And when I had to move our original appointment date, he was responsive and accommodating. Best of all, during payment, I included a tip for David because I was so impressed with the quality, but I forgot to mention it to him. Next thing I know, he comes back to my door to confirm if the additional funds were included on purpose or erroneously! Honesty and integrity go a long way in my book. I picked Morales Plus from Yelp reviews, I had to replace 3 posts and some slats. I reached out to several companies with 4+ start reviews and most did not want to do a smaller job. David Jr. was quick to show and give me a quote, I was apprehensive at what the cost might be with wood prices being so high and was pleasantly surprised to be quoted fairly. He scheduled my work and showed up as promised and did a great job, we discussed other fence issues and he quickly obliged and suggested moving some slats around or adding some older pieces that he had in his inventory for free since the price of wood is so high. He did most of the work and returned the following day to complete the extra work within his original quote, how refreshing... I recommend David Jr. and his team for reassuring me that good work and quality service is still around in today's environment. read more

He is very considerate of the project and gave me some professional advice. I hired some contractors before. But they are the very few ones I would say "hardworking". They worked straight up without a break for 6-9 hours to keep the project in progress. My only suggestion for him is to take a break for a few minutes, and calm down to communicate to the clients. read more
