From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

They worked quick and were well worth their price. We again needed to move in 2025 and they loaded our 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2600 sqft house into a 27' uPack trailer. Again, professional and efficient. Did a quick walk through, I pointed out fragile and large items. They wrapped everything I asked them to wrap and more with blankets / stretch wrap. They got the truck loaded like a Tetris game in 5 hours. The guys are polite, introduce themselves, shake your hand, and give the kids high fives on they way out. They had a new guy on the crew, probably 1st job, and the owner Arturo and the experienced guy gave him tips and seemed to be a great leader / teacher for the job. A+, 100% recommend!

Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. I contacted J&E contracting because I had a leak and due to no plumbers being available for weeks…read more It ruined part of the ceiling and the plumber had to cut out the sheet rock. I first called and spoke with Javier who asked me to text him pics etc. he got back to me the same day. I sent him pictures of what needed to be done and he was very detailed about the questions asked me. This told me he was very serious about taking this job because I reached out to another company (Alcaraz) and sent them all the same info and they ghosted me but, I'm glad they did. Anyway, once we set the date and time he was super communicative, the whole time. He showed up on time with all of his materials ready to work. Once the hole was covered he even went to Home Depot to get the exact color paint for my ceiling. I felt very comfortable with Javier who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel I received a fair price for the work that was done. He definitely went above and beyond and I can't even tell where that hole was before, he did a great job and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I'd most definitely hire him for any work I need in the future.

He diagnosed the problem as a small leak in the roof and went about fixing that, testing it to make sure the leak didn't reoccur and then he did a beautiful job, patching sanding and painting the ceiling such that I cannot even tell where the repair occurred. I would highly recommend him as he was more than easy to work with, very communicative, and very fair on his pricing. An important consideration for me was that he was able to do this within a timeframe of three days prior to my next guest arriving. I am so appreciative to Javier for all his excellent work. If you're looking for a business you can trust to protect your belongings, please look elsewhere…read more My sister had almost $50,000 worth of damage done of her stored items because of Cubesmart's negligence and failure to fix a damaged roof. A large portion of her belongings in the unit were damaged by water and are covered in mildew and black mold. Cubesmart has still not notified other renters about the water entry through the roof, nor have they confirmed with my sister whether they will do an official inspection and fix the roof. Despite having paid for two insurance plans, one being a plan offered via Cubesmart (the plan is with 3rd party provider) and the other through a separate personal property insurer, my sister only received a $2,000 check from Cubesmart's insurance provider. Her separate plan won't provide any coverage because the damage is seen as being preventable (by Cubesmart). My sister has spent the better half of the last year and a half in the hospital with her daughter fighting for her life, and bringing any kind of mold near her would be life-threatening (she has progressive lung disease). Replacing the items isn't an option on top of the massive hospital bills associated with her care. And guess whose responsibility it is to remove, sort, and dispose of the damaged and dangerous items. That's right, the renter. You'd think having two insurance policies covering your storage unit would be enough, but Cubesmart seems to only be interested in protecting themselves. And then there's the sentimental value of the damaged possessions, which obviously can't be quantified. If you care about the items being stored, find a business you can trust to store your things in a truly "climate controlled" environment. Cubesmart, your company has not seemed interested in making this right, and we are not fooled by virtue signaling in the Google/ Yelp replies.

Again I was given the same price as the first time, Move in and monthly, I doubled verified what they were telling me and guess what, back to the original wrong price when I went to sign up. "Oh yeah, well I guess that's the price then." Wasted a LOT of time. Had I gotten an apology of any kind I might have still gone forward with it. Not one person I talked to apologized. And no I didn't miss understand anyone.
