Even though they use a premium chai, my dirty chai was too sweet for me, Eva insisted on remaking me another!! The Berry Streusel, lightly heated, made for a perfect combo. It's also in a great spot if you want to make more of an afternoon out of it. There are cute little shops around downtown, and you're close enough to wander over toward the park and the lake after grabbing coffee. It's an easy place to stop, walk around, and actually enjoy Coeur d'Alene for a bit. Definitely worth checking out, especially if you like flavored lattes and want something a little more interesting than the normal coffee chain run.

They use eco-friendly cups, wood stir sticks, metal water cups - details like that tells me about their values, and I really love when businesses take an earth friendly route to their products. They have pre-packaged and bakery items, as well as a beverage fridge with alcoholic options (great for their summer concerts). DOMA roasts their beans and sources them from around the world, offering a variety for all palettes. Seasonal drinks find that not-overly-sweet balance where you can really taste the coffee. Service is always friendly and quick.

They could be creative about this idea. And the customer service needs to follow through is when someone orders and doesn't have to wait and wonder if the order is done.
