They are able to answer questions, offer guidance, and navigate the extensive menu with confidence, making the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. And the menu itself is a destination. It offers an impressive range of choices, with an appealing variety of meats, sandwiches, sides, and beverages. There is far too much temptation to reasonably expect one visit to be sufficient. The mac & cheese is an absolute MUST--creamy, cheesy, rich, and easily one of my favorite things we ordered. The beer was great too and paired perfectly with the food. The atmosphere is casual, lively, and exactly the kind of place you want to experience while in New Orleans. 5/5 -- great food, great beer, and absolutely worth the visit. I'm no butcher, but seemed like they used a good part of the beef of what's already a fairly quality cow (Louisiana Wagyu Beef I recall reading) or maybe it was the whole braising process, but I wish I could have this for days!
