The years of foot traffic, kitchen spills, plus aging pets who made their own "contribution"; we needed a deep cleaning but knew we would never enjoy beautiful floors again. We were wrong. Gus visited us for a consultation and quote in July, but it was not until six months later we were ready to get the job done. I called the office and our quote was quickly located and the job was scheduled. On the big day Gus and his army arrived promptly on time. His expert team - there were six in all - went right to work getting the work area prepped for the job to be done. As with just about any project the prep work is key. They expertly wrapped our furniture and appliances - protecting them from the deep cleaning our floors were about to receive. They carefully removed furniture taking very good care of our home during the work. This team work very hard. They never took a break. They paid close attention to every detail. It was amazing to watch. After the cleaning it was time to deal with the aging grout that was stained and damaged in many places. We opted to have the grout painted. Gus showed us the options by painting a few areas. We opened and closed the shutters to see how each looked under the different light. Once selected the color that everyone on the team grabbed a brush and went to work. The sealing process followed and then it was time to reset the furniture. This team from Silver State Flooring Restoration worked their you-know-what off. The result is we have stone floors that look nothing short of amazing. I just wish we were sold a better quality product. I relied too much on the sellers word without scrutiny. It has been over just a year the floors were installed and we have cracks. The one video shared was recently fixed but we now have another crack upstairs and I am left with no additional flooring to fix any further damages. Per the seller this product is no longer available. I waited to review Vegas Flooring Outlet this long to ensure we were sold a quality product which seems unlikely. I am disappointed with the quality even though they look good we will have a lot of issues with cracking. It's like walking on eggshells- literally. After reviewing online opinions this type of problem is due to the lack of quality of the product. Also the flooring was not leveled properly. New flooring should be expected to last at least five to ten years before needing replacement. I feel gotten over and I will consider another flooring company for future projects.

We had to reselect tile because our original choice was not reserved. More disappointing was the debacle over a color LED light installation. We pushed back on the price quoted and we were advised by our salesman that he would try to come back with a better rate, that we had time. We addressed it again at the time of the pool refill and were told that the light was on backorder, to expect a four week wait (backorder). Five weeks later, no light. We were told that it still wasn't available and that they wouldn't install one readily available from a pool supply store. I was even warned about our warranty if someone were to drain the pool. I thought that wasn't necessary? So we are stuck and will have to install it next season. We really wanted the final look this year! Micromanage your tile and make sure that everything that you want is in writing as they will live up to that.
