. During the move, one of the movers entered my private bathroom without asking permission. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

I hired them to remove junk before i moved out of Atlanta. The cost of removal was a shocking…read more$3000. The estimate of $1000 had seemed high but I was desperate. The final price was insane. They showed up unprepared, they slowly carried small loads, and then they said the time was much longer than expected which would jack up the price. They also justified the cost because they said my stuff took up more space than anticipated. They said 1.25 trucks. But the first truck was at least 1/4 full on arrival. I could see into the top of their truck from my window, so I saw the items that weren't mine in the front of the truck that I was paying for. I also saw how loosely they packed everything - without stacking or layering items. My volume was at most 1/2 to 3/4 of a truckload. (And that's being generous) It really struck me how fleeced I was when my sibling just moved. He had a much larger apartment, and his professional movers loaded an entire furnished apartment into their moving truck, drove 100 miles, and then fully unloaded to the new apartment for $3600. College Hunks simply removed a sofa, table, bed, and some junk for 3k.

Updating my review to reflect that we found a few pieces of broken furniture (a desk and dresser)…read moreand a bed frame that was just not put together. They didn't screw in any of the parts of the bedframe and just out a mattress on top of it to make it look like it was fully assembled. I reached out to them and they said they would stop by and take a look the following week and I never heard from them again. This was disappointing because they had been amazing all move. Worked hard, communicated well, never complained etc. But Im going to have to throw out a desk and reassemble furniture because they weren't careful
