During these trying times you have a lot people trying to take advantage of people; especially if you are a single woman. The owner Michael was so nice and the two men he sent out to assist me, was as well. Jack and Dustin did a phenomenal job cleaning my dryer vent. They wore mask and protective shoes when entering my home. Also, explained process while providing service and advised about a special going on for AC service. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Michael and his company. I called him at 8pm this evening and they did not have a technician available until 2am. It was 83 degrees in our house and our AC was completely non functional so I asked what he recommended we do to try and cool the house in the interim since we have an infant and it's dangerous if they're in hot conditions. After giving helpful advice, he let me know he would call the technicians and get back to me. He called me right back and said he would come out himself and could be to our home in an hour. He came to the rescue and we are back up and running again. He was incredibly thorough, helpful, kind, and understanding that we were whispering to not wake the baby and moving around our house in the dark. Michael and his team have done quite a bit of work for us, including bringing in several gas lines into a house formerly without gas service (and in locations other contractors were scared they could not access), installed a downdraft fan and venting in kitchen, and replaced our heat pump with a duel fuel heat pump/gas system. His team is very personable, punctual, and professional in their work and clean-up, with a keen eye to detail and pleasing the customer. Michael is very knowledgeable and welcomes challenges. MP Mechanical and his team (Brandon & Kim) was great! They quoted a fair price for duct replacement. We were renovating a house. There was some debris left over after the duct replacement. It was easy to contact Michael about the issue. He was quick to resolve the issue and was flexible in scheduling the duct cleaning after all renovations are done. I also appreciate that his team wore shoe covers while they were cleaning the ducts. We will definitely hire him again for future services! read more

I had a great experience with MP Mechanical. Brandon and Kim showed up early for my appointment (after calling me ahead of time to make sure that was okay), and the routine yearly maintenance only took one hour. They were very considerate when entering my home - they put on booties so they didn't track dirt in and Brandon out his coat on the floor underneath the attic door so it didn't scratch the wood floors.
