I did not use a mat or soft wheel casters for my office chair, and so damaged laminate in one of my rooms, but even this took 8 years. All other rooms are still doing fine with some years left to go, with only the dining room showing some bubbling, which is fully expected for mid-range laminate installed almost a decade ago. In 2017, their customer service was great, with quick response time and scheduling. They had a great choice of quality laminate and, looking at their website, they still do.

We went to Expert Flooring Solutions and showed them one of the planks that we were tearing to match. Ron helped us and we scheduled an appointment for him to come out the next day. When Ron arrived he brought a new sample that we had not seen the day before. He had continued to look for a close match after we left. When he laid the new sample down on our existing floor we were thrilled to see how close it came to matching, We tried it in different rooms and it was the best we could have hoped for. No one, other than us, will ever notice the difference. When Ron sent us the cost, it was $2,000 less than another company had quoted us. We were very surprised. He also included a veteran discount, and we did not have to pay anything up front, We paid when the job was done and we were satisfied. The price included taking out the old carpet and hauling it, and moving the furniture from the rooms where the new flooring went. The crew that showed up on the appointed date and right on time. They were very courteous and professional. They did two rooms in one day and the third room was finished by 11 a.m. on the second day. Everything looks great. We could not be happier and high recommend Expert Flooring Solutions for all of your flooring needs.

Gus visited us for a consultation and quote in July, but it was not until six months later we were ready to get the job done. I called the office and our quote was quickly located and the job was scheduled. On the big day Gus and his army arrived promptly on time. His expert team - there were six in all - went right to work getting the work area prepped for the job to be done. As with just about any project the prep work is key. They expertly wrapped our furniture and appliances - protecting them from the deep cleaning our floors were about to receive. They carefully removed furniture taking very good care of our home during the work. This team work very hard. They never took a break. They paid close attention to every detail. It was amazing to watch. After the cleaning it was time to deal with the aging grout that was stained and damaged in many places. We opted to have the grout painted. Gus showed us the options by painting a few areas. We opened and closed the shutters to see how each looked under the different light. Once selected the color that everyone on the team grabbed a brush and went to work. The sealing process followed and then it was time to reset the furniture. This team from Silver State Flooring Restoration worked their you-know-what off. The result is we have stone floors that look nothing short of amazing. I asked and asked questions about my bathroom remodeling process as well as for the materials used not used, if what materials were best quality or less quality. I asked all the companies that gave me an estimate and the only one who didn't hesitate to answer all my questions or get bothered at all was Roman he answer all my questions. Not only that but he is a real professional he was here on time even earlier just waiting outside my house for the time. No bueno. Roman Lacks quality mindset. Grout is not the color we picked. He and his partner dumped 8 piles of thinset around the yard, I guess hoping we wouldn't find it. After the job was complete and it was time to get paid I did a little QC. Thin set mortar wasn't cleaned from grout lines consequently after putting grout down you could see thinset mortar poking through not a real good look. I'm not one to complain but this is ridiculous. Before discovering all the piles of thin-set in my yard I tipped Roman $100 to which he did not acknowledge that I did I asked him to count his payment three times each time he stated it was less than it was I guess maybe he thought I overpaid him and didn't want me to know. I'm not necessarily mad I'm just very sad at the Quality for which some think we deserve. read more

Anyone who want to do backsplash for the kitchen Roman is the person I would call first. We tried 4 or 5 people to do our kitchen backsplash but none of them are worthy enough to handle the job and some of them looked at our material and never called back. We replaced onyx tiles in master bathroom floor and master bedroom entrance with marble tiles & a mosaic marble medallion in the entrance with Romano. It took 7 days to complete the project. Romano himself worked start to finish. No subcontractors. Romano knows how to install marble tiles and the medallion. Price was very reasonable. Quality was great and cleanliness was super. I'd recommend to anyone without qualification. We are planning to install wood floor in our study in a few days with Romano. read more

From our first meeting through the completion of the project, we were very impressed with William. As the owner, he was here every day working. My wife and I tend to be a bit picky and wanted someone who has a high attention to detail. We were extremely pleased with William and Summit Valley Tile & Stone. We werr extremely pleased with the completed floor, shower, and tile wall surround as well as the bathroom vanity, fixtures, mirror, and light installation. Since our new vanity had different sink positions and we wanted two light fixtures as opposed to the one we had, William had to redo plumbing as well as electrical wiring. The vent pipe was in the way of the new electrical junction box location and William handled the situation and rerouted it without any additional cost. His price quote was not the cheapest, but the quality of his work and the fact that he was on site every day doing the work made the difference. We got a great first impression of William and it proved to be true. Highly recommend, trustworthy, and amazing workmanship.

Manny came out, took measurements, we discussed all of the details, I confirmed the promotion, and he said he'd have an estimate to me in my email soon. I got the estimate but it was missing a lot of items, so he said he would get me a revised estimate. After numerous attempts to follow up, and being told that I would be seeing something the next day and then never getting anything, I think I'm done. It's been over a month and I still haven't seen anything Apollo: you have my information. If you want to attempt to make it right like you are saying in your response, go for it. Send me what I have been asking for the last month and we will go from there. Follow up Aug 6, 2026: Apollo never reached out nor has anyone else from Nulook.
